die anbindung mit den öffentlichen verkehrsmitteln zur innenstadt ist super. das frühstück sehr dürftig, aber daß es 24/7 kaffe und tee umsonst gibt, haben wir oft gern genutzt. der preis schlägt alles! dashotel hat seine besten zeiten schon hinter sich. aber für den preis ist es top.

Es ist wirklich so schön, wie sie beschreiben. Die grosszügige und einladende Lobby in der ersten Etage diente u.a. dem Weinempfang aller an diesem Tag anreisenden Gäste. Allerdings scheint die Zeit auf 17 bis 18 Uhr begrenzt zu sein. Eher als Ausnahme bekam ich später noch einen Gutschein für die Bar, die nicht ganz so nett ist, wie die Lobby. Beim Frühstück im benachbarten Bistro muss man wissen, was man wählt, um nicht vom Amerikanischen Geschmack überrascht zu werden.

Zu unserer Ueberraschung war alles viel kleiner, als es in den Bildern erscheint. Der Fotograf hat einen super Job gemacht. Dennoch ist das Hotel eine sehr gute Wahl. Allerdings hatten wir eine Suite. Wir haben das Zimmer-Service-Fruehstueck nie genutzt, da es genug guenstige und gute Alternativen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt.
Lage
Springhill Suites by Marriott Chicago/Burr Ridge liegt in Burr Ridge. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Region: Brookfield Zoo, Unity Temple und Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region gehört Folgendes: Marquette Park.
Ausstattung

"Springhill Suites....Burr Ridge...beautiful area"
This hotel is in a great area....nearby milion dollar homes...then in the other direction, restaurants,Target, other shopping etc. The breakfast was great, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage etc. Beautiful lobby, free popcorn, fresh coffee. 20 min from Midway Airport.. Rose was working the day we checked in...she is a jewel !
"Springhill Suites in Chicago/Burr Ridge Isolated"
Our first stay at a Springhill motel, and it was excellent. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was as plentiful as one wants. The location was rather isolated in a forest of big buildings. No restaurant.
Wonderful stay at the Springhill suite in Willowbrook/Burr Ridge, near a nice neighborhood and a nice shopping center with restaurants, located right off I 55, convenient location. Great staff. Only thing missing is a hot tub but pool was nice.
"Nice hotel, odd location"
I stayed here for three nights on a business trip. The room was very nice--super comfy bed, large TV and an iPod dock. I especially like the suite set up. I was able to set up a mobile office in one room and use the bedroom just for sleeping and relaxing. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that there is literally nothing in the surrounding […] area. I was able to find some restaurants on Yelp that were within about 15 minutes driving. Even though its right off the highway, there wasn't even a place to get a snack (other than the overpriced "market" in the lobby). Overall, I would recommend. "Close to Midway - Good place to stay for families."
The room was clean and very spacious. We stayed during an epic mid-west heat/humidity wave and the AC unit kept the room very comfortable. The included breakfast was halfway between a continental breakfast and a hot breakfast, but filling. We had reserved through hotels.com a suite room with two queen beds but found when we arrived that the hotel had […] no such rooms available, so we were given a suite room with a king. This turned out not be a problem for us, since the kids took the sofa bed and we slept on the king. We had plenty of space and a good night's sleep. If you're inflexible though, it might be good to confirm the booking with the hotel by phone before hand to avoid such a surprise. Mehr

I was in town for the taste of Chicago, and being at springhill suites was like being at a resort staff was very friendly as well as the cleaning crew, I enjoyed the continential breakfast very nice spread to suit all I wil be returning for another stay. Keep up the good work Springhill thumbs up!

I just needed a one-night stay near Midway, before heading up to northwestern IL. Springhill Suites was terrific. Convenient, great location off the 55, clean, quite. Couldn't ask for more.
"Excellent stay at Spring Hill Suites"
This was our first time staying at a Spring Hill Suites hotel & we were very pleased with the experience. We expected quality since it is owned by Marriott and we were not disappointed. The suite was large, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and good. Staff members we encountered were pleasant and helpful.

"Great Hotel"
We took a family vacation from Michigan to Chicago with 3 kids. It was too expensive to say in downtown so we opted for the suburbs. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. The pool was nice and a fun activity at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We really enjoyed the free breakfast. They had waffles, sausage, eggs, cereals, fruit and yogurt. What a nice hotel to stay in. The king room was big, clean, comfy and had everything I needed while away from home. Nice friendly staff and they even mailed me a shirt I left behind. They charged $20.00 for it but it was still cheaper than driving back for it. Also they charged an extra $90 to my debit card Im not sure what it was for but I hope to […] get a refund for it. "Good overnight business stay"
I was pleased with my stay. The first room that I was given had a very noisy HVAC unit. I asked for another room and I was quickly given another. It was handled very nicely. I thought that the hotel amenities were very nice. It was nice to have free WI-FI in my room.

"Nice hotel"
This hotel was very nice. It had a small couch/sitting area, and the bedroom was separated somewhat from that. Also a small kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable.
"Very pleasant stay"
Spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood. About a mile from restaurants and shops. Nice breakfast buffet, and front desk staff were pleasant, efficient, and helpful. No charge for parking or WIFI. We stayed here because of road construction near the hotel that is closer to our family, but were pleased with it despite the greater distance.

The Springhills ,Marriott Hotel, has been a standout experience on my three month World Trip, Clean Spacious rooms delightful staff and with plenty of extras thrown in. "Springhill Marriott Burr Ridge"
Everything was great. The staff were pleasant and helpful, wonderful breakfast, the room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job.

The hotel was very conveniently located to Midway Airport for my flight out the next morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was very comfortable and the continental breakfast the next morning was great. I would hughly recommend this hotel. The only downside was no restaurant that was very close.
