The room was very comfortable, but of the 5 mornings I was there, I didn't have hot water once.

The price was competetive, but I didn't quite get what I paid for. I booked a suite with a king-sized bed, but I was given a very small room with a queen-sized bed and an obstructed view. I was eventually given a partial refund but there was no manager on duty the night I checked in to assure me of this. It's a little nicer than most 2-star hotels, […] but it appears to be getting old and dusty. I liked that it was easy to find, right off the highway. But I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Mehr

This hotel was comfortable. Our Engineer that stayed stated that it was close to the office and it was comfortable. He would recommend it to anyone.

I chose the hotel as a park and fly location near Dulles airport. The entire park/fly portion was perfect. I think it was an extra $7/night to keep my car on their lot as opposed to $17 at the airport. The shuttle only runs every 30 minutes so you have to time your departure from the hotel carefully. The breakfast was plentiful, but typical hotel lobby […] quality. The room was wonderful - I don't have a single complaint. Plenty of towels, soap, toiletries, and very spacious. Free wireless was a nice feature for a value hotel. Pickup from the airport went well also. I called the hotel when I was getting off the plane. By the time I got my suitcase and head outside, the shuttle was waiting for me. The wonderful driver even took me directly to my own car in the parking lot. I would deefinitely stay here again Mehr

Reasonable price for one day stay. Clean and comfortable bed. Staff is helpful. Shuttle only runs every 30 minutes so make sure to take that into consideration and have enough time for check in.

I arrived very late and the front desk staff were awesome! They helped me find food (I was starving), get a toothbrush (I forgot mine), make copies for my presentation the next day, and more! So friendly and accommodating and the bed was SUPER comfy!!!

Apparently they are doing "work" on a good portion of the hotel, so many of their rooms are out of service. They've dealt with this shortage by making previous smoking rooms into non-smoking. The whole third floor smells of cigarettes, and my two (I moved from my first room because the TV didn't work) "non-smoking" rooms smelled of cigarettes. Internet […] service did not work in my room on either my computer or smart phone, though it did work in the morning. Mehr

Had to change rooms three times, 1st time no tv, 2nd time no ac finally had to take a smoking room even though I requested nonsmoking. Due to the changes I made lost the plug for my computer, will not stay at Comfort Inn again

I chose this hotel because it was the least expensive DC area hotel that didn't have complaints about bedbugs or cockroaches. My room was clean, quite, and comfortable. The bed was great -- not soft and saggy and not hard as a board.

The telephone in the room was disconnected so we did not receive our wake up call. Overall it is a nice hotel and the people who work there are very friendly. The location is perfect and easy access to Dulles airport. Breakfast was also very good.

The carpet had stains on it but on the whole, it was very comfortable especially since we had been travelling from Venice, Italy for16 hours. Breakfast was delicious!

I was stuck at Dulles due to flight cancellations, and this hotel offered a low rate. Despite reserving a non-smoking room with 2 beds, upon check-in I was informed they only had a smoking room with one bed. The room was the size of a closet. The bed-spread was old and stained. The desk was tiny. The halls were noisy and the door was thin. The hotel […] was billed as being 1.9 miles from the airport, with a shuttle. However, the shuttle stops running at 11:00pm (which I didn't know), and I arrived at 11:30. The cab ride from the airport was over $11 for 1.9 miles! This just isn't a pleasant place. Mehr

Excellent Room Excellent Hotel ambience Specially the room . Very clean , it has everything of comfort. I never imagined these kind of facility with the money we were spending.

My boyfriend and I stayed in a suite at this hotel and it was very nice. There was also a complimentary happy hour and dinner that evening, so we lucked out for sure! It is close to the mall and movie theater as well, which we took advantage of that night. Great staff, very friendly and helpful with directions.

I have read the reviews...the hotel is fine. It is clean, and the staff is nice enough. It is not a Westin or a JW....it is a Comfort Inn, and it was fine.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. EVERYONE WAS NICE AND HELPFUL. IT HELPS IF YOU HAVE YOUR CAR THERE, THERE IS NOTHING CLOSE BY. IT WAS VERY INEXPENSIVE AND I WAS VERY HAPPY STAYING THERE.

Clerks were very helpful, king bed suite was very spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast featured a good range of items that were replenished frequently.

No where did I see noted that there was no shuttle from Dulles Airport to this hotel after 11:00 PM. It cost a $10 cab ride to get there at 12:30 AM. The shuttle back to the airport the following morning was very timely and efficient.

Our experience at this hotel was wonderful. It was so clean and relaxing. The staff was very pleasant. They were so helpful with questions about the Airport etc. We had just come from a 2 nite stay at the Howard Johnson in Warrenton, VA. It was a higher cost and very unsanitary. Terrible experience. Your Comfort Inn experience was GREAT!!

I've stayed at this hotel 4 times and the only complaint I've ever had was that the food tends to run out if show up during the last 1/2 hour of breakfast. This time, I had an early flight so I was at breakfast just after it started --- at 6:15 am --- so I could grab some juice and a muffin, and jump on the 6:30 am shuttle. Problem: There was two tour […] busses full of international travelers in the lobby eating breakfast. They ran out of food by 6:20 am. When the front desk guy went back to check the kitchen, he told me, "they've cleaned us out!" It seems to me that a tour that large is going to book well ahead of time, especially international travelers. Wouldn't you know to order more food for that morning? Then one of the tour busses parked blocking the hotel shuttle. There was a family with small children trying to get food, get on the shuttle (with all their gear and two strollers) and get to the airport to catch their flight to Mexico. Needless to say, I didn't really have to do any complaining myself as the father of the family was doing enough ranting and raving for all of us. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident. My advice is, don't wait until the last minute to get your breakfast. Mehr

Far execeded our expectations!!!! Front desk help, very helpfull. Great room and breakfast.

Hotel was convenient for our purposes; The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The suite was excellent with Microwave, Refridgerator etc. - The Outer Doors at each end of the building had Door Locks that would not open from outside. Also, - The aircon in the room had an issue with the thermostat (the aircon would turn off for an extended time […] before it would turn on again to cool the room, making the room hot & then would get very cool when it kicked in again). The hotel was a bit more money than we had hoped to pay, but as the location was so good, we decided to take it. The service was mediocre at best. I called ahead and had a hard time getting straight answers. However, we were allowed to check in early. The room was clean, but not maintained. The airconditioning unit's entire front fell off when I turned […] it on (a huge piece), one of the lights didn't work (burnt out?), and the tissue case wasn't properly inserted and I'm not sure if it could be (I didn't try, just took it off and placed it to the side). The walls were VERY THIN. After a 14 hour plane flight, we wanted to sleep, but the screaming kids next door didn't allow for that. The front desk did get them to quiet down though. Apparently the room next door was a pretty active room, because a few hours later a different group was in there... Men drinking by the sound of it. While they weren't being loud, we could easily hear their conversation. Breakfast, however, was AMAZING. Waffles, eggs, cheese omelets, and more. Mehr

the rooms are small. Without a car, there was no place to eat. The hotel offered to drive me to a pub then another hotel was suppose to bring me back. For the price, this was not a deal.

I appreciated the shuttle service to/fro the airport. I also liked the customer service. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. I liked the coffee/breakfast self-serve area. The computer room was very useful to me since I needed to get on-line to book another flight. There were no time limits on the use of the Internet.

This hotel was a good value overall but it is over 20 miles away from DC itself. not a bad ride unless you run into DC's traffic. the breakfast buffet is not that great. there is a waffle maker there and that is the best part of it. for the low price, you are sacrificing location a bit but this is a descent hotel

I was just looking for a place to crash before my flight so I was not expecting much, but I was still disappointing. The hotel was run down. I had to have an attendant coe up to get both the AC and the TV working, and they only worked sort of. If the room had been dirt cheap. I would have been ok with it.
