We spent 1 week there... our hours were crazy.. We were in and out, Grandkids and Daughters back and forth.... The staff was wonderful... helpful, cheerful and made our stay very plesant... We will be staying there again...

Since this hotel allows pets, you can constantly hear dogs barking. Beyond that is a smell of a cross between pets and a casino. When I arrived, my room was about 100 degrees and I had to call the front desk to "turn on the cold." The sheets were clean, but looked like blood had been bleached out of them. Room safe didn't work. Clock didn't work, may have been unplugged. It seemed like a hotel that had been run down and was trying recover. They are average at best. Management couldn't handle loud children running in the hall until midnight. Nice pool, shaded in the afternoon. Found out from a friend that lives local that their are hotels on the lake […] are as cheap and nicer. Mehr

Our stay was very good. The only thing that needs to be improved is the service at breakfast. There was not enough attention paid to the food trays and all to often they ran out.

GREAT BREAKFAST CHOICES, PERFECT LOCATION, GENTLEMAN AT DESK WAS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and especially the jacuzzi tub. Have to say it was one of the nicest hotal properties we've stayed at in quite some time. Very reasonalbe too!

I stayed at a number of hotel too and from Texas; this was the best hotel I've stayed in. To include Holiday Inn Express and Jameson Inn. It was also the best valve. It had large rooms and was very clean.

We had the best time! The staff was excellent. The Room was excellent. The stay in Granbury was the best hotel experience we have had. We would recommend this site hotel to anyone that was looking for a great place to stay. The trolly ran on the hour from the hotel to downtown granbury. Loved it all!!!!

Good price, nice room

This hotel was great. I didn't expect much but it definitely exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff was friendly and everything was clean. The room was large and very comfortable. The only thing we didn't like about our stay at America's Best Value Inn was the free continental breakfast. There wasn't much to choose from and it seemed a little old. […] The quality of the breakfast didn't match the quality of the hotel. If I ever find myself in Grandbury again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel! I recommend it to everyone. Mehr

I will start by saying for the price the hotel was good as far as cleaniness and being in good shape. The first weekend I stayed no probs so the following weekend I thought I would stay again. well u only get lucky once. I arrived at hotel at app 6 pm and upon arrival they had given my room away to someone else. The woman checking in had the same first […] name as me and thats all they went by. The woman had reservations at the La Quinta wich was the hotel behind us,.So instead of checking here reservation # or here last name they just went off by her first name wich was Jennifer wich that is my name. So we had to wait for them to figure out where to put us. I had paid for a king jaccuzzi smoking room. So they put us in a king jaccuzzi non smoking room and the maid told us it was ok to smoke in it that they would clean the room. So for those non smokers out there dont bother asking for a nonsmoking room because they apparantly do not designate them. So what they did after checking us into our room 227 they went in to 225 and took the peoples personal items from the room and moved it to a non jaccuzi sweet. When the other guests came back the girl at the front desk once again went by here name and gave here a key to my room 227 instead of there new room 223 so they opened the door on us while we were on the hot tub. So after this feasco and the lady thinking we took there things us to couples went down stairs to the front desk to get everything straight that is when we found out that the other Jennifer did not even have reservations at that hotel. So apparantly if u just give them a name u can get a card to any bodies roomm. That was only the beginning of the bad evening. Later on the maid that worked there had paid for a room across from us and stated that she was having a "get together" that evening and if they were to loud let them know. The hotel was very appealing and clean. The linens were soft and clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. The room was cozy with plenty of lighting; it had a small refrigerator, microwave, ironing board, hair dryer, coffeepot with coffee and cups, and a safe for valuables. Staff at the front desk was very friendly; coffee in the lobby […] wa available all night and the continental breakfast was nice. Checkout was quick and easy. This is the best kept secret in Granbury. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large, the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large enough to be handicap accessible. The staff can tell you where everything in Granbury is. Use of the YMCA across the street is included in the night's fee. It was an incredible bargain.

my family did not stay in this hotel due fact they booked me to a smoking room and they did not have any other rooms available
