I enjoyed my stay, the only problem was with cable Friday only certain channel worked. It was repaired by Saturday.

Everything about this hotel was great other than the TV channels that were available. There was not much to choose from but other than that the hotel was great.

Only one thing; I didn't have a shampoo in the bathroom.

Nice Hotel , very clean friendly staff Will stay Again

Hotel location may have been close to the airport but was not too easy to find. For a Hilton and no free breakfast, that was disappointing. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Walls were paper thin as we heard every flush and water rush all day and night. They also charged $50 worth of incindentals to my card "just in case" without notifying me and told […] me I would get it back later. Rate was a little above normal as I wanted an indoor pool for the kids. Pool area was clean. Mehr

Nice hotel - nothing to complain about the hotel.

My kids and I were at the hotel between the 3rd till the 11th of Feb 2012 and everything was great and I will book again at the same Hotel if we decide to go next year also.

The food was incredible! Hats off to the chef along with the staff. I recommend anyone staying in Nashville to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn!

The stay was reasonable. There was nothing wrong with the room or the service. All were acceptable. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't free, but I knew that when I registered. Mostly I was disappointed in the restaurant offerings in proximity to the hotel. Not much around other than fast food. That's not the hotel's responsibility though.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent.

We wanted to get away for our anniversary so we decided to stay here. We had reserved a smoking room and when we got to the room it was non-smoking. So after my husband went downstairs and got a different room and we got to the that room, we discovered that it did not have the spa tub. We decided we would do without the spa tub. Everything was clean […] and comfortable, loved the bed comforter, and furnishings were modern. T.v. only had 20 channels, there wasn't a dvd player, but they did have pay per view. The next morning got woke up by other guests shutting their doors loudly. Check-out was a breeze. Room service was prompt and delicious. Overall had great time and may return again. Mehr

Great accomodations friendly staff very accomodating would stay again

The Garden Inn was everything I expected it to be as a Hilton Hotel. A very comfortable stay, wonderful guest service, at a most reasonable price.

Stayed here for the CMA Fan Fest. It was about a 10 -15 minute drive to downtown but it was nice to stay away from downtown (for the savings). The Hilton Garden Inn is clean and you have a frig & microwave in your room (additional savings). We enjoy the quiet of the surrounding area and also the restaurants nearby. Will stay here again if I visit Nashville. […] Only downside is no pets aloud. Mehr

Be aware, in case of some stuff members trying to get you into the fifth floor (all smoking rooms), telling you that no other rooms are available at this time. The rooms in the fifth floor are much smaller than the non smoking rooms of Floor 1-4 and urgently need to become renovated. The location of the Hilton Garden Inn, Nashville Airport is far away […] from downtown Nashville and if you know the neighborhood a little better after some days, you will find similar rooms for less than half of the money for example in Lebanon/ Tn, just some miles further East on I 40. I would not return to stay again at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Airport. Mehr

Even had a bag with food for the racers (Nashville half and full marathons). Dinner the night before was great pasta dishes. Way to cater to your customers!

I was there for an art seminar so my stay was short. Everything couldn't have been better.

The hotel looked impeccable. It was beyond our expectations. How it only has a 3 star rating is beyond me. This hotel is 5 star quality at a great price. If and when we stay in Nashville again, we will highly consider this hotel due to the great condition and the location near the Opry.

The hotel was close to the highway which made it easy to get places. It was very clean! I would stay there again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Our children loved the indoor pool and we loved the price! We will be sure to stay again when we visit Nashville. Thanks!

Llegué al hotel tarde por la noche y creo que la habitación donde me pusieron era la última que quedaba. Así que tal vez sus otras habitaciones están mejores. Había pedido una habitación no fumadora pero ésta era para fumadores y apestaba a tobaco. Hasta mi ropa olía a tobaco el día después solamente por haber estado en aquella habitación. La ventilación […] estaba de mal estado, medio-rota a la vista, y hacía mucho ruido. La habitación fue pequeña y no daba mucha sensación de limpieza, pero tal vez eso fue por el olor terrible de cigarillos viejos más que otra cosa. Mehr
