I booked this hotel because I had a friend coming to Canada for the first time. My fiance and I were showing her Ontario and decided to do Niagara Falls. This hotel was amazing, it was only a 5 min. drive to Clifton Hill and the Falls so it was away from the noise yet close enough to enjoy the sights. Hotel was more than a walk away from all of the attractions. Room didn't appear to be the cleanest, and many of the rooms amenities need to be updated.

Need more breakfast servers in the resturant it took more than 30min to bring the food. With children it is hard.

Very relaxing, comfy, kid friendly nice pool area,

Only stay at this hotel if you have no other options. very noisy and poor location. didn't help that they were ripping up the street for maintenance.

Rooms and public areas of were very clean. Staff could have been more friendly. Some were very rude for no apparent reason. We experienced the same lack of friendly service last year.

1st time booking at Best Western & I'm so impressed how well maintained the hotel is. For the price & convenience of the location - I will definitely book a stay here again!

overall i had a good stay at the hotel the only thing i didnt like was i stayed for two nights for friday -sunday and the next day (saturday) i tried to get back in my room and my key card didnt work for the room and to my room door later that night i was trying to call front desk and the phone didnt work to call up there (but it did work for room to […] room calling) and when i called a day before my stayed i talked to a lady and she was a bit rude and she was the same girl that was there when i checked in and was still a bit rude but overall i had a good stay Mehr

I had very pleasant staying at this hotel , with a nice fireplace and clean room , I stayed 3 nights and will be back again whenever wanna be in niagara falls , price is suitable for this hotel.

We are very happy with the hotel. The pool / games area is our favourite part. Our children love this hotel! A great family get away and with prices like you can get on hotels.com, its a win-win!!!

Good, not excessively long walk to Falls. Really enjoyed our drive down the Niagara Parkway to Niagara-on-the-lake. Hotel staff was excellent. Everybody, including the cleaning staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice, clean, and close enough to the center of town. We would stay there again no problem

Stayed in four hotels during our trip to Canada, this was by far the nicest. Beautiful, cosy spacious room. Really comfortable bed and lovely pillows. Great pool and jacuzzi. Could not fault it at all. Would definately recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The service was good and the staff were very helpful. The hotel's restaurant had a great breakfast and outdoor patio for dinner too. My husband and I were travelling with our 2 children of 4 and 6 years of ages. We loved the location we had restaurants and groceries just minutes away, we were able to walk everywhere, and the kids were very happy to have access to the pool and great indoor playground in the courtyard. Awesome visit. Room was spotless. Bed was comfortable. Pool and hot tub facilities were great - love the tropical setting. Check in and check out process was smooth. Breaktfast at Windwows was fairly priced and delicious and the staff was very hospitable. I will be back! Hubbie liked it too.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Niagara Falls on Lundy's Lane. We thought the set up, with the indoor tropical garden, was very original and a fantastic idea. We had a great time and loved that there were 2 hot tubs. Our room was great too, everything was clean except the bottom of the coffee pot. The only complaint we had was the noise from […] the tropical garden. We would definitely stay at the hotel again but we thought staying around the garden is more for larger groups or families. The location of our room was great but we think next time we will stay there with more people. We felt that because there were only 2 of us we were at a disadvantage for using the pool and hot tubs which seemed to be filled with families and children. Short walk to the Falls and restaurants. Comfortable mattresses

The pool was great for kids. Staff was very helpful. Location was about 2 miles from falls....a bit far for walking. If you wish to enjoy the night-life, a closer hotel to the falls might be desired.

Fantastic hotel, location and people! We will be coming back for years to come!

My only complaint is that the curtains don't close and you have to rely on sheer curtains for privacy and for blocking out Wendy's neon across the street. The hotel is a good distance from the tourist sites, but the staff are helpful in making sure you know how to manage the bus system, which runs on a loop that includes the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was good. All the necessary items were close by. Had even a small refrigerator. Parking was free. Well known fast foods stores are nearby. Clifton Hill was about 10 minutes straight walk. Lived one night in a Hotel at Fallsview Blvd but I am very satisfied with this hotel. Deal worth every penny.

The hotel was great, the service was great and very accomodating. If you're staying during week days this would not be a problem, but Saturday night you have to park a mile away b/c the attached bar patrons take up all of the parking spots. Also, the bar patrons do not make for lovely neighbors in the hotel. The manager was very prompt about warning […] these guests to be quiet and stop partying at 3 AM!! It would be better if they reserved parking spots for guests of the hotel and put the Saturday night crowd on their own floor to make noise all night. Other then that, a great stay and a lovely hotel for the money on any other night but Saturday! Mehr

Hotel was away from the severely congested tourist area and required a bus or car to the Falls. Room was clean and neat. I was disappointed to be in a seperate building but that is what you get when you book the night before. Had a nice courtyard pool in where some of the rooms open up to it.
