We had a wonderful stay! Our room was clean and comfortable! The breakfast was good! The pool area was superb! The staff went out their way to make our sons 10th Birthday special! I Highly recommend them! The Assistant General Manager was an absolutely wonderful Host!

Very surprised with the worn out almost see through towels they are using in their rooms also didn't have a sufficient amount.

This hotel is certainly acceptable, but for the money, it's nothing special. Nearby mall makes it a good neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants. I wouldn't give it a five because of its high cost relative to service. The broadband access, which I really need, was marginal at best.

This hotel is in a Mall parking lot and surrounded by other strip malls and restaurants, right off 84 but no highway noise inside. I was there during Hurricane Irene and was impressed that despite the sudden surge of customers (sold out), the staff remained polite and responsive. Breakfast is more than simple cereal and remains well stocked though gluten-free […] options were the usual hard boiled egg or yogurt. That can always be improved anywhere I stay. Hotel is easy 2 hour drive to Boston making it easy to drive my daughter to campus, spend the day getting her settled, then leave Boston after rush hour to easy drive back to hotel in the same day. Quiet, clean, excellent facility. I would have preferred a 10 a.m. breakfast cut off as we arrived at 9:15 and everything was put away. We would we would definitely stay there again. Missed not having an overhang to unload the car as it was pouring. .

Everything was spotless and the beds were extraodinarily comfortable. The only downfall was that the lights outside used as security shone right into the windows all night. This would be fine, but there are not curatins that can be pulled closed, only sheers.

Fabulously friendly and helpful staff, convenient location. Room even more comfortable than we had hoped for.

We stayed one Friday night, in order to attend the Antique Motorcycle Club, Yankee Chapter, meet in Hebron, CT. The room was clean, air conditioner worked well, and all amenities were there, including a bountiful continental breakfast with among many choices, a make-your-own waffles bar. It was nice and quiet. The hotel was clean and in a nice safe neighborhood. The breakfast and room were a fair price. The only problem was that the internet did not work from when we arrived at midnight until we checked out at 2pm the next day. This was big trouble for us because we had car trouble & had to find a dealer to fix my car. The front desk let me use her computer, […] which was very nice, but it was inconvenient that the internet was down the entire time we were there. Mehr

We had two queen beds, one was fine, the other was mush. Other than that, the hotel was clean, well run and the continental breakfast was more than we expected. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

As always...great visit. I'm a regular here and book it at least 1-2 times per month. I dont like any other hotels in the area.

This is nicer than the 2.5 star rating it receives from Hotels.com. I believe the hotel was recently redecorated and the rooms are sparkling and aesthetically pleasant. Last year I stayed at a neighboring hotel in the area that received a higher rating on Hotels.com, but Fairfield was much nicer. I would happily stay here again--a good room at a good […] price. Friendly front desk with prompt service; very helpful and answered all questions. Despite the busy guest traffic, they made us feel as if we were the only guests there. Impeccably clean, easy access, lovely pool area, bright rooms, and everything worked. This is my third or fourth time staying there and it always looks fresh. Oh yes ... and a great […] breakfast! Would recommend larger & thicker towels. They were pretty thin! Understand there was some rennovating going on prob reason for the wall paper in the hall next to our room torn off. Otherwise would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and quiet, but located adjacent to a shopping center - address doesn't help, need a map, and the actual hotel number (not an 800 number)

The hotel is difficult to find because it is located in a shopping mall area. No signs were readily posted to suggest that. The hotel was nice. There were no newspapers available for purchase.

Unfortunatley I was trying to stay closer into Hartford but for the quality and the price it appeared to be the best thing based on the other customer reviews of hotels in general. However, nice new hotel with nice decor. Typical cookie cutter hotel but the room was beautiful! I've never seen a hotel room of this design before and was very pleased. […] New, clean and clean bathroom. Good work desk and living room/ sitting area. I'd go back if I had something there to go to but it is not particulary in a location that I have any need to frequent. Mehr

The hotel was very convenient. There were many options for restaurants nearby and the quality of the hotel was very good. Much better than 2 1/2 stars and an excellent value for the price.

The location was good near restaurants, shopping and not to far from UConn campus.

Our pool was closed for mait. for 2 days, other than that, Great Place. We did get to use it 2 out of the 4 days we were there and the pool was great! Having the mall in walking distance and all kinds of eateries was great as well!

Great rooms, simply decorated, but very tastefully, relaxing and pleasant. Most importantly - very clean! Extremely helpful staff and good continental breakfast, with more selections than you usually find. Convenient location if you're in the mood for shopping and lots of restaurant choices. Would recommend and would stay there again.
