Das Familienzimmer war sehr gut, groß genug für 4 Personen. Das Hallenbad ist zwar klein, aber für die Kinder eine tolle Abwechslung nach einem Kultur Tag. Eltern können in der Sauna und im Dampfbad entspannen. Sehr zentrale Lage, man kann alles zu Fuß machen. Spitzenmäßiges Frühstücksbuffet!! Ist auf jeden Fall den Preis wert.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet (!), freundliche Mitarbeiter - ein gelungener Aufenthalt in München. Besonders schön sind die großzügigen Suiten, so dass wir (2 Erw. und 3 Kinder) ausreichend Platz hatten und dennoch zusammen waren. Nicht ganz günstig, ich denke aber, dass ist das Münchner Niveau.

Der Aufenthalt war zufriedenstellend.Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut,leider kein kostenloser Hotelparkplatz ( 10€ ).Personal sehr nett und freundlich.

Die westlich der Altstadt gelegene Gegend um den Hauptbahnhof herum ist vollgepackt mit Hotels und Fußgängerzonen voller Geschäfte. Weiter nördlich befinden sich das Museumsviertel der Stadt, in dem die Alte und Neue Pinakothek, die Pinakothek der Moderne, die restaurierte Glypothek und das Antiquitätenmuseum untergebracht sind, sowie das Lenbachhaus, in dem das Werk des bayerischen Malers Franz von Lenbach ausgestellt ist.

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral; die Stadtmitte und die wichtigsten Museen sind fußläufig zu ereichen. Der Anschluß an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. "Klasse Hotel sehr zu empfehlen"
Als wir das Hotel betraten wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotelteam sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren Top. Wunderschönes Zimmer. Es ist auch gross genug. Das Badezimmer ist ein wenig klein aber suuuper sauber. im Gang hats ein wenig gemüffelt aber in den zimmer nicht. Klima funktioniert einwandfrei. Parkplätze gibts für 13€ am tag. War schon […] in vielen 5 sterne hotels. Also von der Sauberkeit, einrichtung und ambiente könnte es einem 5 sterne Hotel das Wasser reichen. Mehr

"Idealer Ausgangsort für einen Münchner-Städte-Trip"
Das erste grosse Plus des Kings Hotel First Class ist die geringe Distanz zum Münchner Hbf. Ideal für die Anreise mit dem Zug! Trotzdem ist man sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Die bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen lassen sich sehr gut zu Fuss besuchen. Für die weiter abgelegenen Ziele (Olympiastadion oder Schloss Nymphenburg empfiehlt sich der […] ÖV. Unser Club-Zimmer lag zum Innenhof und war absolut ruhig. Alles sehr sauber - aber ein bisschen eng (vor allem das Bad). A pleasant hotel in a less so pleasant area adjacent to the train station. However, always felt safe in the area and would recommend to all. Apprix 10 15 min walk from central area. Free wifi using vouchers from the reception.

"Very disappointed...."
We were very disappointed with the hotel! First I feel we should have been informed that the construction was happening....Our room was over the vents of the constructions...smoke, dust and noice all day.....we could not even open our window to get fresh air as the street WAS EXTREMELY NOICE and the AC did not work...We would never recommend the Kings […] Hotel to anyone Mehr
"King's Hotel - a great location, all the comforts"
The King's Hotel First Class is located about three blocks from the Hauptbahnhof, Munich's central train station. It is a pleasant walk to the outdoor markets of Marienplatz, and a nice short stroll to the Lowenbraukeller Restaurant. If you have stayed in a European hotel, you know that the rooms tend to be small. I recommend spending a few extra bucks […] and getting a nice suite at King's Hotel First Class. You have plenty of room, including a nice sitting area, large bedroom, and good-sized bathroom. The King's Hotel has an excellent cleaning staff. I recommend a tip of 2 - 3 Euros per night for the service, because they do a great job and they are very appreciative. The room was spotless!! I stayed for six nights and the housekeeping was flawless. Overall, a great experience that I will gladly pay for again, the next time I go to Munich. Mehr

Excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean and in perfect order. All the staff were polite, helpful, and very good at providing the right service required. Breakfast was superb if a bit pricey. Lots of choice and all well cooked and displayed. I have no complaints whatsoever and will definately stay here again if we re-vist Munich at a later date. However if […] the management asked for hints on how to improve I would suggest that a few better English language channels on the TV would be nice. I would change the "English Breakfast tea" to a real English brand not that perfumed weak tea they have. As we were in Munch for the Christmas Markets a few brouchers or hand-outs showing where they all are would have been a help. Have the air-con checked out. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Kings Hotel in November 2011 for one night after a trip to Salzburg. Staff were very friendly and hotel was clean. The hotel was kept to high standards. Very Clean Hotel. However, try to get a room in the back of the hotel. The street cars will keep you up with their loud sound when going up or down the street. Great location . Three blocks from the Main Train Station.

"Two overnights at Munich's King Hotel near the HBF"
Thank you, this fine hotel and exceptional service are two of the reasons we would return for a stay. Munich was at the time caught up in the frivolity of Oktoberfest, a challenge to many hotels having to deal with large, international crowds of visitors. The King and its staff managed to provide excellent personal service in spite of the numbers they […] dealt with. Oh yes, the breakfasts, though not included with room price, were outstanding! "First Time in Munich"
This was my first time and I was going to Oktoberfest. The hotel is extremely close to the train station and oktoberfest was only 10-15 minutes by foot. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly as well as they all spoke English.

I had a great experience at the Kings Hotel First Class. Our room was clean and decorated very nicely. The hotel staff was friendly and patient, as I don't speak German. The breakfast was a little on the expensive side, I thought, but at least it was quality food. The biggest negative is the surrounding neighborhood. We spent 3 nights in this hotel and we were very happy with all everything. It was spotless, the staff were very friendly indeed and could not be more helpfull as indeed were everyone in Munich. This hotel is excellant, for visiting Munich on a city break as it is close to the main railway station which connects with the airport by suburban trains and places of interest by underground and trams, and you can also take the Lufthansa bus from the railway station to the airport. The hotel was only a 5-10 minute walk from the main train station & was about a 25 minute walk into the main hub being Marienplatz. The staff were friendly enough but certainly not proactive. "Conveniently located"
Hotel is conveniently located near main train station. Room is a bit small but you can't beat the location. We thought the breakfast was Euro 15 for two as it was published at Hotel.com but it turned to be Euro 15 per head. Hotel management gave us discount to match the published price. However it should be straightened out to avoid confusion.

Hotel is ok, no way it is 4 stars. It is right on a main trolly route, so if you have a room that faces the street better bring your earplugs. The trolly shakes the building. We moved from the first to the fifth floor and it helped some, but still fairly loud. Don't buy a tour bus pass from them as they offered it to us at $26e, we walked down the street […] at the tour bus stop and it was only $19e. It was clean and staff were friendly. Mehr

The hotel is an easy walk from the Haufbahnhauf (main train station). The desk clerks and all other personnel are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable but maybe a bit small but very adequate. The air conditioning was on during this unusually hot April, whereas other hotels in Europe including Hiltons made customers suffer without air. […] I didn't eat in the restaurant as I like to eat while I am out venturing around. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The price seems reasonable. Also, there are a couple of precarious businesses across the street, ie. casinos and sex shops but they are no problem and I noticed no noise.
