This being my second time staying near Palm Springs I was really surprised what a change from the first time. though i did not stay here beacuse it was completely booked the first time now i know why; it was night and day from the other ? Clean, convenient, reasonably priced. Nice gym, good breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. What more could you ask for?

This place didn't blow me away, but it was exactly what I needed. It was clean, they were nice and even gave me a great price on a second room that I got last minute. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but I'm a bed snob. Overall I would go again and stay there because the breakfast alone was worth it.

The hotel was good, comfortable, clean. It was fine for our stay. A little pricey, but everything is.

They offer FREE WiFi throughout the hotel which I found incredible as most of the more costly hotels make us pay for it! The breakfast offered great options and the staff was very friendly. My only "issue" was you could hear the people walking around in the room above me, but at least it didn't go on all night.

The room was ok, not great, but the bed was old. You could feel it sagging under you. The location is about 10 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs which was just ok. Not many restaurants around to eat at other than a Denny's. The hotel staff was curt. The wireless internet went out on Day 2 of my stay which was a real bummer when you are on a business […] trip. Good location & very clean. Comfortable beds.

Overall the hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The problem was the sound carries easily from all directions - I had a room with a party going on above and every foot or bang could be herd just about anywhere in the hotel. At 1:30am I phoned the front desk and mentioned the disturbance and was assured that it would be taken care of. […] I could hear someone knock on the door above and things quieted down for about 10 minutes and then the party started up again - it took until 3:00am for the noise to stop and then of course at 6:00am doors started banging as people were leaving. So if you need a night of restful sleep do not stay here. Mehr

Got a room with squeaky beds. Metal frame with noisy springs even if you just sit on it and get up. Got room changed to better one but looks like overall pretty old beds there. Location is very good for Palm Springs and breakfast was also good.

the rooms are clean and all feels good. There is plenty of food in the am. It us just all medium warm and not hot as it should be. I took my daughters and there guys to see a show and we stayed here. It was just right for what we needed and a good price compared to the $200+ rooms as the casino.

booked a king bed-received a double bed. when i asked the clerk he said i was booked for a double ..when i checked my confirmation from hotels .com i had booked a king. coffee pot did not work..and shower head did not spray very well. the breakfast the hotel offered was great.

We were going to a concert at the Agua Caliente and this was a nice close hotel. It was clean and breakfast was good (luke warm, but tasty). We got such a good deal, my cost intense sister said she did not even have guilt! Better than all of the rest of the deals I have gotten so far - I have been out there 3 times now. The guy in the front desk "Josh" was a good host and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great, just the eggs were under-cooked. Pool was nice too with water splashers. The only thing we didn't like were our beds which were making high squeaky noise.

The hotel was nice. The drain in my tub did not drain properly. Overall my stay was very nice. The breakfast was great.

I overall enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the hotel was clean. The only thing I had a problem with was that the pool was a bit small and the complementary breakfast was weak... but then again I wasn't expecting a five star breakfast.

Had a great time staying at the hotel. Kids love it. Service good..

Good breakfast. Should consider keeping the dining room open longer on Sunday morning.

The Hotel was in great condition with an excellent breakfast. The staff was great and very helpful. The only downfall was the cleanliness of the pool. It was swimable but they really need to spend some money on a better pool cleaner. Overall, I will definatly be returning in the future.

The staff are nice and friendly. The pool is much smaller than they show in picture. The hallways in hotel are hot without A/C. The breakfast is not a big deal.

Pool and jaquzzie were nasty I would not stay here ever again

Our family had a great time. We made a few requests of staff and each time they were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well done and the pool was wonderful.

No complaints. Clean room, nice breakfast. Just a few miles from Knott's Soak City, which is why we chose this location.

Hotel stafff extremly friendly and helpful. Room was clean, however, bed was a little too hard for my taste. I would stay here again, if passing through.

This was a nice hotel. Customer service was good. We had no problems checking in and out. There weren't many places to hang out at within walking distance. Good for a good nights rest though.

I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express in the past but this HI Express was PAR at best. The only saving grace is the day time Manager, Marea, who is delightful, exudes World Class Service, professional. We checked in to our room and much to our chagrin, the sink was clogged. Luckily, they accommodated us to another room and the first thing I check […] was making sure the sink in the bathroom drained adequately. The floor by the vending machine that was next to the elevators were dirty with dust, candy wrappers, etc. Again and unfortunately, we were disappointed with this hotel. Mehr

Clean rooms, clean hotel, great breakfast (best scrambled eggs ever!), great & helpful staff. We didn't like that our room was next to the elevators and the 6 am "traffic" on the hallway was pretty noisy. the pool was full in the afternoon, no chairs available after 5 pm, although they brought new towels around 6 pm, by 8 pm they were gone, but the […] hotel staff was very helpful and managed to give us a couple of more towels for our "under the stars swim", as they couldn't cope with the big "pizza pool teenage party". overall we would check in again and hopefully, we will be more lucky next time (especially with the room location). :) Mehr

The hot breakfast really made my stay - Holiday Inn Express is now my hotelier of choice.

This holiday was perfect. I had to check-in early at 1pm, and they had the room ready by 12:30pm. Josh was great at the front desk and upgraded us to a suite as well. Great location, comfortable.

The first night we arrived, on a Saturday our room on the first floor had mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. We asked to be moved to another room and were told the hotel was sold out. We were also kept awake most of the night by a child on the floor above us constantly running back and forth. when we called and complained we were told we couldn't […] be moved. They did move us up to the third floor the next night. It was quieter but someone was smoking. The front desk was accomodating and nice. I don't think I will not be returning to this hotel. Mehr

This hotel served it purpose perfectly. Needed to visit my father. A few day stay, but wouldn't spend a vacation, vacation here. The rooms were spacious, but the closet was small which is fine since it was overnighter. Also the rooms were clean and he beds were really Comfortable. TV older style and remote for volume didn't work, but again only in the […] room a short time. The pool area was nice, but the pool was not heated? Had a great free breakfast that included hot and cold choices something for the whole family. The price was right, and also the staff was very friendly. Would stay here again. Mehr

Hotel was small and set back off the street but it was clean and comfortable. They have a nice fitness room with good equipment in fine working condition. Other reviewers complained about the smell but the smell was bleach and disinfectant which makes me feel more comfortable using the equipment. At least it proves they clean it regularly. They have […] a nice breakfast setup and it was ready early which was helpful to me because I am usually out the door before 6 AM. Good price, good service, small but comfortable room = success. Front desk staff was dressed Inappropriately with excessive exposure of tattoos. Same person was unfriendly was was only happy just to be checking us in. Bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were very soft and flat. Had asked for additional pliiows and but they could not be provided. All other services were good to excellent.
