Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Das Hotel war in Ordnung, allerdings war es schon ziemlich weit weg vom Flughafen, obwohl es unter Airport-Hotels verzeichnet war. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde in klirrender Kälte auf das Shuttle warten, das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Und das Frühstück war eher auf asiatischen Geschmack ausgelegt, aber wir haben trotzdem was zu essen gefunden. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Hotel, was Ausstattung und Sauberkeit angeht.

The hotel was very nice, clean... awesome morning breakfast and the rooms were big. My only gripe was we were on the 3rd floor and I believe there are some areas/rooms that allow smoking, so the entire 3rd floor had that stale smell to it. Based on the reviews, I thought I would be entering a place for quiet respite and a much needed rest. Little did I know what I was in for. Unruly guests were carousing to all hours. When we arrived, we found out they don't allow rollaways for our room because of fire hazard, but the front desk was able to fine a last minute suite that had a pullout couch. "family friendly"
very friendly staff. breakfast nice, liked the variety on the weekends. Chocolate chip cookies at front desk yummy!!! appreciated having coffee and hot water available 24/7. i had neglected to take a book along so really liked the books they had available and that I could take it with me to drop off at another Country Inn & Suites -- also liked the […] availability of the board games for the kids to keep entertained. "A+ and goin back"
What a great place. Staff was wonderful. Front desk person went over backward to get my room ready when I was wayyyy early for check in. Housekeeping was immaculate. Free Breakfast was wonderull, fresh, and A+. Pool is nice. Small, but very nice. My kids had a blast. Went to Chicago on the train, and the front desk people knew how to direct me to do […] this. It was great all around. My hat is off to the staff there. Room was very clean, cozy, comfortable, and had duvet covers instead of some junky bed spread. It was a warm quilt instead. I slept great.
