"PRETTY GOOD HOTEL"
THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS NICE . THE ROOM WAS SMALLER THEN I EXPECTED.BUT IT WAS NICE AND I WAS ABLE TO GET A BALCONY ROOM. SO OVER ALL STAY WAS NICE

Everything was more than we expected. The Hotel staff was very helpful and well trained. Convenient location to expressway, shopping & dining. Nice room, neat, clean and competitive rates ! Handicapped Accessible.

This hotel was very clean and is in a great location. The rooms were clean and quiet. The only thing is that the bed was a little firm for my liking but that's just a personal preference.
Our room was located by the Hotel air conditioning units. Very noisy. Not much sleep that night.

FABULOUS hotel. The only problem we came upon was there was a soccer tourney in town and the players were allowed to hog the pool while the coaches sat in the lobby and drank. Our g'kids had to get out as there wasn't room for them in the pool. We did talk to the person at the front desk who went in to tell them to behave but it was frutal. The room was nice. The service at the front desk however wasn't great. Front desk personal weren't very concerned with resolving problems. They were poor in directing us to where our room was and telling us where the nearest entrance/exit was for our room so we would know where to park. We had reserved online with a breakfast included but when we checked […] in there was a discrepancy with the number of breakfast meals we had purchased from the website-they weren't very concerned with resolving the problem and actually told us to simply tell the breakfast personal that our 5 year old was 4 to get around the problem (apparently under 5 eat free)! I was surprised they would tell us to be dishonest instead of resolving the problem another way! Otherwise, the rest of the staff we came in contact with were great, the breakfast was very good, and the room was clean. Mehr

Very close to shopping and a variety of restuarants I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice room for economy price.

The Courtyard Marriott seemed nice to start, but when we got to our room we found food crumbs on the chair and bed areas. We informed managment of this issue and we were told it would be taken care of immediately. We left and came back three hours later and the crumbs were still there. At 9pm at night, a staff finally came and vaccuumed the food crumbs. […] We were very upset about the this. The manager did attempt to make things right by giving us one of our nights free. We had breakfast included with our room cost and the food was not good. Save your money with the breakfast and go somewhere else to eat. A large group was also there on the second day and lots of kids were coming down to the breakfast buffett in pajamas and getting their own food. This was not very sanitary in my opinion. I would say for the price of this hotel it was as nice as i expected. i was hoping for a little bit softer bed then we had. The veiw was nice and the staff was also nice. The room had a musk smell to it when we first arrived, we opened a window and took care of that. I would maybe stay there again. The bed was just to hard for me. Overall, not a bad […] experience! "Great location, bang for your buck"
Very good hotel in Overland Park, KS, great location and good amenities. Room could be a bit tidier, very nice lobby and great service from the front desk.

It was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Only complaint was not having wireless internet in the room. A refrigerator would have been nice.

Stayed for two days while attending an event at the Convention Center next door. Very convenient. All around good experience. No problems. Rooms were nice.

"Decent Hotel"
The hotel is a nice and clean place, not with any outstanding perks. The room was clean for the most part upon my arrival. The linens were clean and the towels as well. There was still trash in the wastebaskets and a leftover key from whomever stayed there previously. My biggest concern was that the hotel was undergoing construction. The constant drilling […] took place from 8-5 on weekdays and 9-6 on weekends. I understand that those are perfectly good working times, but Saturday morning at 9am, I am still sleeping. So aside from a friendly staff and a pretty clean hotel, I am left with the thought of the incessant drilling. Mehr

The Front Desk was so friendly and accomodating, gave great suggestions. Gym needs a little upkeep, machines were squeaky - but thats my only nitpicky complaint.
