"Clean, Warm and good breakfast at the Queen Anne"
Very clean and excellent heating system in the cold weather. Rooms quite small but fine for me as a single traveller. Bathroom fine with low level bath and integrated shower and spotless as was the rest of the room. Only downside for me was that the room was so dark, but I have found this to be a common feature of all hotels across the world! Bathroom […] is well lit so fine for making up. I see what others mean about the thin walls, but this was not a problem. Very central with access to two metro/pres metro stations. No haridryers in the room but are obtainable from reception on check in. Mehr
"great staff"
couldn't be happier with our stay, some work is being done on the halls, hotel was quiet comfortable and the staff were very good

"good for 1-2 nights"
comparing to other 3 stars hotels, this is a 1 star; but it's good for 1-2 nights, no big expectations
"Indeed Small, But Handy"
The Hotel rooms are indeed very small, but if you are only staying in the room to sleep while discovering Brussels for a cheap price it's perfect. It's walking distance to the city (10 Mins Max) and the Nord du Gard train station (Also 10 Mins). Wireless internet is slow but 5 Euros for 2 days, so cheaper than at other hotels. We Paid 62 Euros last […] minute for the room and 4 euros for the city tax. Mehr

"Queen Anne Hotel Brussels"
In this case 3* is exactly what it means and the hotel does not pretend otherwise. Small rooms and basic furnishings are the norm. I booked a double room as singles are often very small in Europe. The room I was offered was an interior one - very small, dark and looking out onto an internal service area. It was what I have seen in hostels and monasteries. I […] requested and got an exterior room facing onto the main road. I was warned though that it would be noisy. The bathroom was a modern in design but with a toilet more suited to side saddle as it was placed against the wall. Toiletries were basic. But the shower was OK if used carefully. The TV was, I think, 19" or less and of a style rarely seen. The staff were polite but of the view that this room is what could be expected for the price in Brussels. No apologies for charging a lot for wifi on top of the room charge. I could not recommend it to colleagues or friends and would choose to move further out in the hopes of getting better value for money. Mehr
"General overview"
+ Friendly, helpful staff + Clean hotel environment + Breakfast till 10.30! :) + Close public transport at Rogier/Northern Railway 0 No free wifi but computers-on-net available - Incredibly small bedroom and bathroom - Accuracy in room-cleanness can be improved
"An OK Stay"
A typical 3* hotel that gave no surprises. TV small, no tea or coffee making facilities. Breakfast was OK. Easy walking distance to the main sites but be prepared for a hill climb if walking to the Brussels Central Station. Taxi fare from station around 6Euro.
"Great hotel, convienent location"
Nice location close to Grand Place, friendly hotel staff, comfy beds. Would happily stay here again.
"Close to city centre"
Very close to the city centre and Grand Place. Very helpful, friendly, multi-lingual staff. Clean rooms. Says no parking but there is - have to pay on the main street but free on the side streets where we had no problem finding a space. No noise from neighbouring rooms but some noise from traffic if staying in the front of the hotel. Downsides - no […] tea / coffee making facilities. Breakfast was very good but they needed to keep the buffet replenished quicker. Mehr
rooms at the front are noisy so ask for the other side away from the street. breakfast was delicious and plentiful. easy walk from the NORD train station and into the Grand Palace area. Great value.
"Queen Anne Hotel in Brussels"
Pros: Good location n good price. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Free internet at lobby. Cons: Room too small. The only window should fix mosquito netting. Tips: There is a cheap n good Chinese take away restaurant not far fr the back of hotel. A small supermaket also not far fr back of hotel. But it closes quite early.
"It works!"
There is nothing great about this hotel, but is a place to crash for the night. It is close to a stop for the on-and-off bus, which will take you throughout the major parts of the city.

"a dump near the strip clubs"
If this is truly a 3* hotel, I would hate to see the 1's and 2's. I would be embarrassed to bring a hooker here
"A good mix"
Conveniently located in a mixed neighbourhood near Brussels Noord station, good access to many sights. Room was very clean, if a bit small, and even though mine overlooked the main street, not noisy. Breakfasts excellent, and free wifi in foyer very useful. Pleasant and friendly staff.
"Friendly servise"
It's a little, very clean hotel wiht friendly servise. Excelent location, only few minutes walk away from the istorical center and metro station. Brekfest was very good, laptops in lobby were availiable free. Bed was comfortable. Great for price.
"YIKES"
This "hotel" is closest to the Noord station, not the Central Station. We hauled our luggage for what seemed an eternity. There were no public transport locations that we could readily find by the "hotel." We noticed that this "hotel" was located right next to the graffiti. When we first walked in, we noticed that even the staff was sweating in March. We […] were given a room on the second floor. The elevator did not have any doors. When we (myself and my husband) entered our room, we just started laughing and immediately looked up the cancellation policy. The double room was about 8 feet by 10 feet. I believe prison cells are bigger than that in the US. There was a double bed with wallpaper from the 1960's. They just wallpapered over one of the outlets. Our deluxe furniture was a single plastic lawn chair with a matching plastic table and plastic footstool. The TV was smaller than our laptop computer, and the buttons were broken. There wasn't a hairdryer, because apparently they keep those under lock and key at the front desk. There was no AC in the room so we had to open the windows for air. We woke up twice to hear our neighbors speaking and about 4-5 times for the planes that are flying into the airport. Each time that we flushed the toilet, it sounded like there was a gas leak. At breakfast, another person from the States approached us and asked, "How did you find this place?!" The breakfast was disgusting. My husband started to throw up. There were no waffles, and the bacon was either overly cooked or not cooked at all. We had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. This is not a 3 star hotel. It should be rated 1 star. I have actually stayed at motels that are much, much nicer than this. My husband will never let me forget that I booked a room for the Queen Anne. Mehr
"Kind of Old -Get what you pay for"
Started my holiday in Brussels - and stayed at this hotel for two nights. Have to say was disappointed. I only required the single bed room - and they do warn you it is small - and it is very very small- smaller than any hotel i have ever stayed in. The carpet was stained, the paint was coming off the tiles, the TV (old small CRT) was damaged, the toiletries […] really basic. The shower was also very tiny - and dark - tiled in brown 70s flower-power type tiles. On the plus side, breakfast was good and filling and the staff very helpful. The very small elevator can be a little claustrophobic, but there are stairs (even to the 5th floor - which is a bit of a hike). If you are on a budget this would be the place to stay as it is about 10-15min casual walk to the main tourist centre and there is a large shopping centre less than 5min walk away- otherwise if you are on a holiday and look forward to coming back to the hotel at the end of a long day - the hotel probably wont do it for you. "god hotel"
The staff were very good. Very helpfull with my trips off. Very good breakfast. Within walking distance of the main sites. 20 mins to the grand place. Easy for metro. Use De Brouckere. To get to hotel from here, come out of the metro, Face the caf with the name of a cheese based cake Walk to the right bearing left up thestreet and the Queen Anne is […] onthe left about five minutes walk. I would recommend this hotel Mehr
"Too expensive for what it is"
Okay location, but not in a rather unpleasant neighbourhood. You could definitely get more for your money elsewhere. Hotel is tatty and dirty and run down.
"a convenient stay at Queen Anne"
first, I would like to thank Stefan at the reception for the wonderful service he gave to me...He even use his personal email to download and print my sightseeing tour confirmation in order for me to purchase online as it is not offered by the hotel services. location and value is the plus factor at the hotel... i like the ambiance at the breakfast […] are overlooking the lobby...very chic Mehr
"Good value for money in the heart of Brussels"
A great hotel in the city center - walkng distance to Grand Place - no more than 10 minutes. Small rooms but very clean and beds very comfortable. Very good breakfast - much more than I expected. Garage parking Alhambra very close by at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff.Good value for money.
First off - I would recommend the Queen Anne Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are basic but clean and the buffet breakfast is very agreeable. This is a good value hotel for anyone thinking of staying in Brussels. It is about 10 minutes walk from the North Station which is regularly serviced with trains to and from Brussels Internation […] Airport. It is also about 10 minutes walk from the Rogier Metro Station which connects with Arts-Loi Metro via Line2 and from here all other stations are within reach depending on the Line you take (eg Line1 to Schmann and the Commision buildings). Brussels is well served by public transport links throughout the city. The surrounding neighbourhood seems fine, I went for a walk around it and didn't feel in anyway threatened. It's situated just off a main road (Boul. du Jardin Botanique) north of the city centre and north west of Parc de Brussels and the EU Commission. All-in-all for anyone looking for a clean, basic and value-oriented hotel with good transport links, I would recommend The Hotel Queen Anne and would stay there again in the future. Mehr
"Queen Ann at Brussels"
This is not a 3 star hotel. We booked it based on one year old reviews and truly these did not reflect the current state of the hotel. At this point it gives you a feeling of a hostel rather than a hotel. The rooms are extremely small (10'X8') , dark and noisy. When you arrive with more then one piece of luggage, it is nowhere to be stored. Bathrooms […] are dated although look clean the sink was leaking and we ended up with puddle of water. This may not reflect every room, but in a well run hotel these defects should not occur. Lastly, the room was not prepared for our arrival, it was missing towels and toiletries. I would not recommend this hotel at all and I suggest that Hotels.com take it off their offering of 3 star hotels in Brussels. Mehr

"Good Hotel"
Nice hotel. Good location, close to train and Metro.Breakfast was good. The area was OK, close to city center. The beds are the BEST!Staff was friendly.
"Not bad"
Reasonable location, rooms clean. Breakfast simple but palatable. Hotel on main road so can be slightly noisy although this did not affect our sleep.
"Needs Improvement"
We stood in this hotel for 2 days. Hotel location was ok, but the area itself is not very nice, we felt uncomfortable walking around there at night time. Hotel staff was not very helpful nor they were friendly. Room itself was tiny, and if you have more than 2 suitcases it will be very difficult to find room for it. If you weight more than 150 pounds […] it will be very difficult to move around the bathroom because it just too tiny! I would not stay in this hotel again! Mehr
"Ystävällinen henkilökunta"
Erittäin mukava ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.
Cet hôtel est d'un bon standing, le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant. Situé tout à côté du centre de Bruxelles, on rejoint le coeur de la ville en 5 minutes à pieds. C'était parfait pour moi!

"Hotel Queen Anne Bryssel"
Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotelli pienehkö ja siksi kai melkein kodikas. Hyvä buffetaamiainen. Tosi lyhyt matka Brysselin parhaalle ostos- ja kävelykadulle Niuew Straatille, missä Inno Galleria ja City2.

"Hotell i Brüssel. Sentralt."
Grei beliggenhet.
