The Timberline was, overall, a lovely motel to stay at. My fiancée and I both felt that it had a very classic 1950's feel. The rooms had everything we... needed, including a refrigerator, brand new flat-screen television with cable, a blow dryer, coffeepot, WIFI, etc. The outside pool and hot tub were well-kept, though the pool was not heated as was advertised. A basic, though substantial continental breakfast was offered which included a waffle iron with batter, cereal, bagels, muffins, etc. A nice touch was that the area with the breakfast is open 24 hours, and while no food is available outside of the breakfast hours, you can grab extra cups, ice, etc. If you are looking for snacks however, be sure to bring your own, as the only vending machine available is a soda machine. There is also a communal grill on the property as well as a horseshoe pit, croquet set, etc. The motel seems to be family owned and they are very friendly, but keep in mind that English seems to be their second language, so a few things may get lost in translation. Overall though, as long as you aren't expecting a 5-star spa resort with all of the frills, the Timberline is exactly what you need at a fair price. Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 14.
