I had a very nice time staying at the Hawthorn, the beds were so comfortable,and he room was immaculate..My guest really enjoyed the stay as well, next time i return to Dallas ,i will stay there again!

Great price...Awesome location!

This was a decent hotel...great location in Addison for business meetings & dinners & nightlife. I was a bit let down that the free wireless internet didn't really work at all for me(ended up strapped to the wall using the ethernet to get my work done). I also thought the exercise room was a bit of a joke(a treadmill, an old elliptical and stationary […] bike in what felt like an oversized closet.). But you get what you pay for at some hotels.....I slept well, and had a spacious room so all in all, I managed OK. Mehr

nice cozy suite with full kitchenette and sec bedroom. Full breakfast included. Conveniently located and a great value

The hotel was as expected. We had a queen suite with a separate sitting area. The room was a little cramped, but certainly enough space for two people. The couch was not very comfortable, but the bed was very nice. Our room seemed pretty worn with evidence of poorly repaied damage in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and competent. I really enjoyed my stay. My girlfiends and i came to relax, shop,and eat......and thats what we did. It was a wonderful stay and being that we are from California and not from Texas i really felt SAFE...

Very close to Addison airport

Cozy, clean and friendly hotel. Complimentary hot breakfast was great.

This Inn and Suite had all the comforts you'd expect from a 4 or 5 star hotel, but for a 1 or 2 star price. The hotel staff were very pleasant and accomodating throughout my stay. The place was extraordinarily clean and my room was larger than expected. Felt like home away from home.

The shower would not get warm. It was either really hot or really cold. I finally moved rooms & got some warmth from the shower but not much. The bed I moved to squeaked every time I moved & the pillows were awkward. It wasn't a horrible stay but uncomfortable enough & with many other choices that I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

was a beautiful hotel. The unique things about this hotel was the proximity of good restaurant. Although there was a small airport across the street, the area was quiet. What I did not like about my day was the room. We had an extremely small room with a Queen Bed and it hurt my back. I attempted to move to a king; however, I was told I could. The staff was very friendly. The hotel smelled really couldn't put my finger on it. Ethenic food?? not sure but the smell wasn't just one day so it was like someone cooked something different one night. The halls smelt the entire time. I would probably stay here again but won't because the smell.

This place was absolutly beautiful!!!! If I am ever in town again I will staying here. I loved it. There were more than enough places within a mile radius to eat. The room was soooo clean, I felt like I was at a 5 start Hotel. Cant say enough about this place. A MUST place to stay!!

Convenient location to North Dallas and Galleria area, but don't be mislead by "Suites" in name. this is a regular, perhaps even smaller than anverage room that is subdivided into miniscule bedroom, sitting area and bath. Bedding was way to heavy for a texas august and the hotel did not have any light weight blankets. the place looks and sounds good […] but doesn't really deliver. It reminded me of why i don't stay at inexpensive hotels! Mehr

I would recommend this hotel to others because it is in a great location right off of belt line in Dallas,Tx : it has resturants surronding it as well.The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was lovely. I also loved the breakfast :)

Great hotel. The location, comfort, breakfast. I enjoyed it all. I wil definitely stay there again if i'm back in Addison.

This was our second year to stay at this hotel to enjoy the fireworks and we are more pleased this year than last year! I look forward to next year.

Usually when i visit the Dallas area, I'm going to see family so I typically stay with family. It saves a nice penny however its far away from any social festivities I want to attend. Finding this hotel was a nice gem. Its fairly priced with nice room accommodations, though I wasn't there very often, and in a great location! The Addison area is riddled […] with restaurants, night clubs, and the hotel is on and next to roads that take you everywhere! The staff was very nice and helpful at all hours of the night/early mornings. Breakfast was enough to get going from and at a decent hour with a wide variety of as much as you'd like to eat. The room was very clean, however during our stay we turned down room service so i can't comment on how effective they operate. The quality of the hotel would lead me to believe they do a great job as well. Should I go back to visit Dallas, I'll definitely be staying in this hotel again if I'm avoiding residing with family. Wouldn't even consider staying any where else, unless they had a great promotional offer... Mehr

This hotel was located right next to the Fed X distribution center. Between being in the flight path of all incoming FedX planes, the trucking center is right below the rooms. Starting at 4 am get ready for the beeping and roar of engines. We rented 3 rooms for business travel 1 night, and the hotel was under a sloppy remodel with smells of paint and […] chemicals and noise of sanding and hammering. Our rooms had dripping sinks, running toilets and loud running refridgerators. Although the staff was very efficient and helpful, this was a disaster and would never recommend to any weary travelers. I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the room door. The decor was in line with some of the most expensive hotels I've stayed in. The amenities surpass hotels that are priced triple the amount of this facility. Friendly staff and clean, quiet surroundings. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband had to be in Dallas for 3 days. I went along to keep him company and was extremely pleased to find a "home away from home". The facilities were wonderful and clean, good morning breakfast, large living room with full kitchen so I felt "at home", a desk so I could work on my computer, very comfortable. Seems like the room was recently redecorated. Looked great and I loved the two flat-screen TVs. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Surprisingly quiet considering its location in busy Addison. Ample breakfast with lots of choices.

The hotel is in a great area of Addison. Within blocks of tons of places to eat and shop. In fact it shares a parking lot with Outback. The hotel is old but is in good condition. The housekeeping uses some sort of cleaner that smells like old lady perfume. We had to ask them not to use it and we bought some febreeze. The room was very clean. This is a simple, clean hotel. Very courteous and helpfull staff. The room was overkill for what we needed but a great price. We will stay there again next year!

What's not to like? The room looked brand new, friendly staff, great location and quiet. I loved the kitchen in our room and a great full breakfast downstairs! We would love stay here again and would recommend it for any traveler.

Good breakfast. Large TV's in rooms. Room did smell of perfume from cleaning products.

We stay at this hotel every time we come to see our daughter. It is so convenient to everything. Looking forward to our next stay.

I am a big fan of another hotel chain but couldn't secure a room there for the Texas State Fair. We were pleasantly surprised. For the price, it was a great suite complete with a full kitchen. Breakfast was as good as we've had elsewhere and better than most. Addison has more restaurants than anywhere we've ever been so you won't lack for food! I'vw stayed at several hawthorn Suites and have yet to be disappointed. The hotel is in a great location with over 170 restaurants in a 4 mile radius. They serve a decent (not great) hot breakfast buffet. If you like shopping, the Galleria is only about 1.5 miles away. I'll be staying at this hotel again when I go to dallas. I highly recommend!!!!!
