I have never been treated so warmly at any hotel I have ever stayed in. From the front desk to the maid service. Everything was exceptional. I will gladly stay at this establishment if I ever travel this way again and would recommend it to anyone.

nice room, nice breakfast, every thing was excellent but the pool area was cold & water cool.pool appeared to need nicer appearance ,they had been painting the walls, i asume it was all a work in progress

Be sure you want to stay in Richmond, not Lexington, before booking this hotel.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, great breakfast, good rates... Overall good stay

This hotel was pretty average for a Holiday Inn Express. The bed was harder than most. Alan @ the front desk wasn't too pleased that I used a "online booking agent". He lectured me on how much I could save calling them directly. Breakfast was good. Room was mostly clean. Air Conditioner had dirt blowing around in it. I give it a 4 out of 5. This inn was recently renovated and was very clean. Room was comfortable but the air conditioning system was horrendously loud. We had to shut it off to get any sleep. Then, of course, the room got stifling hot and we couldn't sleep. They need to look at upgrading or somehow silencing the noisy machines.

We were very pleased with the Holiday Inn Express in Richmond. Everything was very clean and the personnel were great. Great breakfast too.

We found this to be everything we expected; clean, comfortable, with a good breakfast and a helpful staff. The room appeared to have been recently updated, and the bathroom was spotless. The only negative for some people might be the bathroom sink being just inside the door to the room. If you're standing at the sink and someone opens the door, you're […] in full view of anyone who happens to be passing by. This could also be a problem if one person is using the sink and another is trying to sleep, since there's no door to separate the areas. Breakfast contained great selections, real bacon, eggs and biscuits to cereal and fruit, and those wonderful Holiday Inn cinnamon rolls. Mehr

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was great..Staff was friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfest was hot and very good. Location was close to resturantes and shopping. It was a wonderful overnight stay. Will recommend to friends and family.

We were in town visiting EKU and this hotel was perfect. It was less than 10 minutes down the road from the campus. At checkin the clerk also offered us directions to the campus among other items in the area. Very nice! I would definitely stay there again.

This was the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The room was very large and clean. The location was wonderfull. There is plenty of shopping in the area and it is located close to Eastern Kentucky University. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. I needed to do some traveling while I was there and they gave me very good driving directions. The […] breakfast was also sufficient. I would stay here again if I ever have to spend time in the Richmond, KY area. Mehr

Nice stay rooms very clean nice service employees very friendly only bad thing only one elevator if room on far end have to walk and carry bags long way

The Richmond Holiday Inn offered a very comfortable night's stay in a convenient location.
