Das Hotel ist sehr groß (es besteht aus drei großen Türmen) und ist scheinbar bei großen Gruppen wie Sportvereinen oder Schulklassen sehr beliebt. In der Lobby herrschte immer Chaos, da immer eine große Gruppe an- oder abreiste. Unsere Nachtruhe war durch eine italienische Schülergruppe leicht beeinträchtigt. Die Lage ist mäßig: Das Hotel liegt an einer großen Straße, etwas ab vom Schuß. In direkter Umgebung ist nichts Interessantes. Mit der Straßenbahn gelangt man aber ohne Umzusteigen in ca 10-15 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz (ca. 8 Stationen). Das Zimmer selbst war groß, komfortabel und sauber. Für den Preis war alles in Ordnung.

Hotel Boulevard Berlin befindet sich mitten in Berlin in der Nähe von: Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtnis-Kirche und Berliner Zoo. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Siegessäule und Tiergarten.

"Worst Hotel"
Worst Hotel ever! Description on Hotels.com does not match the Hotel at all, in fact the pictures are of a different Hotel. Rooms are very dirty, one could say filthy. Personnel is rude and obnoxious without exception. Do NOT stay in this hotel, do not book it. You will be dissapointed without doubt.

Das Hotel liegt günstig, S-Bahn in der Nähe, auf der Terrasse ein schöner Ausblick über Berlin, KaDeWe in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer auf der 5ten Etage sind erstaunlich ruhig.

"Super Lage mit guter U-/S-Bahnanbindung"
Super zentrale Lage. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, besonders des Badezimmers, zu Wünschen übrig. Kaputtes Waschbecken, Dusche, nicht gewischter Fußboden und Schimmelflecken. Heizung im Schlafraum war 24 Std. an und konnte nicht abgeschaltet werden, Fenster gingen auch nicht zu öffnen (defekt). Frühstück war vom Preis-/Leisungsverhältnis nicht […] in Ordnung.Wenig Auswahl. Nicht genug Plätze für die Gäste ! Service des Personals teilweise sehr unfreundlich. "Berlin ist immer eine Reise wert"
Kleines Hotel mitten im Herzen von Berlin und der größten Shoppingmeile Berlins, dem Kurfürstendamm mit dem Tauentzien. Einfach Super - raus aus dem Hotel und man befindet sich direkt vor der Gedächtniskirche und dem Europacenter. Die Wochenendpreise des Hotels sind für alle positiven Umstäde einfach nur Super. "Jugendherberge mit Zweibett- Zimmern"
Die Unmöglichkeit, trotz (scheinbarer) Zusage ein Doppelbett zu bekommen, habe ich oben beschrieben. Beim Checkout wurde mir eine Quittung/Rechnung verweigert mit der Begründung, dass ich bereits über Internet bezahlt hätte und mir deswegen die Quittung/Rechnung dort ausdrucken möge (Bin auf die Reaktion des Finanzamtes gespannt)

Das Hotel Boulevard hinterliess insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck. Hervorragend die Lage unmittelbar neben der Gedächtniskirche am Kudamm. Dies brachte allerdings den Nachteil des sehr regen nächtlichen Lärms aus der Nachbarschaft (vor allem am Samstag). Ein Zimmer zur Hinterseite des Hauses wäre wohl vorteilhafter gewesen. Leider herrschte zur Zeit […] unseres Aufenthaltes eine hochsommerliche Temperatur von über 30 Grad, da machte sich die fehlende Klimaanlage heftig bemerkbar ... Hotel ist sehr klein und Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch. Lage gut, zentral. Keine Klimaanlage Im Sommer daher sehr schwierig. zum Kudamm sehr laut.......

Das Hotel liegt super zentral, sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge und Shopping. Das Bad wurde schön renoviert, die Betten sind sehr gut, schlafen bei geschlossenem Fenster empfohlen wegen Verkehrslärm ( Lage des Hotels). "Gute Lage, Renovierung dringend nötig"
Laga des Hotels super, aber als Stadthaotel sollte einmal eine gründliche Renovierung vorgenommen werden. Für das Frühstück werden € 12.- zusätzlich verlangt, Auswahl sehr gering Lebensmittel wurden nicht nachgefüllt.

Sehr gute und auch ruhige Lage am Kurfürstendamm und in Laufnähe zum Berliner Zoo und Tiergarten. Ab dem KuDamm fahren viele Busse an interessante Orte.

"Boulevard Berlin"
The location is fine and the hotel was cheap, but not 3 star standard. And even for a 2 star hotel I would need a bed without damaged springs.

"OK for shopping, basic rooms"
Good location for shopping on high end shops, relatively easy to get to main attractions by u bahn and s bahn (stations V close). Room basic, and have a hostel feel. Breakfast was not included and 9 euro, but plenty of cafes around.
"Hotel Boulevard am Kurfuerstendamm - nice location"
Very close to tube station ideal for sightseeing, nice hotel, although quite noisy when windows were open as close to the road. Comfortable and very good service and friendly staff.

"Hotel Boulevard am Ku'Damm in Berlin"
This hotel is a real bargain, great price and nice conditions for the money. You get the usual small European room in hotel that provides safety, cleanliness, great central location, and friendly service. The rooms are small and only moderately comfortable but adequate for stays of 1-3 days or so. The staff is friendly, speaks adequate English for Brits […] or Americans. I recommend it unconditionally keeping above comments in mind. If you are in luxury market, give it a pass but if you are of the mind to keep money in your pocket, this is a good choice. Mehr

"Great location but take ear plugs"
Used the Hotel Boulevard for a weekend visit to Berlin and found it to be in a great location near to the Europa Centre and very convenient for transport links throughout the city. Overlooking the main street was good, but pretty noisy from all the traffic, which seemed to have a constant flow even throughout the night, but I always pack ear plugs and […] they came to the rescue. 12 Euros for breakfast, so I skipped that and went a short walk along to one of the many eating places on the street and had a great feed for less than half the price. Internet access was down apparently, but this seems to be a common excuse from Hotel Boulevard and I wouldn't bet on it being available for your visit. In conclusion, this was a good, clean hotel with friendly staff and as long as you're not looking for a luxurious room to lounge around in all day, I would highly recommend it. Mehr
"Bad experience"
Hotel switched locations to a 'sister hotel' without knowledge or advance notice. Horrible beds, very basic rooms, No AC. Room and had no circulation (should at least have fans installed). Located down the street from the "erotica' museum... leave kids at home or pick another location!
"Well-located hotel in Berlin"
I stayed for two nights in this hotel, which is near the Zoo station and the main shopping street. I would stay here again. There are only two drawbacks: reception is on the sixth floor, with the rooms on the floors below; and I thought the price of a single room a little too high (though it was a very busy weekend in Berlin).

The Hotel Boulevard in Berlin was an excellent location but the noise from the street traffic was more than just noticeable it was distracting. The location could not be beat for the price. It was close to shops and public transportation. Good food in the neighborhood for sure.

Very good location. No AC. The room stuffy(no ventilation). The carpets have to be change. At this time of year I just open the windows and went to see the town. The stuff very helpful. You can eat a very good breakfast at the hotel for only 9 euro.

The Hotel Boulevard am Kurfuerstendamm in Berlin is close to all the sights with tour buses outside on the main road, the shops on the main street are expensive but if you walk of the main street there are bargains to be had, Berlin zoo is only a couple of hundred yards away and I think it's well worth a visit. We really enjoyed our time in the city […] and will be back and won't have to look any further than this hotel for somewhere to stay. Mehr

"Great location and staff!"
I loved staying here. We arrived at 11AM, not expecting for our room to be ready, but it was! The room was very spacious, but looked like it hadn't been remodeled since the 70s. Also, the "double bed" was just 2 twins pushed together. The room was extremely hot, I think they were having problems with their system. Hotel was clean, the staff was freindly. Overall the room was very clean. The only down side was the internet was down, however their sister hotel is around the corner and you could go there and use the computers and print etc.. Overall I would stay there again.

Read all the reviews about this hotel and on the good reviews I booked it. I was not one bit disappointed. Its a great location. Our trip to Berlin was to see the Christmas markets. One of the christmas markets is right beside this Hotel... Prefect. It is on the Ku'damm so all the high end shops are on your door step (if you have the money!) Easy access […] from the airport. That the S Train to Zoo station. (Much longer to go on the U Bann. It is only 2.80. I didn't eat in the hotel, or drink, so can't comment on that. Loads of resturants out on the street. Europa Centre right beside the hotels has Irish Bar with live band every night. We did the Circle Tour of the city for €20 (hop on hop off) Found it very good as you get a history guide of the city. Ku Da We is a hugh dept store just down the rd. Its like Harrods. I found Berlin to be a very safe city, and clean. Staff friendly, even rang other hotel to get me a phone charger. "Nice central location."
The hotel is really centrally situated and the u-bahn station is right outside the entrance - a huge plus. The staff were fantastic. However, the room was really stuffy and the carpet was filthy. There was no facility for making tea or coffee in the room and on that basis I really can't recommend this hotel.

The best thing about the hotel is it's location. In the middle of the center and close to the subway , buses, and many attractions. The breakfast is nice, in the 6th floor ,overlooking the city, and the variety of ffod is large and nice. The rooms are small and basic. I stayed in Berlin at the Boulevard Hotel with my friend, for 10 days. It was very convinent. the location of the hotel is exellent, the staff very polite and halpful, the room was confortable and large. I'll certainly recomand it to my friends.

Excellent hotel close to shops and easy to get everywhere. The staff were absolutley great they were warm, friendly and helpful which helped make my stay perfect. I had a fabulous time here and would recommend it to everybody. Only one negatiive noise from the road but guess thats the price you pay for being in such a good location and double glazing […] worked well. Reception on top floor which felt weired but proved to be a great place to sit on outside balcony and meet with my friend and plan our day so loved that as well. would most definitly like to go back Mehr
