I took my wife to Baltimore for a late Valentines and totally surprised her with the trip. We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard, went and had a great dinner at Fogo De Choa, then enjoyed some good Irish music at James Joyce near the hotel.... I would reccomend this again....

Not far from the airport- nestled right in the harbor- Close to great shopping,nightlife and restaurants! Overall a great stay!

I stayed at this hotel last weekend for my boyfriends birthday. It was a great experience! We were able to check in early and check out late at no extra charge. The room was nice and we were lucky enough to get a room that had a small balcony (12th floor) and view of the water. No mini fridge in the room was a bit of a pain but ice machines are on each […] floor. The pool (which also has a whirlpool) and fitness center were very nice and up-to-date. The hotel bar and lobby were nothing special - small bar and market area. Great location with easy walking distance to the Inner Harbor and Fells Point. I would stay here again! Mehr

I thought this hotel was great. The bed was comfortable for us and we both have bad backs. The only things we didn't like were the pillows were way too soft, the sheets looked like maybe they were not changed from the stay the night before, and there was a couple small blood spots near the top of the headboard on the sheets. We weren't sure if they […] were there before or just stains that couldn't come out. Otherwise, beautiful room and very clean......... Mehr

We came into town looking for a nice weekend getaway. We figured we would just wing it and figure out what we wanted to do when we arrived. The staff at the front desk was very helpful in our planning once we arrived. They recommended several places to dine and many fun things to do in the area. They even gave us a map with directions to everything. […] We had a great weekend and the recommendations made by the staff were exactly what we were looking for. Thank you! Mehr

The hotel is located in the East Harbour area and surrounded by stores, CVS drug store, Whole Foods Grocery, and many restaurants. A block down the street is the harbour where locals have docked their boats. There are benches there where one may sit. We asked the hotel clerk about the restaurant that delivers food to the hotel. He gave us a small map […] and even walked a short distance down the street to point out the way we should go to the restaurant. It was, by far, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. Loved the indoor pool!

The hotel was nice and beautiful, but I was not satisfied with the fact that one of the receptionist had sort of an attitude when I informed her that hotel staff said our parking was refunded because our vehicle did not fit in the parking garage. To make matters worst, I was still charged for parking even though I received a statement saying it was […] credited back to my account. I'm never going back there again. Mehr

My only nits are electronic. The free Internet is woefully slow. I know it is free but not really as you know the cost is included in the room charge. Hard to watch streaming media which goes to number 2 nit. the inputs on the TV are locked down. I could understand this if they offered pay-per-view but we could never find the channel for that. Could […] not hook up mini DVD player. Internet sign up keep me from using AppleTV. I could have used an adhoc network connection from my Macbook Air but it was a hassle so I just watched on iPad between stutters and stops due to low bandwidth Internet. Fix these issues and it probably gets a 5 from me. Staff was really nice and helpful. Parking was reasonable. We needed alternate pillows and a fridge and got that with no problem. We had a great weekend at the Marriott Courtyard-Fells Point while in Baltimore for the Preakness. It's close to the Restaurants, Bars, and the Inner Harbor, along with a great Whole Foods for oicking up snacks etc to take to a race or ballgame. Easy access to downtown amenities- Little Italy, Cabton, Federal Hill, Camden Yards, and places like the […] Lexington Market. Wde had a group of tn, we all stayed at this Marriott CCourtyard, Mehr

The hotel is very good overall. However, the bed is a little soft, and the shower head (it happened to be a handicapped shower) was loose and tended to droop and point toward the wall. I did manage to tighten it a little, using a penny as a screwdriver. Probably should have called the desk for service, but it was too late and I was too tired to see […] anyone. Mehr

We had a great stay. We had an issue of kids running down the halls banging on doors. It stopped when we reported it to the front desk. One negative thing was that we could hear everything our neighbors said or did. Other than that great bed and shower.

We like the brand (Courtyard by Marriott) and were not dissapointed re this Baltimore hotel as a pre cruise stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless, and agreat pool and hot tub made for a relaxing time. Very close to the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore, walking distance and again made for a relaxing start before our […] cruise. The shops and restaurants surrounding were all very clean and reasonable priced and we felt safe at all times. The Hotel is a hotel we will vist and use agin. Mehr

Very nice hotel conveniently located between Harborplace and Fell's Point, in Little Italy. Requested room at upper floor, away from ice machine, and that's what we got. Very nice room, as expected. Parking fairly expensive, but average for hotels in the area. Would stay there again.

Some of the Hotel Staff I interacted with were friendly and some were impatient and rude. Though it had said on their website that the pool would be under construction it was supposed to be fixed at least a week before I got there. It was still under construction the first night of my stay and I was told it would be fixed by the next day. The next day […] I was helped by an impatient member of the hotel staff who said the pool would not be ready until tomorrow. When I went to go swim the following day I was told by the lifeguard that the jacuzzi was cold. My last day there I found out the pool was only open from 5-10pm! Luckily, they have a few guest passes to the gym down the street so I was able to go swimming there. The room was otherwise clean but pretty drab. It was about what I expected from a 3 star hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed here for one evening. It was not awful, but we will probably look for a better place next time. We were given a room with two double beds. We are a couple, and would obviously have preferred a room with one queen or king size bed. But the hotel was full so we could not get a different room. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, […] and the rate that we paid for the room was NOT cheap. The location was decent, although it's a bit of a hike to the main strip of the harbour. Parking was also really expensive. We'll definitely be looking for a different hotel in Baltimore the next time we visit. Mehr

The location was great but we were disappointed with the amenities. The indoor pool heater wasn't working and the pool was ice cold. Plus, the wireless internet in the room wasn't working correctly. So, we were there with teenagers to celebrate a 16th birthday and the pool wasn't usable and they couldn't play internet games online with others.

Very clean room with a king size bed with very nice linens.

La estancia fue corta solo de dos noches, pero ha valido la pena, muy cerca del waterfront y se camina muy bien por la zona, esta cerca del metro y tambien las vistas son preciosas, el hotel en su interior se nota que esta reformado, pero la calidad del servicio de atencion al cliente fue muy buena, el staff del hotel me ayudo mucho y se portaron super […] bien conmigo. lo recomiendo 100% Mehr
