Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 16. Feb. 2013Mich hat die zentrale Lage und der zum Buchungszeitpunkt günstige Preis angezogen. Der Service ist mittelmäßig. Die bis zu 3 Portiers langweilten sich am Eingang anstatt dem Gast beim Gepäck zu helfen. Die Concerges waren o.k.. Der Lift per Zimmerkarte gesichert und die Zimmer geräumig und leise und mit einem übergroßen TV ausgestattet. Bad könnte moderner sein. Parken sollte man besser in einem der zahlreichen Parkhäuser in der Innenstadt. Frühstück ist billiger und besser in einem der zahlreichen Coffeeshops oder Diner in der Umgebung.

Es gab ein Zimmer mit einer integrierten Küche, das Geschirr war sauber und Herd, MIcrowelle und Kühlschrank funktionierte einwandfrei! Sollten wir noch einmal nach Oregon fliegen, wird das sicher wieder unser Hotel! Wie in USA üblich, lässt die sich die Sauberkeit mit deutschem aber Standard nicht vergleichen, aber in diesem Hotel kam es schon sehr nah ran ;o) ! ! Es gibt kein Frühstück und der "Shop" ist nicht wirklich erwähnenswert. Es gibt einen Raum mit zwei PC´s die von den Gästen genutzt werden können. Freies WLAN ist auch zu haben. Die Menschen an der Rezeption waren durchweg total supernett!! In fuläufiger Umgebung ist ein tolles Diner mit dem Namen Sharies, welches rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. das haben wir leider erst auf der Rückfahrt entdeckt, empfehlenswert sind die Blueberry-Pancakes ;o)) Also, wer keinen Luxus erwartet, wird hier nicht enttäuscht.

Die war die ganze Nacht im Dauerbetrieb. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ganz ok. Das Frühstück war im Preis dabei und für amerikanische Verhältnisse ganz gut.

The breakfast was very good. When you see breakfast on the amenities you expect muffins and coffee, they served scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal really almost whatever you could want. "Close to family and convenience stores"
I loved the pillows and the down comforter on the bed. Sleep was easy to come by. Only dissatisfaction was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The tub was not real clean and the paint was stained at the top of the walls by the ceiling. The staff was very polite and helpful. One suggestion, you need more kitchen staff when you have a conference going on […] in your hotel. The one person dealing with the breakfast can not possibly also take care of the conference needs, We ran out of coffee in the dining room and the lobby and the cook was taking coffee upstairs to the conference and could not help us. "Convenient for I-5, great stay"
Hotel is only about 10mins from downtown Portland. Very convenient to the I-5. Pool and hot tub were pretty nice. Room was nice and kept clean, with mini fridge and microwave. Fresh baked cookies in the lobby occasionally. When I checked in, your staff was very nice and helpful. Throughout the three days I was there, I came to the front desk twice and nobody was around? On my last day, I had to make my presence known at the front counter to be noticed. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I skipped the second day of cleaning, it wasn't needed. the room […] was cleaned on the third day, and it was done well. I didn't notify management of this problem, but he tub was slow to drain. I thought the room had a nice feel to it, but several items caught my eye for poor craftsmanship. Mainly it was the caulking in the tub and other trim details that looked cheap. I found the exercise equipment to be old and clunky. The continental breakfast had many things to eat, but I skipped it two of the three days because I didn't see anything appealing and not very much fresh fruit. The room was well appointed, the beds fantastic. We used both the coffee maker, refrigerator and ironing board. Trader Joes's was close as well as lovely areas for walking and other restaurants.. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked clean and was enjoyed by other families. The free breakfast was nothing special, but we are "health nuts" and just […] took the fruit. Although the hotel is neat and tidy, we were disappointed in how very loud the freeway noise is when trying to sleep. We made our reservations long in advance, yet were sent to a room next to the breakfast room. Talk about noisy dishes and people at a very early hour. The hotel and room cleanliness were satisfactory. Everyone was friendly and the continental breakfast was great. My daughter and I enjoyed swimming in the pool and lounging in the hot tub, which were also very clean. The location was great. "RIGHT off I-5"
My stay was fine.The hotel is right next to I-5 and the off ramp going North was a bit confusing. I took A instead of B. Once I got to the hotel everything worked well. Just up the road from Trader Joe's and there was a little deli / market across the street that stayed open until 11pm. There also was a Chevy's and Olive Garden restaurants next to the […] hotel. We stayed here for a week in order to find a place to live and get acquainted with the area. It was a wonderful stay. The room was nice, breakfast was awesome every morning, and my family loved utilizing the pool. We slept well and there was no noise from other guests. I am a non smoker traveling with a pet. I was put in a room that smelled heavily of smoke and the carpet was filthy. I paid an additional $20 per day for my pet, which is fine, but I expected to have a clean carpet and a non smoking room. Also, the maids did not service my room the first day. I stay here a few times a year because of the proximity to family. I've tried neighboring hotels but like Phoenix Inn the best because of their super comfy beds and awesome water pressure. Made a 3 day trip to Portland for spring break. This was a great place to stay, not too far from anywhere you'll be going. The quality of service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to help with any of our needs. The room was a bit small for the desk. You will hear the freeway, but you are also close to everything. Very nice for the money. Does not have a flat screen T.V. Free WI-Fi and indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The location was convenient to I-5 and 217 and there were lots of restaurants located across the street and nearby. The beds were really comfortable with down comforters and pillows which was a nice surprise.
