This hotel is amazing. It has everything you need. If for some reason your plans change you will be just fine there. There is a restaurant, store, bar, club and two ballrooms. We loved every minute of it.

We stayed at this hotel even though we live nearby to get out and enjoy the area without having to drive, a little stay-cation. the hotel was great and the staff were friendly. The only thing that I may add is make sure you know which Rosen you are staying at, there are 2 main hotels that could get confusing.

The room we reserved was a "Deluxe Room Two Queen Beds". When we got there we were surprised to see two full size beds instead of two queen size beds. The kids ended up having to sleep on the floor.

Stayed here for the Capital One Bowl game. It was very convenient for the pep rally and for some nice restaurants.

Overall experience was great, however the linens were old and needed to be thrown away. House- keeping should check the drawers. There was an empty candy wrapper in the nightstand drawer.

Park your vehicle and walk or ride the public transportation system. Everything from nightclubs, eateries, shopping, and comedy venues are within walking distance. The hotel is well maintained.

I stayed at the Rosen Plaza Dec. 29 - Jan. 2, 2012 it was great.....staff was very helpful, Hotel was very clean, Food was great, Disney Ticket counter very convenient could purchase tickets ahead of time. One downfall was the fact that the bus service to Theme Parks you paid $17 per person but you had to give them a specific pick up time. We were very disappointed in the service and the hotel this visit. We live in Melbourne and frequent this hotel up to New Years eve and we won't stay there ever again, first off you are now charging for parking for the hotel guests which is horrible. You don't even get a discount on the nightly parking rate, second they gave us a handicap room with […] two full beds, we had to sleep in separate beds as the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and small for two people in one bed. we booked this in October and should have atleast gotten two queen beds being we could not get a king. We were very very disappointed with the Rosen this time and sorry to say we will no longer refer this hotel to anyone. Mehr

Unfortunatey, our experience at this hotel, although short, was not good. We checked in at aprox. 10:30,after spending a whole day at the park, and was told that it was a sold out night, so we did not get a king size bed. Went up to the room and door was open, room was dirty, had not been done, so down we go, with a 6 year old, on the way down in the […] elevator was the manager on duty, he not only did not apologize but said it was a common thing to happen on such a night. So unprofessional, I could not believe I was hearing that, thing is I worked for more than 4 years at the front desk of a Hilton and that is not how you handle a situation like that. Iwas given another room, but when we got there, keys were not working, to make it short, we finally got to the room at 11:30. Sold out night, when you are walking through a hallway full of rooms with doors open , empty and dirty! Says a lot about a hotel. I had to put my case because the least they should of given me is free breakfast but they did not want to!! Maybe I am being a bit hard, but Hiltons take care of thrir guests, even if they come from hotels.com. Mehr

Loved the hotel, love the room, the heated pool was awesome, but hated that u need to pay for Internet, for each night that u stayed and u have to pay for parking, park ur own car!

If you need a room with 2 Queen-Size beds, this hotel advertises it, but the reality of it is, that it does not have one single Queen-Size bed in the facility. Luckily we only booked 2 nights at this hotel, it was as uncomfortable as it gets... The idea of 2 Queen-Size beds was to accomodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Even the kids could not get comfortable […] on the Full-Size beds they provided. The registration desk, confirmed "Queen-Size" beds when we checked-in. Just plain dishonest. If you love firm beds than the comfort will be 5 out of 5, but for me it was a little too firm. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here for the OMED convention. The hotel was in a great location with little walking distance to the convention center. Hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.

I was impressed with the hotel and had a great stay. Was just there for one night, but will go back for sure. However, I do have two complaints...First, I made my reservation for a 2 rooms with a king bed and was given rooms with two doubles and no kings were available. Since I was only staying one night, I did not argue too much and took the rooms. […] Second, the website said that for parking you can valet for a fee or self park at no charge. When I went to self park, they wanted $8. Valet was $12. I ended up using the valet, but complained to the fron desk and they apologized and said they changed the fees a month ago and said they would report my complaint to management. Otherwise, great hotel and definitely worth the price I paid with hotels.com. Mehr

In the middle of most attractions. Parking was a nightmare. The hotel is large and somewhat difficult to get from parking lot to room and so forth. Very nice lobby, restaurant and thought overall was a very nice place to stay.

Booked 45 days advance checking in was surprised with a $13 a day parking fee,explained this wasn't shown on any page...they said they would refer to their manager, it wasn't on the check out bill. $10 a day wifi should be included. They have flat screen tv's but no high def,I suggested local stations broadcast free HD and they need to add that to their […] tv channels. Mehr

For the very cheap price I paid, I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised by what I got. Very clean rooms, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, and overall convenience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there again.

This is a very nice hotel. The location is good, very easy to find, close to shops and all attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned also immediately when we left for breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family. This hotel was so affordable and in walking distance of the convention hall and Pointe entertainment area. The I-Drive Trolley stop is right at the end of the driveway. This transportation service is great! The only disappointment is no free wi-fi or breakfast. I personally would rather pay the low price for the hotel than for these amenities.

The hotel was nice. Unfortunately, the AC unit in my particular room was noisy. Note that parking and breakfast are not included in the room fees. Breakfast, if purchased in the hotel is a bit pricey. Hotel is within easy walking distance of the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center.

I recently attended a conference at the Orlando Convention Center and stayed at the Rosen Plaza for 5 nights. The hotel worked fine for the purpose. It was about a 20 minute walk to the south convention center - not bad, but not "across the street", although I believe the north convention center is closer. The hotel was clean, the room was nice, and […] the in-hotel restaurants were good. The pool looked nice, but I never had the opportunity to use it. My biggest problem with the hotel was all of the little "extra" charges. When paying this much for a room, I don't expect to have to pay extra for internet access and parking my car. All in all - a good, but not great, experience. Mehr

I've been to many other hotels for less $ with the same anemnities.

Would have spent money at bar after 9 pm however, I am very happy with our stay will use again, so send me any specials. Thanks John

This hotel was amazing great staff and awesome room.

A beautifully appointed room - spacious and immaculately clean. Check-in and out was swift - staff very courteous. Lobby and public spaces are impressive.

Very convinient location in Orlando to Sea World, Walt Disney World and Universal studios. Food and shopping walking distance. Good hotel food selection, nice pool. We are planning a return visit.

Fantastic Hotel. Id stay here over and over aggain. Quite reasonable price for a surprisingly luxurios stay. Recomended to anyone who is looking for a nice place on a budget.

For the price we paid per night, was great hotel and the location was super.. Walking distance to what we had planned!! Will stay again!!
