"Für unseren Zweck genau richtig"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 7. Dez. 2012Ich war nur auf der Durchreise, deshalb kam es mir nur auf eine Schlafgelegenheit an. Aber es war eben nicht nur ein "überdachtes Bett für eine Nacht" sondern es war ein wirklich komfortables Zimmer in dem ich mit drei weiteren Personen und einem Hund genug Platz hatte. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst hilfsbereit und auch sonst kann ich kein schlechtes Wort über das Hotel verlieren. Ganz kleines Manko: Essen muss man sich bei einem Lieferanten bestellen. Bis auf diese Kleinigkeit verdient das Hotel aber mehr als die angegebenen 2,5 Sterne.

Had a weekend getaway with my kids, and although the overall comfort of the room and hotel was good, was disappointed that the TV reception was very poor, and the shower did not work. Took them over 2 hours to send someone to our room to look at the shower, after I followed up with them, only to be told maintenace would have to look at it. We were very pleased for $89/night for 2 queen beds how nice the hotel was. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, as we were out-of-towners. The breakfast was wonderful, our room was clean, the bathroom was exceptionally clean! We had stayed at this hotel before. We found it to be comfortable with many desirable amenities. We used it as a stopover on our trip back home from Lubbock; a nice break in a long trip. The property remains as an island in a burgeoning suburb. Close to DFW and the Texas Motor Speedway, but far enough away that you don't have the hustle of the Metroplex. […] Clean, well-appointed, fairly new, it's a nice place to unwind from the road. Unfortunately, we will not have an opportunity to stay here again; it's not on the way to anything we're going to. "Service is horrible!"
I reserve room 3 month in advance for warriror dash and when I finally arrive to hotel to check in service rep looking nervous and confused. They didnt want to speak with me due to the fact they over booked multiple rooms and they had the idea of redirecting me to a sister company hotel. After talking to the manager about this issue they put me in a […] room. I lived 4 hrs away from this event and didnt want to deal with this and was frustrated. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is location. It is very close to the even and if you drive 10 minutes away you can find a walmart and resteruants. Next time I will trust the reviews written on this site and go to a better hotel even if its a bit further. I was not familiar with his area but honestly once I was there it was very easy to navigagte. The town of roanoke was a very nice place but this hotel is not the talk of the town.
