this is a hard one as the room was fine (strange set up) but not something to worry me too much and the room was clean with coffee maker etc and free internet. The breakfast was ok for me (I am happy with toast) if you eat a lot for breakfast this might not suit you but you can eat as much as you like i think. The mean issue I found was the noise, I […] could hear the next room having a shower and using the restroom, every time someone walked up the corridoor or open or closed a door and the AC unit was really loud I turned it off so I could get some sleep, I think if you are at this hotel for ine night it would be fine but if you are a light sleeper or staying in Harrisonburg for more than one night I would look else were. It was a pleasure to stay at the Quality Inn in Harrisonburg. It was a 5 minute drive to town. The staff provided excellent directions and other pertinent information to make our trip even more productive. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was fine for a quick night. The one negative that I have is that the water flow was VERY noisy. Each time someone turned on the shower in a nearby room, it sounded like it was in your bathroom. Also, the bathroom light buzzed so loud...it was like a torture test if you left it on. Nice clean hotel. Just what I expected. Nothing special. Rooms a little on the small side but comfortable and clean. Towels were very small. I almost wouldn't call them a bath towel. The continental breakfast was a little sparse. Those all sound like negatives but they really aren't. For this price and location this was pretty much what I expected.

I would consider a different hotel for my next stay in the Harrisonburg area. The hotel is fairly run down. Staff was nice and location was good.

Convenient location near highway and restaurants. Good sized room with fridge and microwave. Only complaint is moldy smell in bathroom with rather thin, worn towels. Breakfast was basic but good.

Unfortunately we were at the end of the hall next to the ice machine. It was so loud we asked the clerk to shut it off at 12:40am, which he did. But he said he would have to turn it back on at 6:00am and he did turn it on again. Needless to say we got very little sleep. It was very upsetting to leave my daughter at school on no sleep and then drive […] 7 hours home on no sleep. It simply does not make sense to put the vending machines up against the wall of a room. Great hotel for interim stay en route from northeast to southeast. Excellent free breakfast, gray/biscuits, waffle iron, fruit, cereal, pastries,etc. Also ideally located for touring Harrisonburg/Bridgewater area.

Great location. It is a unique white building near a big shopping center, where you can find restaurants and gas stations, and it's close to JMU. The room has microwave and refrigerator, which is convenient for our stay. The coffee maker seems not being used for a long time and dirty. The tea packages are dusted. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, overall pleased with the stay. I was their mainly to sleep. I was not able to sleep well as the bed was too hard for me, but I suppose more people prefer firm to soft, and they need to please the majority. Pillows wee very lumpy as if they had been put through the wash, but I always bring my own so I do not know if […] they were comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is a more allergy accommodating breakfast. I cannot eat dairy or grains and my only choice was black coffee or tea. They did have a few very sad looking apples and oranges, but they did not look good enough to eat. Most places I visit have bananas. That would have been nice. Mehr

The front desk people were great!!! I needed differnt directions to get home and they looked them up and printed me a copy. They were friendly and helpful. I also left my phone charger and they mailed it to me, that;s going above and beyond. The hotel is older and people to expect for the price that this place is good for the price.

The hotel was clean and the service very nice, but the bed and bed linens were the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered. My husband and I did not sleep a wink and could not wait to leave. I travel often and love hotel beds, so I was shocked to find this one was as hard a rock.

Hotel is very convienent to JMU, food, and close enough to Massanutten ski resort to be considered for ski trips. Although our room was not overly spacious, it was clean and comfortable. Got a great price and was happy with the stay. However, the hotel is a bit beat up and needs some TLC. Ice machine was very loud! Breakfast was good and the hotel is close to just about everything.

tHE HOTEL IS OLDER BUT THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. hOWEVER SOME OF THE AMENITIES ARE NOT UP RO PAR...THE TV DID NOT WORK AS TRHE SATELLITE SYSTEM WAS OUTOF REPAIRAND TRHE TVS ARE OLDER MODELS. SHOULD BE ADDRESSED ...OTHERWISE I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN BUT WOULD NOT COUNT ON THE BREAKFAST TO GET ME THROUGH LUNCHTIME.
