Meine Freundin und ich haben uns das Hotel für ein romantisches Wochenende in Denver rausgesucht und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Nachdem unsere Anreise auf grund des starken Schneesturms am Vortag erheblich erschwert wurde und unser Flug von LA gecancelt wurde, kamen wir ohne Gepäck (war noch in Dallas) in Denver an. Der Check-In verlief problemlos und schnell. Zudem wurde uns direkt mitgeteilt, dass von 17-19 uhr eine Manager's reception statfindet, bei der es kostenlos Cocktails/Longdrinks und Snacks gibt (Das wiederholte sich auch am Samstag; ist anscheinend eine dauerhafte Veranstaltung). Das Zimmer bzw. die Suite war perfekt. Neben einem Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch und Couchecke gab es im Durchgang einen "Küchenbereich" mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Waschbecken. Das Bad war ausreichend groß. Auch das Schlafzimmer bot ausreichend Platz. Das gesamt Zimmer war sehr sauber, was das wichtigste für uns ist. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Man ist in 10-15 Minuten zum Pepsi-Center gelaufen (Arena der NHL und NBA Teams), ebenso ist das Convention Center direkt neben dem Hotel und in der Umgebung sind diverse Restaurants und Shops. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr üppig und sehr lecker. Einzig die Wartezeit bei den Omlets war etwas länger. Das war allerdings auch dadurch bedingt, dass das Hotel anscheinend fast ausgebucht war und wir zu den Hauptzeiten gefrühstückt haben. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe des Airports. Die Zimmer sind einwandfrei. Das Bad erstklassig. Die eingebaute Küche mit Mikrowelle und riesigem Kühlschrank wollte ich trotz kleinem Shop im Hotel nicht nutzen. Das Hotel liegt wegen der Airportnähe auch in der Mitte vom Nichts. Eine Handvoll Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Service punktete durch die spontane Bereitschaft den kostenlosen Shuttlebus statt zum Flughafen auch zum Rental CAr anzubieten. Die Abwicklung war einwandfrei. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Das ginge besser. Ganz bestimmt bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder.

Wir waren 2 Tage Hotel vor unserer Rückreise. Es liegt dezentral an der I-25. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit Kitchenette augestattet, die über einen geräumigen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach verfügte. Das Mobiliar ist einfach und nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Im ersten Zimmer knarrte das Bett, deshalb liessen wir uns ein anderes geben, was unproblematisch […] möglich war. Die Sauberkeit nicht optimal aber ok. Auf Service muss man weitgehend verzichten aber auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption bekamen wir kostenlos Beliebig viele Kaffeepads. In der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants und einen Diner. Empfehle das Hotel für kurzen Stop und schmalen Geldbeutel. Mehr
"Kann man nichts falsch machen"
Für Suites übliche Ausstattung. Ab Nachmittag nur noch eine Person im ganzen Haus. Ist sie unterwegs kann es schon mal länger dauern bis wieder jemand am Empfang ist. Wir haben zum Einchecken 15 Min. gewartet.

"Crestwood Suites"
I guess you get what you pay for. The staff here has A LOT to learn about good customer service skills. I wanted to run the other way the minute I got into the room. Unfortunately I didn't have any choice on such a short budget and time. Would NOT recommend. Will NOT stay at this hotel ever again. Biggest complaint was, like I said, the feont desk staff. "Comfortable but aging"
This hotel had great staff...very personable, but the facility was definitely aging...tiles in Bathroom came up, carpet and overstuffed chair, not clean, cigarette burns and stains on sheets. paying attention to those details would make this a better stay. I didn't mind taking out my own garbage, but having to go down to the desk and trade towels was […] not great. The kitchenette was adequate, but not enough cooking service- one pot only, and few serving or cooking utensils ,2 plates 2 cups,2 bowls silver service for 2 only, so when we had a guest, there wasn't enough to serve him. Stayed here for one night. No complaints. Close to a lot of restaurants and conveniently located near highways. Overall great.

The directions to the motel were hard to follow so spent 30 minutes trying to find the place before finally getting there. When we got to the room it was almost midnight and the windows were wide open. It was only 6 or so degrees outside so was not pleased that the windows were open and it was freezing in the room when we got there. "Not a happy camper!"
It took over an hour to check-in. No light switch covers, no plug covers. Beds were like sleeping on the floor. As for the rooms clean factor leaves a lot to be desires. bedding was so worn that the backside of blanket was missing. Looked so bad would not put belongs on floor. TV had sound sometimes. Buyer BEWARE!!
It was a good service for our needs that evening.

For the price, we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean, showers hot, and for being so close to the highway, and main streets...quiet. Front Desk was friendly, and helpful. "Good Location-bad room!"
We are both originally from Denver, so we thought it'd be fun to "go back home" for the evening. Our room was not the main attraction of our visit, but we would have liked it to be in better repair. There was a mustiness/mold smell emanating from the bathroom so we bought an airfreshener to make it bearable. It didn't help much. I didn't see anything […] wrong with the cleanliness but the smell was overpowering. The bed was SUPERCOMFY, the TV was 20 years old and needs an upgrade. Although we appreciated the kitchen area, we chose not to utilize it so that we didn't have to stay in the room longer than necessary. Will not be back. Mehr
"Good hotel for price"
Like others posted, I hoped I got the first floor. Front lobby was nice with friendly service. The room (on the first floor) was quite clean and the kitchenette was immaculate. Bed was adequate, something you would expect for the price. Outside of the clean room and good service, there are questionable characters roaming around and stenches in some […] areas of the hotel. Nice place for the money and the location. It was a little disconcerting when the alarm was pulled by someone who drove off and left the fire department and the rest of us standing around in PJs.

The housecleaning personnel really should wash the bedspreads when there is "nastiness" left behind. Just plain gross. What's with the noise in the parking lot next door? "Crestwood Suites/Aurora CO."
The staff were nice enough and the room we were assigned was adequate but showing wear. If you are not comfortable with a VERY firm bed then you might not sleep well. Since we were there for a week we did a moderate amount of shopping but the elevator near our room broke down on our second day there and was never repaired, ( staff assured us that repairs […] were imminent. NOT!! ),and it was a major inconvenience especially during check-out. There seems to be quite a few smokers in residence and the outdoor "butt receptacles" were overflowing and stinky. There was also graffitti on a bench near the rear entrance, ( don't the staff ever clean up around the property )?! We had stayed there previously and it was in better repair and cleaner back then. "Crestwood Suites, Aurora, CO: Room with Kitchen"
If budget conscious and visiting Aurora, then the Crestwood Suites is an adequate place to stay. It's surrounded by restaurants, the room has a full size 'fridge, and the hotel appears to have many "long term" residents. I spent three nights, mid-week, and except for one night when the upstairs room was noisy, I didn't have a problem. The front desk […] addressed the room noise when I called. The only downfall is that even though we did not rent the room as an extended stay, we never got our room cleaned, towels changed, trash emptied, etc. The only interaction or service was just at check-in. "Crestwood Suites, Aurora, CO"
The front desk staff was nice enough. The hotel lobby and hallways looked as if they had never been shampooed--absolutely filthy! The room was somewhat better but, after seeing the common areas, I sure wondered about mites, bedbugs, etc. The second floor wreaked of marijuana. The hotel looked nice from the outside which, given the part of Aurora where […] it was located, made me think it might be OK. It appeared to draw a rough crowd--people coming and going all night long. Mehr

The furniture in the lobby looks like it was picked up from a street curb, the upholstery was black with dirt and about to blow away with as little threads that were left, it was almost vapor... the room wasn't much better, it was clean to say the least but well worn it. because this hotel is right on the cusp of a no. the location was convenient. restaurants within walking distance. a couple of convenience stores nearby. however, the motel 6 is just around the block and had i seen that i would have stayed there instead. it looked a lot newer and nicer. that said i can't complain too much. the room was fine, the showers […] were fine, the staff were friendly. overall i would rate this hotel as "eh...i guess so." a little noisy at times and my door squeaked quite loudly when it would open. "You get what you expect"
It´s not expensive to stay there and you get what you pay for, but it was clean. I only stayed there for one night when I passed by Denver so I can´t really say much about it.
"Not Quite Worth the Price"
My room was on the first floor, and if I only saw the outside and the first floor, I would say that this place was a good deal. But, I had to venture up to the second floor to do laundry as I was on a three week trip. My impression of the place changed dramatically when I first walked into the stairwell to go upstairs. The carpet on the stairs and in […] the second floor hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in several days. Worse than that, they looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. The washing machine looked as if they were lasted used by a bunch of drunk frat boys that spilled soap everywhere. I can't imagine when the last time the machines had been cleaned. I know that it doesn't take that many extra man hours to keep the carpet and laundry room clean. And, I realize that I'm only paying about half of what I would normally pay for a nice hotel. But, the hotel management can't tell me that there is no room in the budget to pay to keep the rest of this place looking as nice as the first floor is. Even if you have to charge an extra dollar a night to cover the additional payroll to keep it clean, I don't think that you will have anyone complaining about it. Mehr
"Stinky, not like promised"
The room was a handicapped shower room. It did have all the amenities except a fold out couch. It seemed that the shower ran out on the carpet in the entry to the room and the room REALLY REALLY stunk. The evening staff was not very friendly. The location was beautiful, but the extended stay hotel was full of some colorful characters... double lock […] and chair in front of the door! Would not like to stay here again. Mehr

"Crestwood Suites of Aurora - not too nice"
The Desk clerk was great, very friendly and helpful. Outside of Hotel was well groomed and nice. Room was not very clean with drip marks on furniture, carpet needed vacumning and the bed sagged in the middle. Got a really bad nights sleep.

It's in a nice area, not close to downtown though. The only thing with this hotel was the customer service was awful, they got our reservations wrong and were consistantly rude.
Room was fine and the staff was great... "fitness room" had a broken treadmill and machines that appeared to be from the 60's. The TV in the room was physically broken and wouldn't turn on, but for an overnight stay I wasn't too concerned. Worked okay for what I needed.

"Horrible Customer service."
My children and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. One of the elevators kept breaking down. The front desk rep. that checked me in was just plain horrible at doing her job and didn't careless if I had my needs met or not. The air conditionals in the hall way wasn't working or maybe they were turned off on purpose. Needless to say that I will […] not be returning to that hotel. Mehr
