We were very happy with the hotel for the price. The staff was WONDERFUL. There was a faint smell of smoke which may bother some, I think they had a floor booked by a group and they smoked so the smell trickled down into the halls. The rooms did not smell. We were really hanging out in the halls so it was no big deal to us. The indoor pool was wonderful […] we only used it once, but we had it all to ourselves which was great. What a fun place to stay and a WONDERFUL location to enjoy the cape from. Again this is more of a motel, but there is so much to do in the area it was just what we were looking for: an affordable, safe, friendly, comfortable place to stay, and that is what we got! Mehr

Simple amenities but, a good place to hang your hat if you are out and about. Family loved the indoor pool and spa tub. Great location. Planning to stay there next season.

I was very satisfied with my stay it was a very nice place.

My wife was worried that if she closed the bathroom door she might get stuck inthere because the lock was broken. I had no tools with me but was able to repair the lock with a knife from my car. The place needs moderizing.

not a resort by a long shot. Cheap rates due to a cheap motel. Many nicer looking properties nearby for about the same money.

The Staff at the front desk on check in was so wonderful and warm, and upgraded our room at no additional charge ,once she learned it was our honey moon. As a whole The hotel is moderate as far as cleanliness,and the Bed's them selves could use some up-grading.,Also it botherd us a bit,that there wasnt one single picture on any walls in the room,which […] made it kind of cold,and dismal. The Jaccuzi In the room was Sweet ! although we did go buy some cleaner and I did clean it more myself before we entered it. For the price I guess it was ok, location was good, and they do have a lot of amenties.The Resturant Next Door was Fabulous ! Mehr

I think the title Resort is stretched big time. This is a descent place to stay for the money. Two times I reported maintenance problems such as dead bolt lock not working and bathroom fan not working which were never addressed. Pools were clean and clear, and maid service was good. No carpeting in the room....laminate flooring....I wasn't to crazy […] about that. Great ice machine. WiFi worked great. Mehr

The room size was comfortable. I personally prefer a vanity outside the bathroom. It is quicker for more than one person to get ready. It's not only this motel, but many that I have stayed in, the A/C hits you in the face when you are in bed. I don't know why they put them where they do. Getting out into Rte. 28 was a bit difficult.

Very nice and accomidating staff. Close to everything we wanted including the beach. We will definitely stay again!

This is a two star hotel. Everything is dated and old.

The place was filthy, and definitely not worth the charge. It was noisy and when reported to the manager they did nothing about it. If you are in need of the wi-fi service forget it. Management stated it was shoddy and I would probably need to go into the parking lot. Yeah don't think so. Don't bother spending more for the kitchenettes, you get a sink […] but no soap to use to clean anything. Oh and to speak about the cleaning. We were there fore 3 nights and the housekeeper didn't show up until the last day. Good thing we didn't need anything. The place is horrible and you could find better. Mehr

The hotel has not been updated since 1970 which would not matter if it was clean and smelled good, neither of which is true. It is a motel and not worth the money since there are numerous otehr accomdations including a newly updated Super 8 which is probably a better stay.

Place is ready for some major painting, upkeep and new furnishings

Pleasant stay and reasonably priced. However, the rooms were a bit dated n my wife found hair on bathroom floor and on bed... Sheets looked clean but a bit grossed out after findind hair. Beds were full size not queen so not much for comfort. Otherwise, the area was a great location and kids had a great time in the pool and jacuzzi.

Just stayed here June 2011, room was clean and in good overall condition. Old TV, small round screen. The indoor and outdoor pools were very clean and well maintained. Nice and clean, but old and in need of some renovations.

It was My First Time at this Hotel. Last Minute planning. Location is Perfect and Amendities good. Rooms are WAY Outdated. It was like staying at a 70's Hotel. If you only need a quick stay and NOTHING matters its ok. If you want Comfort and Nice Decor I WOULDN'T suggest this Hotel!

We had a very enjoyable stay with our family. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the game room. The room was clean and had a miini fidge. We arrived early, and they allowed us to obtain our room. We had a great time and was an incredible deal for the money! It was centrally located to everything.

The Hotel was great, there was enough room for the four of us, they even had porches to go outside. the only thing I did not like was the indoor swimming pool was not heated which made it to cold to swim in. The onlt suggestion I have is to heat the indoor swimming pool.

the location of this hotel was nice. The price was high for having analog-tube TV's in rooms. Kids jumping around on upper floor. noisey. Coffee and tea not available until late morning.

Nice motel, rooms were bigger than expected, location is off the street not directly at the lake (like the map suggests), but good location.

Hotel does not at all look like pictures, in fact they are selling some as condos (not sure how that works) so when you arrive there are actually people living there. Very odd. Hotel is clean but needs a good updating!

I was in town for a concert on the Cape and found a deal on hotels.com. The room was very clean and cute. No complaints here.

We, a bunch of 20s,arrived there at almost 11 pm. After an whole day trip to martha's vineyard, we had no time and energy to use anything in the hotel except the beds and bathrooms. The room is definitely large enough (at least the one I stayed in), and the settings are also okay. The staffs were friendly, not sure whether helpful, as we didn't ask […] for anything. It has two pools, and the indoor one seems to even have a hot tub also, which should be a plus. The only thing dissappointing to me are the beds. Not soft enough and the bed clothes seems to be cheap and old, which even has some undesired smell. By the way, the remote control of the TV in my room didn't work. In general, it is an okay place to stay. Mehr

I read some of the previous reviews. The older ones must have been when the hotel was being updated. The room was ok. There were towels. It was clean but could have been fresher. It had been painted, newer carpeting and paint, but there were no pictures on the wall which made it seem a little unfinished. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable as […] they sit on a box pedestal instead of a boxspring. They tried to help with padding under the sheets. There is a little sitting area outside the room accessed by a door, but it could use a good sweeping and hose down. Parking is nice, close and abundant. The outside pool is very nice and well kept. The fitness room is ok, but very warm with the sun streaming in despite an air conditioner (no door to keep the cool air in). The indoor pool was nice too. The lobby is nice and airy, well decorated. The word resort is a complete overstatement. Yes, it had an indoor pool but that's as far as it went. Adequately clean, however, there was an odd smell in the room (not quite musty but something a foul). Towels were thin and the rooms are very, very dated. Box spring very stained. Okay for one night but I wouldn't recommend it for longer. We used it […] as stopover to Martha's Vineyard. Mehr

The room was clearly freshly painted. It just seemed that they hadn't finished the job. Nothing on the walls. No dresser or mirror. No towel racks or toilet paper holder in the bath. They ran out of towels. The pools were really nice and the staff was very nice. Bring your own towels?

Although the hotel has many good amenities, ie: Pool, jacuzzi, fitness room etc. They do not have room amenities, no hairdryer (asked at front desk & was allowed to borrow one for my stay) no shampoo/conditioner, small TV in room. No food or coffee on site, but withing walking distance. For the money-it was an adequate hotel, and it seemed to be family […] friendly with many kids in the pool evenings. Mehr

In my opinion the Yarmouth Resort had a lot of nerve charging the price they did. The room was worth no more than $29. The room stunk and if you needed towels, etc., you had to go to the front desk and get them yourself. It was a complete slum!! I forgot my bed pillows in the room so called the front desk and they were supposed to send them to me, […] but I never received them. Mehr

Motel plus qu'hotel.pas bien entretenu.Clim dégoulinante,odeur d'humidité.piscine moyenne Mais literie propre et comfortable.Pas de petit dejeuner;

Plus: Grote kamers en je kunt de auto voor de deur parkeren. Locatie is oké. Wasmachines en 2 zwembaden aanwezig. Min: De airconditioning was oud en nat dus de hele kamer stonk. De andere kamer die we aangeboden stonk mogelijk nog erger. Misschien is dit niet in alle kamers het geval.

Dejligt med trægulv på værelset - bedre fornemmelse af renhed, at man ikke skal gå barfodet på samme tæppe som tusindvis af andre fremmede...! Dejligt ny istandsat værelse, dejlig pool forhold, udendørs. Indepool ikke imponernede. Dejligt med køleskab på værelset.
