Best Western Plus Executive Suites - Columbus East - Pickerington

The hotel for cleanliness and location was great. But if I was to ever book again I would ask for a top level room. The ceiling is paper thin. The noise from the person walking in the room above was so loud. They had me awake till well after midnight and they were back up at 4am doing a walk-a-thon. It was very loud and very annoying.

The hotel was close to our family during our visit. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was quite large and comfortable, and the kitchenette was handy. We will be returning to this hotel for future visits.

The room was very spacious! Separate livingroom type area, fridge, microwave, everything needed. Nice LED tv's in both rooms. Bathrooms clean and stocked with plenty of towels. Pool was clean with towels avail. The breakfast was good and hot.

the management team was excellent. when we checked in. The hotel location was excellent- close to major highways and food establishments. The breakfast bar was well tended. Was looking forward to a night away, went to go swimming and the pool looked so nasty. There was hair floating around in it, it was extremely cloudy, and there looked like a film floating on top. Told front desk @ 5:30pm and was told there was no one there that could do anything about out, they would tell maintenance in the morning. the staff was friendly and the room was clean, but the couch was disgusting to say the least. Felt like I was on the floor when I sat on it; upholstery stained and shabby. Towels felt like sandpaper.

These rooms are extremely outdated!! I was very upset the minute I opened the door and stared at a 20 inch box TV!!! The bed was sunk in and couch and chair were dirty!!! On the flip side the night auditor was very friendly and helpful!!

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the rooms were very noisy. At 11pm one of the rooms next to me decided to take a shower and it sounded like they were in my room. I even got up to check that the water was not running in my shower.

We were tired, exhausted after a long drive and not expecting much. But,the hotel was wonderful. The staff was courteous and the room was clean and warm.We stayed in a spa room, and it was very nice. The breakfast offered a lot of choices, too. I was a little worried about cigarrette smell, but I didn't smell a thing.

Hotel at convenient location - Close to city and restaurants. Hotel rooms had large executive suites. Very comfortable and clean. Stayed for 6 days and had no issues. Staff was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, easy access from I-70 but not right next to expressway. Staff were very helpful and the room was nice with a kitchenette area. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices. It was a very good choice.

Breakfast was good. The room I used for business was nice. I had a jacuzzi in my room and tried it out. The jacuzzi worked just fine. GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. LOVE THEIR PILLOWS. WISH THE BEDS WERE QUEEN SIZE INSTEAD OF FULL SIZE, BUT STILL VERY NICE. THEY NEED A SEPARATE PARKING AREA FOR LARGE TRUCKS. ALMOST HAD TO PARK MY CAR IN THE GRASS.

We pulled off the freeway and hook up to Hotels.com and were pleased to find a deal last minute. The place was clean and roomy with free breakfast. What more do you need for a driving break?

We got the king jacuzzi suite and I have no complaints about the room at all. It was very spacious, clean, and the hot tub was great. My only complaint would be that the indoor pool was not very well kept, but aside from that our stay here was great.

Room very spacious. Separation of sleeping area from sitting area with TV was a pleasant surprise which we appreciated. Bed very comfortable. Couch needs to be replaced as it sags in the middle. Good breakfast.
