Wir hatten ein Apartement für drei Nächte ohne Frühstück gebucht. Das Apartement war sehr groß (Zimmer mit zwei Betten und extra Sofa, eine Küche und Badezimmer). Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Hotelrückseite und Internet war for free (für ein Gerät). Insgesamt waren wir recht zufrieden.

Jumeirah Beach ist ein schnell wachsender Ort am Meer, in dem es mehrere Freizeitparks, Einkaufszentren, Boutiquen und Schönheitssalons gibt. Als absolutes Spitzenhotel der Luxushotelliga gilt das in Form eines Segels erbaute Burj Al Arab. Entlang der Küste und auch auf künstlichen Inseln davor ist noch kein Ende der baulichen Entwicklung abzusehen. Das mit Mosaiken verzierte Iranian Hospital samt Moschee ist nicht öffentlich zugänglich, die wunderschöne Jumeirah-Moschee kann jedoch auch von Nicht-Muslimen besichtigt werden.

Schönes Hotel mit Strand und freundlcihem Personal. Es liegt direkt am Walk sehr zentral! An der Straße vor dem Hotel hat man viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Internet kann nur durch hohen Aufpreis gebucht werden.

"Top Lage und Hotel"
Das Hilton Jumeirah Beach Dubai liegt hervorragend am Strand und am Walk mit einer schoenen Parkanlage und hervorragendem Service,einzig der kostenlose WiFi Internetzugang waere wuenschenswert und sollte in dieser Preiskategorie inclusive sein.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine ausgezeichnete Lage am Walk und bietet alle Vorteile eines Strandhotels bei einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und schnell.

"Klasse Hotel in bester Lage"
Das Hotel ist super gelegen am hoteleigenen feinen Sandstrand. Liegen und Schirme sind sowohl im Poolbereich, als auch am Strand ausreichend vorhanden. Handtücher erhalten sie im Poolbereich (auf Wunsch auch 2 Handtücher pro Person) Auch das Umfeld des Hotels ist sehr gut. "für Badeferien bestens geeignet"
Auch für Familien geeignetes Strandhotel direkt am feinsandigen Jumeirah Beach. Leider recht lange Fahrt bis ins Stadtzentrum. Eher anonymer Gross-Hotelbetrieb, jedoch sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Es dürften mehr Liegen an Strand und Pool vorhanden sein - wer zu spät kommt, hat sonst das Nachsehen. In unserem Fall war das bereits um 11.30 […] Uhr der Fall. Leider ist das Hotel sehr unflexibel, wenn man vor 7.00 Uhr abreisen möchte. Frühstück gibt es dann nur vom Zimmerservice in sehr eingeschränktem Umfang für Extrakosten in Höhe von 55 Dhs (ca. 11 EUR) pro Person (auch wenn Frühstück eigentlich in der Buchung included war und dieser Preis gilt auch für Kinder). Da sollte Hilton sich grosszügiger zeigen. Fazit: wer nichts gegen Massenabfertigung hat, ist hier richtig. Für Shoppingreisen würden wir eher ein citynaheres Hotel wählen. Mehr
"Ideal für Badeferien an der Jumeirah Beach"
Ideales Badeferienhotel an der Jumeirah Beach mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Dank den diversen Shuttle-Bussen zu den Shopping Malls, Stadtrundfahrten mit Big Bus, 2 Metrostationen in der Nähe ist man auch schnell unterwegs zu den vielfältigen Attraktionen die Dubai so bietet.

Das Hotel liegt am Dubai Walk und es ist nicht möglich, die Terrassentüre mal offen zu lassen, da es von den Restaurants und den promenierenden Luxuskarossen ziemlich laut herübertönt. Schade, dass neben dem Hotel Zelte mit einer Dinosaurierausstellung aufgebaut waren und man das Brüllen von T-Rex und co von morgens bis spät abends mitanhören musste. Das […] Hotel ist sehr schön - nicht zu gross, der Garten und der Strandabschnitt gepflegt, aber wie gesagt ziemlich laut, da auch ständig Hubschrauber über diesen Teil von Dubai fliegen. Wunderschön ist die Sky Bar mit Live Musik und netter Bedienung! Das Frühstücksbuffett ist toll, aber man geht besser etwas frühter frühstücken, denn ab 09.30 Uhr ist es unglaublich voll und stressig. Sehr gutes Hotel an bester Strandlage. Ganz toller Service, konnten gleich nach Ankunft am frühen Morgen ins Zimmer - trotz Hochsaison. Einzige Kritik: Es fehlt etwas an orientalischer Atmosphäre.

The stay was just amazing at the hotel. Only thing bad was I was there for a short period of time. The hotel staff was great and made sure I had a great stay. They definitely made my stay special.
"Hotell på stranden i Dubai"
This hotel is situated on the beach but the area around the pool is very small. our room smelt mold and the cleaning personnel used air parfume to get better smell. The hotel is rather boring but has very quick and professional staff. The service is no problem but the building need an update. Expensive if you do not find campaigns at the internet.

The best thing about this hotel was the amazing staff, from the bell boys to the people who cleaned the rooms. Very polite and nice people! Great standard og perfect location on the beach and next to the walk. Some construction next to the hotel, but that didnt bother us.

"WOW! Wonderful Hotel"
I have stayed in many Hilton's around the world, and this is one of the best. My wife and I upgraded to an executive room facing the water when we arrived, and it was certainly worth it. The room also gave us access to the executive lounge which was a great place to get breakfast, have afternoon tea, and have cocktails at happy hour. I stayed here in September 2011, check-in was fast and efficient. My room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious. But the best part of this hotel is the pool and beach access. It was a very relaxing place to spend the day and well attended by the Hilton Staff. Upgraded to an Executive suite. As stay was during Ramadan upgrade was very beneficial with unlimited access to Executive Lounge. Excellent hotel with excellent facilities and perfect location, right on the beach and the Walk.

This hotel is on Jumeirah Beach but a long way from the Airport and the Burg al Arab.
"Exceeded expectations"
Based on other reviews and the great price, I wasn't expecting much. However, the room was neat and clean, the gym was awesome, and the service was outstanding. We were able to check in to our rooms at 9am. If I had to do it again, I would pick this hotel again.

We booked through Hotel.com for a 3 day stay from 26/09/11 and leaving early on the 29th to catch our flight home. We were early in arriving and our room wasnt ready, however we were served a cold drink and told it would be a couple of hours, but we were pleasently surprised when it was ready within half an hour. The staff were extremely helpful and […] polite. We had booked into an executive room which gave access to the executive suite for drinks in the evening and light snacks throughout the day. Well worth the extra for this. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The only thing I would suggest is that they have free wi fi. I thank the staff for all their friendly help, and in particular for such a lovely and comfortable room. I am only sorry I was there for just one day, passing through to another business destination. The bathroom was not clean at all and very inconvinient as there are NO plug -ins for hairdryer or other appliances. Does not make sense. And for this price at least the internet should be free. The a/c goes off when you leave the room and therefore the room is very muggy and that goes for your clothes as well.

"Perfect Honeymoon destination"
We booked 5 nights in an Executive King for our honeymoon at the start of June, but had our fingers crossed for an upgrade based on what we'd read on this site. Sure enough at check in, when we explained we were on honeymoon we were given a large corner room/suite with sea view which was about twice as big as the standard room. Having executive benefits […] paid for itself, from the airport transfers, hot breakfast, afternoon tea, drinks and snacks available all day and the alcoholic drinks and canapes (including a large cheese selection) in the evening. The hotel is small compared to others in Jumeirah and beyond, but doesn't suffer from it. Service in the bars, beach and reception was first class, and all the cleaning staff said hello everytime we passed them in the corridor - some even greeted us by name which was a nice touch. The concierge desk was superb throughout, and helped us with bookings in restaurants in other hotels, the shuttle bus services to the malls and arranging a dhow dinner cruise. The Sky Bar on the top floor was a really nice place for a relaxing cocktail in the evening. We ventured out to the The Walk a couple of times but didn't eat out there. There are a couple of supermarkets on the upper level that are really useful for topping up on water, snacks etc. at sensible prices. If I had any criticisms they would be that on a couple of ocassions the room service missed out a couple of things (no bottled water, fresh large towels), but the cleanliness of the room was superb. We only ate once in Oceana (the main hotel restaurant) and weren't particularly impressed with the range or the quality of the food. Not having free wireless also is annoying, especially at a 5 star hotel, although I know most hotels are the same about this. I would also query whether the en-suite bathroom was up to a 5 star standard - I would expect a seperate bath/shower, and it looked a little tired. But these were all small points and didn't detract from our experience. Over Mehr

The Hotel was amazing, upon our arrival for our Honeymoon, the room was decorated and the bed was so comfortable. we were also provided with a fruit basket. I would definitely visit this hotel again and would recommend everyone. it was worth it. And the breakfast was superb.

Great Services overall. Friendliness of staff made the stay comfortable and pleasant, helpful for every situation. Not the best hotel for a lonely traveler, crowded with families with children but off-course is easy to understand that the great location with private beach, nice swimming pool will attract a large amount of tourist.

Got to the hotel about 11.30am the room was not ready we knew this and was not bothered as we knew that we could you use the beech and the pool as we had stayed in a different hotel on the first night so we were not droppin in from our long journey from england.Got in our room about 4.pm this was our own fault as they had been looking for us at 2ish […] but we love the sun.Rooms are a good size for 2 adults and one child.On the second day we had a bigish problem no water so we could not wash ourselfs or flush the toilet this was the first thing in the morning.Rung reception and was informed they had been a leek somewhere and will take up to 3 hours t fix was not happy about this and out of there kindness offered us some bottles of water to have a wash lol.I was not happy about this so had a word with supervisor who said it would not take 3hrs and sent a man up with a 24 pack of water to flush toilet and to get a cold bath with also he offered us a free meal with drinks may be if we did not have child this might not of happened but it did thats what you call pr.By the way meal was fantastic.Other downside to this place is the pool area towels on loungers at 6 in the morning why do people spoil it for others when they dont even use the lounger till 10am.One more a plate of chips is very exspensive cost more than a beer lol.If you need anything ask for chris on the front desk always been helpful and is very polite like 99% of the staff.Would recomend this hotel to anyone who is intrested stayed here now 5 yrs on the trott and i have only had the water issuse. "Great place to just relax"
This hotel was a great place to just relax. The pool area and the beach front set it up for a great stay. However as it is open to the public (for a fee) it can get very busy and its hard to sit and enjoy a cocktail at the swim up bar. Breakfast was fantastic and they were even kind enough to let us grab a plate of food at the end, because we slept […] in. There are heaps of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance, so you don't have to go too far from the Hotel. One thing is that the cocktails are much to be desired, you pay a heap of money for an average cocktail, so just get wine or beer. The room was clean and on a very clear day you could the the Palm and surrounding buildings. It is one of the smallest hotels in the area and is towered around by many others. Mehr

We stayed in an executive room which came with breakfast, free soft drinks and tea/coffee all day, sandwiches and cakes in the afternoon and free alcohol and snacks in the evening which was great! The service was fantastic and we would definitely return to this hotel. The location of the hotel is great! It's right on the beach, it's on the beach walk […] which has plenty of places to eat and is only a 15 minute walk from the metro which will take you to all the shopping malls and other sightseeing places. The Hilton Jumeirah is a pretty big hike from the airport, but it was worth it. I was welcomed with fresh watermelon juice and dates, and generally the service was excellent. I was only disappointed that the wifi was not free, as it is in other, similarly-priced hotels in Dubai. The food was absurdly expensive, but that's what you get from a Dubai hotel.
