Gutes Mittelklassehotel im Zentrum von Philadelphia. Liegt am Rand von Chinatown mit vielen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig und Zimmereinrichtung etwas ältlich. Gegend hinter Convention-Center ist "dunkel", da der direkte Zugang zur Innenstadt durch einen langen Tunnel führt. Man kann aber auch durch Chinatown oder vom Rathaus zum Hotel gelangen, was wir auch gemacht haben.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gepflegt, schöne und sehr grosse Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf dem Pool-Floor mit einer Balkontür direkt zum Pool. Das Restaurant und das Pub in dem Hotel sind top. Leider gab es weder Frühstück noch gratis W-LAN oder eine Minibar. Aber dies wurde durch den direkten Metro-Zugang und den Läden/Restaurants im Metro-Bereich  […] kompensiert. Mehr

I enjoyed my stay very much. However, I am disappointed that you have billed me another $100 for unspecified services while the hotel costs were pre-paid; and I cannot get anyone in your hotel when I call for an explanation. This has soured what was an otherwise excellent stay with you.

Although the hotel is a little dated, it was very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. The staff were amazingly friendly and offered so much assistance right down to free pretzels, biscuits and drinks. Plus they offer a laundry service that came with free washing powder even though you paid $1.50 to wash, it was fantastic. Room was incredibly quiet. Comfortable bed. V. accommodating concierge, front desk. Breakfast was good with professional staff.

Very clean. Very good and friendly service. Few minute walk to many restaurants. Right near the convention center. Would certainly stay there again. Beat all surrounding hotel's prices.

The hotel was located right next to the convention center, and close to shops and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant, and helpful. The only downside is that my room was next to an area where commercial trucks park, and unload deliveries at the convention center. I could hear trucks coming in and unloading all night long. Good location for walking to historic sites, Chinatown and reading terminal market

The hotel was recently refurbished.Very clean with a courteous staff.cofee bar and breakfast very convenient.pool with plenty of towels handy.centrally located to all the attractions.parking lot located just feet from the hotel.the only downsize were the beds.very comfortable but they only have double size beds,we found it a little annoying for a family […] of four.but overall great stay.you won't go wrong staying here. Hi Nice people, nice breakfast, nice pool Unfortunately, wake up at 5am by trucks for waste management....on Saturday 10min walk to Liberty Bell, not bad. No free parking but free WiFi

I stayed at the hotel during a recent convention in Philly. The hotel was more reasonably priced than the recommended hotels and was within very easy walking distance of the convention as well as surrounding attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was professional and friendly.

This hotel has been a great choice. Location, rooms, Internet access all very good. But the excellent impression I got from this hotel is due mainly to the effciency and kindness of two employees: Raz (at the door) and Phyllis (supervisor). Was there for a dance convention and from the moment we arrived everyone was courteous and helpful. From the valet to the front desk and also the woman who was in charge of keeping our room clean for the weekend. Which is was, very clean and tidy. They all were so nice and always asked if there was anything that we needed or just "How was our day going"? […] So nice to hear in this day and age! Also, enjoyed our breakfast buffet, very convenient. Would go back in a heartbeat! Mehr

Great experience. It was within a few blocks of Convention Center, subway, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was exactly what I was looking for; the price was right and the location was perfect.

Imagine my chagrin when I first opened the door to my room and found people in the beds and suitcases opened! Although the young lady at the desk was very apolegetic and assured me that it never happens and gave me discount tickets, I will never forget that it happened.

this was extrememly conveniet to the Reading Market, Convention Center, City Hall and places in between. The hotel staff were wonderful and so helpful. Would stay there again.

Convenient to hop-on-hop-off bus location, convention center, restaurants and historical Philadelphia. Roomwas quiet and confortable. Contential breakfast consistent with Hampton.

First off, hotel rate too expensive. My bathtub got clogged, and nobody came to fix, even hours after I reported it. I had to spend my last day without showering. And I was refused late checkout, so I spent 4 hours in their lobby waiting for my ride. Unnecessarily bad weekend all around, would not recommend.

I stayed here instead of the convention hdqtrs hotel. What a good decision. The staff of this hotel is fantastically nice: courteous, helpful, patient with the three changes of cab pick-up times we needed due to airport delays that were being texted to us. We ended up hanging out in the lobby for several hours which was a lot better than sitting at […] the airport. This hotel has 24 hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate that is a great convenience. The fitness center is 24 hour. I didn't use the pool but it looked well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast is very good with choices beyond the usual stale carb loaded junk. Hot oatmeal with nuts and dried fruit was a daily staple, as were whole wheat bagels (fat-free cream cheese available), and a choice of four hot items including one breakfast meet. The eggs were dehydrated and unappetizing to me, but lots of people seemed to like them. There were four of the commercial-type waffle makers and sugar-free syrup and margarine as well as regular syrup and butter were available. The juice was not watery and there were pastries and bread for the less health conscious. Skim milk and whole fresh fruit were also available. The atmosphere was incredible for a big city center hotel: guests actually made eye contact and were nice to one another. There is a lobby bar that is open supposedly to 11:00 but it appeared to be open as long as there were customers. Reasonably priced bar food including a sandwich and salad were available as well as chips, pita and hummus, etc. The is a small grocery section with snacks, soda, ice cream (in cartons) and microwavable food. The house cola is Pepsi but no one complained about guests walking around with Coke cans purchased outside, which may seem very trivial but not to those who dislike the "P" product. There is free wi-fi everywhere and open access computers in both a partitioned section of the very nice lobby and on the lower level. Printing is available and complimentary. My friends and I had such a pleasant three night stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The hotel is walking distance from the Reading Terminal Market and a few minutes drive from all the tourist attractions. The only downside was that the immediate surrounding […] area was a bit desolate at night and therefore we felt safer driving than walking around. All in all, great stay. Mehr

Excellent service, friendly staff, great food.

Best hotel experience I've ever had. Hotel is near so many of the things you want to see in Philly. Service was awesome. Breakfast had a great variety. The bathroom was actually clean. No mold or anything.

This hotel is situated right next to the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Great staff, really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Its a Hampton (Hilton), newly renovated. Nice staff. Good price. Clean.

Very convenient location..near convention center, Greyhound terminal, Reading Market and Chinatown. Friendly check-in, free coffee and tea and an included breakfast made it a pleasure for one night to visit some museums and walk around the city.

Nice quality, comfortable, clean, an good location downtown with lots of surrounding places for food and tourism. The only issue is that tooth paste wasn't available in the bathroom we had to call downstairs and then go and pick it up.

This hotel has sesveral amenities like local treats that help make the stay more enjoyable. I never felt nickle and dimed as I have at other properties.

For a downtown Philly hotel, the accomodations are nice and the price was right! The hotel needs to update the showerheads as they are dirty and not functional. The breakfast was great and well stocked even nearing the end of the offering. This hotel leaves the signature Philly soft pretzels and hot apple cider out for guests in the afternoon and evening. […] Absolutely delicious! Mehr

We found the valet parking very helpful, though the nearby parking would have suffices if not for the quantity of luggage we had with us. The desk was helpful, the room was clean & comfortable with nice amenities. The complimentary breakfast was good except for the scrambled eggs-there was plenty of other choices though, so I just didn't eat them. Overall, […] a good stay & I would recommend it to others. We were touring Philadelphia for the first time. Our hotel was centrally located and we could walk to most of the main tourist attractions within 15 minutes. We were also near Reading Terminal which is a must for lunch and other quick shopping. The hotel was very well maintained and the staff very friendly and courteous. The hotel was convenientlly located near the liberty bell and offered a great selection of breakfast items, hot cider and cookies in the evening and freshly baked pretzels during the day. Great value.

I would stay there again and reccommend it to friends. Met are needs perfectly. the mulled cider and cookies in the lobby with other refreshments were a nice touch. Breakfast was wonderful and the wait staff extremely pleasant.

Great hotel and service. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, from hailing taxi cabs to hold our bags after our check out time (so we could do more sightseeing before departing via train). Breakfasts were great. Thanks to the hotel staff for making our stay a great experience.
