Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral!! Nur 5 Minuten vom Speedway und Flughafen entfernt. Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer toll eingerichtet, Zimmer sauber. Würde dieses Hotel Zeit wieder buchen und für einen längeren Aufenthalt!!

Das Red Roof Inn in Indianapolis ist im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kaum zu toppen. Große Zimmer, wunschgemäß mit zwei Betten und Raucher,lediglich der badbereich ist sehr klein.Einen Föhn bekommt man an der Rezeption kostenfrei,ebenso kostenlos ist das Parken und Wifi.alle für uns interessanten Ziele in Indianapolis waren in ca. 20Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar

the only problem I had was finding the hotel. There is a Marriott within a block and the signage on this one was very little, passed right by it the first time. Great staff, very helpful and cordial.
"hotel marriott indy"
I was surprized that a 4 star hotel marriott would not have enought staff to the rooms cleaned for 4pm check-in.
Thank you for staying with us on 3/31/12. I am sorry that your room was not ready until late in the day. Our staff is trained to expedite the rooms that are scheduled for arrival to minimize delays, but on occaisons when there is a large checkout and the check out time is at 11am, it is difficult to have all rooms ready as required. We do add staff to be as efficient as possible but some days it can be a challenge. I am sorry we were not ready for your arrival. We hope to see you back at the Indy Marriott Downtown soon.

"Indoor walk way"
Great loacation! we attended the big ten basketball championships in march and could walk indoors most the way to bankers life stadium. Hotel is very clean . we will stay their again.

Hotel was great! We will probably stay again. Cheaper parking right next door was nice! We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. Would have liked to have our friends in an ajoining room, but we couldn't get that because they were so busy. Would have liked to have a sign for the stairs as well because we waited a long time for the elevator […] every single time we went up and down, and did not know where the stairs were till the last night. Overall the room was clean and the bed comfy, so we were pleased. Mehr
"slippery slope"
the overall experience at the hotel was very positive. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, I probably would not stay at this hotel again if I am taking my children. I had my daughter with me this time and she was excited about the indoor pool. The pool area in my opinion was a serious accident waiting to happen. […] While we were there at the pool no less than 7 people fell due to the flooring in the area was ceramic tile and extremely slippery. I also think the parking charges were on the steep side and out of line with other hotels in the area I have stayed at. Mehr
"Downtown Indianapolis"
The hotel was very nice and clean. We loved the location in relation to the downtown event we were attendeding. We also had the nicest bellboy ever!..My only complaint is that we had paid for 2 rooms and they overbooked the hotel so we did not recieve our other room and ended up with a couple extra people camping out.

"Marriott not bad"
The room was clean, comfy, and quiet. The staff was very polite. Location was great. Lots of food and things to do within walking distance. The main complaint is that the Wifi is $13/day. I consider it ignorant to not give your customers free wifi when a super cheap hotel does. The parking was also really expensive.
"They sold our room?"
We arrived at 5pm the day of check in because we were attending the Monster Energy Supercross that evening. Check-in was crazy, the line was long and we probably waited for at least 15 minutes before getting to the counter. Once at the counter, we were informed that our "ROOM HAD BEEN SOLD" to someone else! I couldn't believe my ears! But they could […] put us up in another Marriott 15 minutes away by cab. Not quite the convenience I was looking for when I booked this hotel right next to Lucas Oil. Needless to say, we cancelled our reservations and just drove home late that night. How on earth do they get away with "selling booked rooms" or over-booking? Mehr
I am so sorry that we did not accomodate your reservation at our hotel that night. We never have the intention of not honoring a guest's reservation. On this evening, we did become oversold as a group that was staying with us did not depart as we were expecting. This caused a major challenge for us operationally to check in all of arrivals for that Saturday night. Ultimately, we did have to relocate several reservation. I apologize for the negative experience. We did not know that we were in that situation until the day of your arrival so we could not communicate to you ahead of time. Booked a King bed. They told me at the desk they only had 2 twin bed rooms available even though the hotel did not seem that full. The twin beds were Very Firm. Other than the bed situation, it was a nice experience. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly.

This hotel was easy to find, parking was high but to be expected in the city. Hotel was polite and staff very helpful. Rooms conservative in size but sufficient for an overnight stay. Children enjoyed the pool and overall would highly recommend this hotel!
I booked a room with king bed and got one double instead . I was charged 300 dollars by mistake and had very hard time to have my self refunded !

"Exceptional Customer Service, Fantastic Location"
I work in NWI but I'm from Baltimore, my friends flew in for a weekend and I met them in Indianapolis. I picked the hotel based on what I read online, but you never know what you are going to get. Being from Baltimore, we are used to sometimes not so friendly customer service. The Marriott Indianapolis Downtown was amazing. The hotel staff was incredibly […] friendly and helpful, from room service, to the conceirge to the valet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are a tad bit small (full rather then queen) but we jammed four adults into one room so that's to be expected. The location was great, it's connected to the Convention Center which is connected to the Mall, it's a bit of a walk but not to bad. We were close to restaurants, bars and clubs as well. This hotel is just fantastic, I'd recommend it to anyone and stay there again in a heartbeat. It's a Marriott, you just can't seem to go wrong with a Marriott. Mehr

I asked for a king size bed. Did not get the king size bed and was never informed of the change. The couple next to us complained and got an extra accomidation to make them a little happier. Guess I should have complained a little louder. Customer service should include an explanation or appology at minimum. Ignoring what you cant give me does not make […] it go away. Mehr
"Expectations Surpassed"
Stayed at hotel for a 3 day trade show. Got there before anticipated check in and was not a problem. Staff was extremely courteous and the hotel was convenient to all major attractions. Highly recommend.

"Marriott - Downtown Indianapolis"
This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. Great location and within easy walking distance of The Circle, football stadium, and numerous restaurants etc. Only complaint is cost of overnight parking - $28 self parking and $32 valet. Ouch!!

Great hotel to stay at if you are going to a Colts game. Lucas Oil is within walking distance plus you can still walk to any restaurant and the mall.

"Indy 500 weekend"
Great atmosphere at the hotel for the 500; race cars in the lobby, video of old races playing on the walls, indy car rides around the Capitol.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Indy. It is close to good dining, bars, nightlife, tailgating, and Lucas Oil. Be cautious of game day as the hotel is extremely difficult due to closed roads and detours. Their breakfast bar is truly amazing and the staff seems eager to please.

We were there one day for the FFA American Degree Ceremony. Flew all night very tired. The Check in was quick and easy. The room was peaceful and quiet.
