It was a great Hotel and a great stay.

Late registration for a conference forced me to book a room elsewhere when the conference hotel had no more rooms. Unlike those in the conference hotel I did not have to pay for internet access (really, really important), had a good continental breakfast, my bed was much more comfortable and the room was less expensive than even the conference-rate […] rooms. The hotel was great, very well kept, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is also within walking distance to two restaurants and a short drive to many other spots. It is also right by the two highways so easy to get around town. I would stay again.

With four small kids, it is very hard to find a hotel that is affordable - this was perfect. Three beds in three different rooms, full kitchen, and three TVs so we weren't stuck watching the Cartoon Network all day. It was like a small apartment for a great price. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel while in town for a business conference - the hotel staff was accommodating and friendly, the room was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. The flat screen TV in my room could be turned so that it could be watched in the bed, at the desk, or sitting on the couch. There weren't a ton of channels (if that is important to you), […] but there is free w-fi in the hotel. There was plenty of storage space around the desk and in the closet. The kitchenette had a full sized fridge and dishwasher. The bed had fluffy pillows and a nice, warm comforter. Parking around the hotel might be full - just park in the area nearest Capital of Texas Highway. The breakfast is really light - fruit and cereal. I would stay there again. Mehr

This hotel was nice for the price, and in a great location. We were treated exceptionally by the staff as well. Everything was great .... until we spent five minutes in the room. There seems to be no soundproofing in the rooms at all. We could hear every door shut, every conversation in the adjoining rooms, and every person enter or exit the building. […] All of this noise continued through the night - making this night in the hotel a long one. To add insult to injury, my wife was showering the next morning - only to find that two of the four (white) towels in our room had thousands of little black hairs. It seemed as though the towels had been used on a dog or something of that nature and were not washed sufficiently. This hotel had unlimited potential based on the great location and outstanding service, but this was lost - along with our sleep. We will not be returning. Mehr

This hotel is very clean, and is in a nice location in the Austin area. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance, and based on the neighborhood we felt very safe walking around. The hotel is also located a short drive from downtown, Sixth Street, or Lake Travis and Lake Austin. Good hotel - good location - good price.

excellent hotel for the price - good location

Neighbourhood is pretty lively.restaurants and bars nearby. Pool is outdoor and pretty small.studio suites are ok for one night. Liked the room but the bed wasn't Comfortable....

This was a great place to stay! It was very clean and comfortable! The price was also very good.

The towneplace experience was just dandy! This is the second time I've stayed at this location and each time was wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The small kitchenette was perfect and came in handy on many occasions. The only complaint I have is that there is only one mirror in the entire room and it is in the bathroom which makes everything […] difficult especially with three girls. Also, we received a room with only one queen bed (which was my mistake) so I took the fold-out couch. The spare blanket was the equivalent of a Brillo pad and made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. However, after I called the extremely nice lady at the front desk I was easily able to get a softer blanket. Overall this was a great experience. Mehr

This hotel is very clean and looks very new. The room was very comfortable, full kitchen, flat screen tv, nice bed, good size. Hotel staff was very accomodating. Small pool if you are coming during the summer. Breakfast was a muffin, fruit and juice, nothing hot. Restuarants in walking distance, shops in immediate area. A very nice room. It was very convenient to have a fridge and coffee pot available. The large screen television that would swivel to be seen while on the pull-out sofa or when on the comfortable queen-sized bed was great. It was in a very nice neighborhoom and I felt very safe and secure with the locks on the doors.

The location was in a nice, fairly quiet neighborhood with shopping and dining in the immediate area. Located within a 1/2 mile of Dave and Buster's, an outdoor mall and next to North by Northwest (an upbeat/somewhat upscale restaurant) it had a great location.

We had stayed at this hotel before. It was a nice break in our trip from Marshall to Kerrville. The room was comfortable; the staff was friendly. The room was generally quiet; no noisy neighbors. The full kitchen was a plus, allowing us to prepare our meals and not have to go out to eat if we didn't want to. Even though it is in the center of North […] Austin, it is convenient to downtown. There is convenient shopping within blocks. The only drawback I encountered (and this might be my equipment) was that the internet connection (wired) kept cutting out on me. But I've had that happen at other hotels. All in all, I would recommend this property. Mehr

The bed was super comfy and the staff were very nice.

New room, lots of space, clean, great location, extremely helpful staff, free breakfast, amazing price for the quality of the room!

Wastebaskets were not emptied during entire 3-day stay. Coffee pot was removed the first day and never returned (just the coffee pot). I travel a great deal and this is my first disappointment with a this chain.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Only complaint.....elevator was hot

Marriott Live in the same town so this was to be a relaxing get away. Asked to be placed away from the action Was not Was placed next to the pool Nosy party went on outside the window way past pool closing time They then it would seem adjourned to the room above where they continued their noise making. They then rose early the next morning to stomp […] around the room. We did our best to make the most of it but were not totally able to. This was a very disappointing experience. Mehr

I booked this hotel sight-unseen and I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The property is set back from the street, away from heavy traffic. It is close to shopping and convenient to Northwest Austin. We were delighted by the full kitchen w/ large refrigerator. The staff were all pleasant and answered all of our questions.
