Shore Club - Miami Beach

I was extremely dissapointed in my stay at the Shore Club. The spa was terrible and overpriced. My masseuse talked to me throughout the entire massage. He was unprofessional. I had to take a freezing cold shower the first night I was there, something was broken with the boiler. In addition, there was a leak in the bathroom. The main dining area for […] breakfast and lunch was terrible. It was probably the worst dining experience I have ever had. It took two hours to get eggs. The service was horrendous. Mehr

Great location, excellent staff and fantastic food (room service and Nobu). Would like free internet but not a deal breaker.

The pool parties were epic, the hot tub was unbelievable and access to the beach was convenient. It has gotten to the point where I can't and won't stay anywhere else!

it is a great place, but rooms are very small. other than that,,awesome

Service was great, location is great, hotel is very clean. perfect south beach hotel specially if Just had one problem and that was the beds are pretty firm...not the most comfortable.

My GF loves this place... the Pool , the Skybar, the Lobby!. We spent an enchanted evening here...everything was what I expected...for the price. The service was superb, valet and wait staff excellent. We were upgraded to a ocean view king for just showing up!..

It is a very well located hotel with great restaurants and the ambience is nice and well kept. We loved the view to the ocean, and even the room was a bit little, we felt comfortable. The only thing was that we could hear the neighbors laughs or yells and the sliding door to the terrace didn't close tight.

Great Location, great pool + party, great restaurant. Good for adults - not so much for families.

Stayed here for a convention. Convenient location and, on the surface, appears to be on the level of its neighbors (Loews, Eden Roc..). Unfortunately, The Shore Club comes up short on customer service and room conditions. Very noisy rooms, poorly draining shower, average bed. Very modern, upbeat hotel with great restaurants. It is our second time at this hotel and we would definitely stay at the Shore Club again.

I frequent South Beach about every 2 months, from NYC, and this is the first time I've stayed at Shore Club. Though this has been a Miami classic, and is not a bad hotel at all, I don't feel like I'd stay there again. The rooms were relatively small (nice size bathroom though) and cramped. I don't feel the amount of space you get is worth the money […] you pay (I had an ocean view suite). I feel you are better off at the Gans, the Loews, or W. I'm not saying the hotel is bad, it's just that you have better choices for the same price. Mehr

Horrible accommodations, shower has no hot water and mold with peeling paint. There is barely enough room to walk around bed.

We really liked this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room we had was small but very nice. I liked the modern decor. The clientele was young and hip. So if that is not your thing don't stay here.

Really cool hotel property! Best part is the pool and the location. Standard rooms nothing special so upgrade!

Over priced for the standard of the hotel, but its the cool place to be seen and its in a great location right on the beach and a few mins walk to the shopping district of Collins Av & Lincoln. Rooms were bright & clean. Staff are rather overbearing & pushy expecting tips for the smallest query. You do feel like you are being squeezed to hand over […] every single penny you have got. Food & drinks at the hotel are an ok standard, price is much higher than anything else we went to outside though so would recommend going out to eat, even for breakfast. Nobu restaurant is good though. Ago restaurant despite being empty, made us wait in the bar for 30mins just so we would buy some drinks. The outdoor area at the hotel bar & pool is very nicely designed and relaxing, especially early in the morning or after sunset. Can get pretty noisey trying to sleep at night so take ear plugs. Mehr

My girl and I wanted to stay close to home to celebrate our anniversary. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The staff from the front desk all the way to the pool were outstanding. A bit pricey... But hey, your in South Beach. You get what you pay for. I would recommend it again!

The best thing about this hotel is the SkyBar. The rooms are very spartan, not well appointed and moderately clean....reminds me a bit of China. The only positive about the room is the shower. The pool and other outdoor areas are very worn looking (poor paint job on walls and algae in pools) although very attractive at night when the lighting is low […] and there are many attractive young people on the grounds and around the bar. Restaurants are excellent, but you don't have to stay the hotel to eat there. The price for the room and valet parking is outlandish. Mehr

This stay was torturous. The hotel staff was very rude, unwelcoming, mean, and unhelpful. They charged me for everything (including a late checkout) and didn't even offer to give me a place to store my bags or let me take a shower given that I couldn't have a late checkout. The grounds were poorly kept, the hallways and rooms were in poor condition […] (paying out the wazoo for a room with cigarette burns everywhere?) Nothing about this hotel was luxurious and the service was abominable. I felt unhappy and unwelcome, and like I needed to apologize for asking for anything I needed. I will NEVER stay there again and will tell ALL of my friends to avoid Shore Club at all costs. Mehr

Hotel is totally out dated, very far away beeing 5 stars... It has been totally neglected, rooms are messy and nothing is working. In our room only hot water, no proper TV signal and awful interior offering no sound proof to corridor at all... Only Nobu with its excellent food is covering some damage done... but not enough. Parking is very expensive and when we got our car back it looked so dirty and dusty.

Friday and Saturday great pool beach n nightlife. The Sunday pool party has jersey shore written all over it. Overall excellent option with only minus being quality of crowd on Sunday

The pool and beach scene is absolutely amazing and such a good time. However, do not expect much from the room. It was not what y ou expected for the money you spend bu the location of the hotel on South Beach is great!!!

When we first arrived, our rooms did not at all reflect what we anticipated. After that it only became worse. The hotel refused to allow us to place a cot in any of the rooms citing fire hazard as the reason. The rooms, however, were more than spacious enough to accomodate a cot. Also, when I called the hotel to ask about fitting cots into those rooms […] they assured me it would be no problem. I am just grateful the staff at the front desk and the maids were able to provide us with a few mattresses for the ground (which makes me believe there was no real threat from a cot). Additionally, the AC did not work and our room became incredibly hot and humid. Mehr

great scene, nice rooms, great scene, but slow service. First the gave us a room that we found out was already occupied (quite embarrassing when we opened the door and found someone else inside getting dressed). The it took over an hour for the bellhop to deliver our bags to our room. They need to work on service.

The Shore Club is a must close to everything right on the beach you will treated like a Princess a this hotel... I use this for my hen party is 3 others we had a great time.... Alexandra on Reception is a great asset to this hotel....

Tehy will try to get every penny out of you on everything you have access to. From $11 dollars bottle of water provides as "a service to our guest" to $42 overnight parking, from $30 dollar in room shampoos to $24 dollars egg benedicts for breakfast. Be ready to share the pool next to a big and when I say big I mean BIG lady on yellow minishorts eating […] french fries. Loud screaming crowd that think they are the classiest people on earth because they pay for overprice drinks on plastic glass. Extremely loud music all day. not the best place to relax. All the bling bling you can imagine with all that it implies....It's no longer what it used to be. Morgans Group let this property go down the drain. Mehr

Great party at the pool and in the evening. Room is clean and service is great.

We stayed for a week at the beginning of June. We arrived very early, but they gave us a room immediately and complimentary breakfast. The firs room was not good. Leaks in the bathroom, malfunctioning window and it was on the third floor, too close to the party area. Don’t expect your room to be quiet if you stay below the 10 or 12 floor. We switched […] to floor 16th to a partial ocean view room that was great, but some noise form the construction nearby was annoying in the mornings. Great service at the pools and the beach, plus great location very close to Lincoln Rd. and Ocean Dr. Heavy rain affected fitness center in the basement and elevators for more than 12 hours. It wasn’t nice to climb the stairs to the 16 floor. Very expensive parking $42 overnight. Mehr

Godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Svært vennlig og serviceinnstilt personale. Romantisk og stemningsfullt uteområde/bar om kveldene. Rent og pent og minimalistisk stil på rommene. Kan anbefales.

Dit hotel was 10 jaar geleden een top-hotel, sindsdien is er echter niets meer gedaan......onderhoud en staat van de kamers zijn ondermaats

Shore Club/Miami is een geweldig hotel, a real place to be! Hip, sfeervol, super locatie, nice vibes. Maar t ligt er wel heel erg aan in wat voor soort kamer je zit. Wij kregen een up grade, dat maakte alles goed. De goedkopere kamers zijn heel erg minder. Bovendien is het een club, dus je moet het niet erg vinden dat er 's avonds harde muziek is. Hotelet har topp beliggenhet rett ved Miami Beach. Det er utefasilitetene som er noe å skryte av. Resten av hotelet er kun ok etter min mening. Start vorspielet ved poolen så fortsetter man det ved hotelets egen "hage".
