First time ever staying at an Embassy suite and loved it!!!

This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel staff, especially front desk, were superb. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to help you. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint about the room would be that there was not exhaust fan in the bathroom which is just a pain with all the steam. Close to North […] Point Mall which houses the American Girl Store (the reason for our trip). The kids enjoyed the large indoor pool. Breakfast was great, wonderful made to order omelets... one suggestion would be to add Belgium Waffles! Overall a fantastic stay! Mehr

A beautiful hotel, comfortable, clean and spacious suite with a scrumptious breakfast included! Omelets made to order, pancakes, sausage, bacon, a cereal bar. . . What a fabulous start to the day. And, SWEET that it was included in the room fee.

The hotel was first class and the Happy Hour and breakfast were the best I've seen! It even has an indoor pool which is super-great for entertaining both kids and adults. Loved it!

The first morning we woke up to find that there was no hot water in the whole building. So much for showers in February. The second night our HVAC in the room just blew air with no climate control involved. The temp climbed to 72 when we desired 65. All felt warm and stuffy. Great hotel in a convenient location. The breakfasts are terrific - lots of hot and cold choices. Combined with a 2 hour Happy Hour, this hotel makes it a wonderfully priced option.

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, so I wanted a place that was reasonably priced, comfortable, and convenient to my client, Embassy Suites fit all of those criteria. When you add in the wide selection of hot and cold foods for breakfast and the free drinks and snacks at happy hour, this place is very welll priced. This hotel is very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Two of the best "perks' are the omlets, freshly made before your eyes, and the hotel location conveniently surrounded by great shopping/conveniences/restaurants. Two negatives that we found were the smoking rooms were obviously located directly by the elevator and the smell was terrible as you […] entered/exited the elevator. carpets very dirty. Bathroom only okay! Needs to be steam cleaned. Also, comforters need washing. Not the usual Embassy Suites. Just like a comfort inn. No frills. Location very good and easy to find. Food good, staff nice, but, rooms. Opt out and pay more for a cleaner room

Stayed at embassy suites in birmingham alabama...had ruth chris in hotel...awesome, then stayed at this one a few days later...hotel in need of many repairs...elevators slow, and sound like they are on their last leg(talked to another patron who has been staying there once a year for past seven, and she said they have been like that since shes been […] staying)...pool area has fallen ceiling parts, and lots of areas that are in process...our toliet seat was not clean, and a few stray hairs that didnt match us...i could go on, but i booked because in great upscale area with lots of shops and restaurants on our way home from thanksgiving...all that being said, the pool was heated the best out of the other three hotels on our roadtrip Mehr

Hotel in very nice area of Alpharetta,GA. Surrounding area offers many restaurants and shopping as well as easy access to interstate. Hotel staff was very curteous, hot breakfast was a plus. We recently had the pleasure of staying for three nights with our three year old grandson. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast and happy hour snacks were highlights for us all. There was a slight problem with breakfast amenities -forks seemed to be in short supply at the omelet station, and we waited a long time to have […] condiments replenished for the oatmeal. The water feature in the lobby was interesting to look at and soothing to listen to. The hotel location was convenient to shopping and major highways, We would happily stay at this location again. Great hotel in a great location. The only complaint was that after a long morning we came back to the hotel to get some rest and houskeeping had not made the beds and given us fresh towels. It was after 3pm when we returned. Overall great stay and will stay here again in the future.

Upon arrival, our stay was nothing short of wonderful. Front desk staff is extremely polite, friendly, professional and helpful. The stay was perfect except for the room temperature. It was extremely hot and muggy. It could have been because we were in the room over the indoor pool! There was a not so funny incident where our four little girls were reprimanded by the staff for being too loud because of complaints from the room above. We didn't quite understand that because a […] whole baseball team had just left who had been playing pool volleyball and were extremely loud. However, we didn't realize until the next morning that we were actually the room over the pool and we certainly had not complained. I like for people to be honest with me! Mehr

The Embassey was a great place to stay. Very comfortable and beautiful. Staff were helpful. Free breakfast and snack were great! Would definitely go back.

Excellent suite very clean and comfortable. A fair way out of Atlanta, Alpharetta is a lovely suburb and although Atlanta was a dreadful place we felt very safe when we got beack to our hotel. The complimentary breakfast was really good with freshly cooked omelettes. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The embassy Suites in Alpharetta Ga. What a deal - the extra room of a suite - free happy hour 5.30-7.30 in evening - free cooked to order breakfast in morning - very clean and orderly - friendly helpful staff - everything was wonderful. I love having a suite, especially with 2 teen age girls. My husband and I had one room to relax with TV while the girls had a room and TV to themself. No fighting over TV programs. Also it was nice to have 2 seperate rooms to get ready. Great location to the Verizon Wireless Ampith. and surrounding places to eat. Only complaint was the mattresses were […] not very comfortable, showed some wear. Excellent hot breatfast in the morning. My only complaint with this hotel is that there was hair in the tub. The free hot breakfast was wonderful.

Clean hotel, great breakfast, very friendly staff! I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were what you would expect from Embassy Suites; roomy, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint, they only have 2 elevators.

I've stayed here 5 times over the past year on weekends. It is a clean, well maintained, hotel in a great location. On two of my visits however, they ran out of non-smoking rooms and i had to stay in a smoking room. The front desk apologizes, but does little to accommodate my needs other than offer to fumigate the room. The windows do not open, so I […] am stuck in a stinky room. I was a little concerned when I checked in and found out that we were going to be on the second floor - I thought it was going to be too noisy - but once inside of the room, it was actually ok.
