Der Service und die Zimmer waren in diesem Hotel top. Der Pool hat auch einen super Eindruck gemacht (wir haben ihn aber nicht getestet). Die Lage des Hotels ist eher abgelegen vom Zentrum Bostons. Dies wird aber durch den kostenlosen Shuttelservice zur Flughafen U-Bahn Station wieder ausgeglichen. Würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl man Stadtteile wie Chelsea meiden sollte haben wir uns nie unsicher gefühlt. (Allerdings waren wir auch nie nachts unterwegs.) Das Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen nicht nur entsprochen sondern unsere Hoffnungen übertroffen. Sehr gutes Hotel in der nähe vom Logan Airport, Zimmer waren sauber ,groß, sehr gut Ausgestattet und Hotel verfügt über Indoor Pool und Jacuzzi.Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Das Hotel ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Lage in Chelsea in einem Mischgebiet ist nicht so schön. Das Hotel bietet aber einen kostenlosen Parkplatz für den eigenen Wagen und einen Transfer hin und zurück zur Metrostation Airport (ca. 15 min Transferzeit), von wo es 2 Stationen bis zum Aquarium und zur Long Wharf von Boston sind (ca. 5 min Fahrzeit, […] $2.50). Hotel soweit ok. Haben nicht jeden Tag ein frisches Wasser (üblich in amerikan. Hotels) bekommen. Hotel liegt etwas weiter außerhalb. Man muss mit dem Bus oder dem Zug zur U-Bahn. Sehr positiv es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus vom Hotel zum Flughafen (alle 30 min) von da kann man U-bahn fahren. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Einziger […] Nachteil, die Zimmerwände sind sehr dünn. Man hört alles (z.B. auch das zippen eines Reißverschlusses) vom Nachbarzimmer. Außerdem war das Wireless Internet etwas langsam. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht downtown wohnen möchte. Diverse Fast Food Restaurants und ein großer Supermarkt in zu Fuß erreichbar. Mehr

Gut geführtes Hotel mit Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen bzw. U-Bahn (ca. 30 min-Takt). Ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer (3.Stock, Ausblick auf Seitenstrasse/Parkplatz). Sauberes Bad, gutes Bett. Hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Etwas veraltet, Umgebung wenig ansprechend, aber für Übernachtung in Airport-Nähe völlig i.O.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe mit super Auswahl, falls man nicht immer im Hotel-Restaurant speisen möchte. Frühstück sehr gut und Preis sehr moderat! Zimmer sehr sauber und ansprechend, Bad Top! Kaffeemaschine war kaputt und wurde dann sofort ausgetauscht, wünschenswert wäre hier vielleicht eine Überprüfung, […] bevor neue Gäste kommen. Wenn man die Stadt besichtigen möchte, dann ist die Lage des Hotels sehr unvorteilhaft. Man ist auf Shuttlebus angewiesen und das heisst, dass man das Hotel anrufenmuss und melden, dass man wartet. Der Bus kommt nach ( frühestens) 20 min. Auch der Ort, von wo man abgeholt wird (Metro blaue Linie:Airport), liegt relativ weit vom Zentrum Bostons entfernt. […] Also für Familien mit kleinen Kinder weniger geeignet. Preiswertes Hotel ohne Kosten für Parken! Schuttelservice zu Subway und Flughafen! Von Hier auch kann man Bosten gut erkunden. Frühstücken im Hotel (mitbringen oder mitbuchen!) Die Umgebung ist nicht sehr Vertrauenserweckend. Das hat aber auch den Hotelaufenthalt keinen negativen Einfluss.

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Boston, aber der Shuttle-Service von und zu Flughafen und Ubahn funktioniert gut. Um die Ecke ist eine Filiale eines Fastfood-Riesen und ein großer Supermarkt. Mein Zimmer war sauber und in guten Zustand. Es gibt einen Großbildfernseher, einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Radio-Wecker, Fernsehsessel, Kaffeepadmaschine, Dusche, […] Badewanne, eine Bibliothek in der Lobby, eine Fitnessecke, ein Swimmingpool und ein Restaurant. Das Essen habe ich nicht probiert. Leichter Abzug für Störungen beim kostenlosen WLAN, ein einstündiger Sromausfall und die nicht regulierbare Klimaanlage. Mehr

The hotel and staff were great. There is a nice pool, exercise room, Restaurant and bar. The location of the hotel is in/next to an industrial area and next to a lower end housing area. Although close to downtown and all the eating establishments it is not there. The area is not a walking area.

The excercise room and pool area could use some updating and sprucing up. Whirlpool was closed and the fitness machines are old. Not too much to do in the immediate area.

Boston can be an expensive place to stay. This is one of the more reasonable priced alternatives I could find and I paid almost half what I would have paid at other places. A beautiful hotel conveniently located near Logan Airport/Boston. The room was very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. Great amenities. Enjoyed a very good breakfast in the hotel.

The staff was super friendly and the rooms were super clean. Great experience at this hotel. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport/subway every half hour. I have no complaints about this hotel and highly recommend staying here.

After I got stranded at the Boston Logan airport, I was exhausted, and needed some sleep. This hotel did let me check in early, at 8:30 am Sunday morning. But their shuttle that said would be there in about 15 min, actually took over half an hour. The shuttle itself left a lot to be desired as well! The actual hotel was decent, but it only had 2 elevators, […] and they were slowwww. No free bfast for guests, but they do have a small restaurant inside the hotel that serves breakfast for a around $8-$10. Curtains are different at this hotel, there are 3 sets, took me a few min to figure out how to shut out the daylight in my room! Mehr

This hotel was very clean with a microwave and fridge in the room. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the commuter rail that takes you right into Boston. The shuttle is also very convenient with the drivers arriving usually within about 15 minutes. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the airport where there is a subway station into the city. […] Taxi into Boston costs about $20 and you can save lots of money by using the commuter rail or airport shuttle and subway. The rooms were a decent size and comfortable. A shuttle was available every half hour to take us to the blue line. The only problem was that it was a 30 minute trip. The neighborhood is not a good one but there is a supermarket, Burger King and Dunkin Donuts all within walking distance. I could have really used a laundry room.

hotel was nice but when we came back to the room after being out all day we only had to bath towels for a family of 4 and no handt owels or washclothes. Also the dirty glasses from thei te before were left in the room and not replaced with clean glasses.

This hotel is easy to access and decent for the price. The best part is that the hotel shuttle is able to take you to and from the closest T stop (airport station), free of charge. The restaurant is nothing special, but the bar is open late.

hotel itself very good, indoor pool was great!...all very clean and modern, comfortable. Area not great, because it is an industrial area, so not a lot of options for eating, but there was a DD right across the street and a good BBQ Italian restaurant, so for short stay not bad. Hotel was nice but the service of the restaurant was horrible. Took forever to get anything and it wasn't even busy! We were one of two tables. Didn't even have a correct table setup. We were there longer than we should have been. Other than that it was good.

Boston is a great city with lots of nice, wonderful people. The only unpleasant encounters we experienced were with the hotel staff. Don't get me wrong - it wasn't all bad. I called to ask for early check-in once we arrived at the Logan Airport and they accommodated us, no problem. Upon entering the hotel, however, my boyfriend pointed to a pile of […] maps on the front counter and asked if they were maps of downtown, the lady behind the desk shouted that they were of Chelsea. She wasn't very helpful and we discovered the maps and guides we needed on our own. The hotel offers free shuttle pick-up from the Airport station. Great if they were on time; not so great if they forget about you. We understood that the shuttle would depart from the hotel at every half hour and on the hour and that we were to call the hotel to notify them when we arrived at the Airport station. We did just that every day for 5 days and each time, the shuttle took about 30 minutes to pick us up. We stood in the freezing cold waiting and my boyfriend often had to use $0.50 per call to give the hotel a follow-up reminder phone call. They quickly realized that they forgot and would hurry to pick us up. Mehr

Decent hotel but cleaning ladies were very loud and obnoxious, and even when we had the do not disturb sign they still knocked on our door. Calling down to the front desk did nothing. Found food in our refridgerator, guess that slipped inspection, But they do not have a service elevator so the maids travel by main elevator which meant having to wait […] for another elevator so they could fit all their stuff, neighborhood is so-so, don't recommend for a romantic get away but if you need a cheap place ASAP then book it Mehr

This space was close to the airport and the shuttle was great to and from, especially in the wintry weather. Lobby reception was average, not overly friendly although the restaurant wait staff was kind and quite personable. TV channel selection was fine and bed was comfy and clean as was the bathroom. My stay was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The large desk area was greatly appreciated due to all the work I had to do. The internet connection was fast and never cut out. The only draw back was the location. It took a long time to get picked up each day from the subway station and there were few places to eat in the surrounding […] area. I do have to give an extra thank you to Dan, the morning shuttle driver. He got me to the subway really fast. I was on my way to a job interview and after learning what kind of job I was looking for he told me he knew some people in the field and he would keep his eye out. Later that night the front desk ladies caught me as I was coming in and relayed a message that Dan had a lead on a job opening. Dan and the other ladies really went above and beyond to help out a total stranger. I really appreciate the effort they put in to try and help me. Mehr

Other than the loud snowplows outside on the street (which the hotel had no control over) our stay was pleasant. The pool water was very warm which was a nice change.
