Arrived in bad weather the day before my flight out so planned quiet evening relaxing and watching TV. Limited channels, no program guide anywhere (required to download Lodgenet app on my cell phone and pay extra for access to program guide), premium movies of any notoriety $17.99 each. I don't mind paying reasonable costs but seriously...? Problems […] accessing wi-fi because my name had been entered incorrectly, bathroom door locked when I arrived (told to use a quarter to open it)... just expected more from a Hilton. On a positive note, staff was very courteous and helpful and room was immaculate. Location perfect for air travelers. Aggravation and petty costs make me doubt I will stay here again though. The hotel staff were 5 Stars, very accomidating. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was that the bathroom smelled like urine, and the shower curtain smelled sour. We requested a non-smoking room, but our room smelled as though they used a very strong floral room freshener to try to cover up the smell of smoke. The bathroom was filthy. Overall, the hotel had a general appearance of being poorly kept. We were grateful our stay was less than 8 hours! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room clean and quiet. Close to the airport with shuttle service so it came in handy for my morning flight out.The only carry pepsi products so if you're a coke person better pick one up before you get to the hotel.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"The Nose Always Knows: Smelly Rooms = Thumbs Down"
The first room I was given upon checking in reeked of cigarette smoke. When I asked to be changed to a non-smoking room (which is what I reserved,) he said that the room given to me IS non-smoking, and at the opposite end of the hall as the smoking rooms. Seemed annoyed to have to switch me. The room he moved me to was a handicap-accessible room that […] smelled of mildew. I kept it without complaining, but the shower head was of course at chest level.
