Staybridge Suites - Louisville - East - Louisville

Our visit started out well. The front desk clerk was very helpful. However, when we got to the room, we realized the accommodations were a bed and a fold out couch, (we thought we were getting two queen beds), and it was a handicapped equipped room. When I went back to the front desk to ask about a different room, I was told all the suites had a bed […] and a fold out couch, which was fine. I am still not sure why we had a handicapped room since we booked well in advance of our arrival date and did not require one. Later we returned to the front desk to ask directions to a mall. The clerk looked at us and said, "How can I help you ladies NOW?" After she realized we were not complaining, she was very helpful. The shower and sink took a full five minutes before the water ran hot. In the middle of my shower, someone in another room apparently turned their water on and the shower began to run ice cold. The next morning we attempted to buy a soft drink from the pantry, but no one was available to help us. I will not stay at a Staybridge again. Mehr

Nice hotel and staff. Would stay again in the future.

The personel were very friendly, helpfull and courtious. They treated us like knowere else. Everything was better than expected.

The location is good, closeness to the highway allows for easy access and you do not hear traffic noise. The suites are very comfortable. The workers were respectiful and professional. Breakfast was fabulous. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Our family visit in Louisville, Kentucky was fun and exciting. The hotel has kitchen where you can cook your own food. I enjoyed the free breakfast-all you can eat. The kids loved it. We wish we had stayed longer. Staybridge Suite is the best place to stay. It is a family friendly place.

Staff was amazing. Met all our needs. Cleaned kitchen and food areas a ton. Nice room.

Clean and comfortable for the most part. Draw backs was the paper thin walls. Anytime a door shut in the hallway it sounded like your own...and we heard people in the rooms next to us talking and well, you know (even with the TV on and up). I have 2 cons and all the rest pro's for this place. Con #1) A/C turning on is extrememly loud. Like, wake you from a sound sleep loud. Con #2) Breakfast buffett is horrendous. Mystery hash and dehydrated eggs. Blech. Otherwise, perfect location with immediate access to I-64. Great restaurants all around the hotel - no other hotels close. Suburban/exurban […] neighborhood. Great hotel, no complaints.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The service was wonderful and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The rooms were huge and clean, and I was very impressed with the meals and amenities. I will DEFINITELY stay there again!

This was our first stay at a Staybridge Inn, but it will not be the last. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable.

The room that we stayed in was very spacious, and clean. The full kitchen was very nice, & the living area was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was very quiet. I felt like I was the only person in the place (I wasn't).

First discovered this chain in Toledo OH. Rooms are spacious and clean. I showed up about one hour before check-in time and the staff was super gracious and courteous. Got me into a room right away. I always look for a Staybridge Suite now when I travel.

This hotel was quite nice. There was basically a full kitchen when we walked into the room. It felt more like an apartment. Quite impressive. The front desk service wasn't particularly friendly on the day I went but they weren't problematic either. Our 3-night hotel experience for the 6 guests in our party was exceptional. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful, the facilities were very attractive, neat and clean and the hotel was conveniently located to the interstate which we accessed each day. The first room they tried to give us was NOT the room we paid for via Hotels.com (Studio suite vs Standard suite). Only sheers to cover the windows so the sun came in extremely bright in the mornings AND the bright lights of the 24 hour gas station were annoying as well. The phone in our room rang, however you couldn't dial out of the room (The living […] area phone did work). Some of the outlets didn't work and the staff member who checked us in wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but she was nice!. Mehr

HOTEL WAS NEAT AND CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT. THE GIRL AT FRONT DESK AT CHECK-IN WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN WOUTHOUT QUESTION.

Wonderful place! Very nice design, but comfortable for a family. The living room was nice after a long day of traveling to cuddle and watch a movie. It was also nice to have a kitchen table so we could all eat breakfast together in our room. Kitchen was clean and had nice appliances. Breakfast was great. Loved the biscuits and gravy. Wonderful place. Very convenent to get to, close to plenty of restaurants, and close to down town.

This hotel had everything we needed! A small kitchen, DVD player, breakfast, exercise room and great hospitality. I would recommend this hotel for the price any time. It is in a good neighborhood too.
