no personal service.

booked in Decamber for smoking room. sold out when got there in March. sent to another hotel.... terrible.... went back to original hotel. begged to stay there. No carts to unload car, coffee maker not working. asked for wake up call, front desk said they dont do wake up calls, thats what the alarm clock in the room is for. alarm clock did not work. […] bought my own. bed had huge dips in it. will never stay there again. Location and staff are great!!! But the rooms smell musty, as if no one has cleaned them in ages. The bedsheets, comforter, pillows had faint cigarette odor (I was in a non-smoking room) !!! Saggy mattress with springs poking out!!!! Horrible!! I checked out a day early!! I'd rather lose 1 days money than sleep in such an unhygienic room!!

Good place to stay!

Great value for the price paid. No frills, just a clean and comfortable room (without free wifi).

Nothing fancy but gets the job done, covenient to North Atlanta destinations. Near Sandy Springs MARTA.

Great location. Clean. Beds a little stiff but still good. Can't beat the price.

We stayed here because it was very cheap for the night. The location is fantastic. That is the last good part of this review. The first room they put us in was in a state of disarray, the lampshade was on the bed (which was pulled a foot from the wall) with no bulbs in it. The seat of the chair was on the dresser next to the table. The room smelled […] like rotting chinese. We were moved to a different room. This room had a broken recliner and intermittent smells of illegal substances and indian food. And the bed was as hard as a rock. The staff actually told us to hold as she took a personal call. Mehr

the king bed was uncomfortable, room was clean, bathroom looked like it had not been properly cleaned, there was noticeable hair on the floor, mold in the sides of the shower, stayed one night, was not comfortable at all.

I had no problems. They had what I needed. I never used any kind of room service. I booked this hotel because I needed a kitchen area so I could cook my own meals and everthing worked fine.

room was clean but old, floor boards pealing away from wall, telephone did not work till day I left. paving driveway, had to park in the back lot. half the lights in the room did not work. lots of noise from the elevator. tryed to move, had last smoking room. staff was pleasant.

Hotel stay was good. The room was very basic and smelled a bit like it used to be a smoking room. The kitchen was a plus; the TV was very small. IT is walking distance from the MARTA station.

Hotel was well located convienient and clean. the staff were very polite and helpfull. i would recomend this hotel

I was looking for the cheapest hotel I could find in the area, and I found it. It was on sale and really cheap, but I guess I wasn't expecting it to be as bare bones as it was. For future guests: bring your own shampoo and lotion because it is not provided! The mattress feels like it is 30 years old. If you get there after 11pm, you are locked out, […] and if they haven't left a key out for you, you have to call or pound on the door and hope someone answers. But you get what you pay for, so just expect it and don't be surprised. It wasn't dirty, just felt old and cheap. Mehr

I was very satisfied with my whole experience. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. The front desk staff Isaac was very professional and helpful my entire stay.

Excellent!!

The overall appearance was great the only thing that needs some improvement are the beds. The bed was hard as a rock and every morning the back ache was a killer. But overall was impressed with the hotel and the staff was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay especially the fact that it was in a convenient area to food and the mall.

This hotel was located in a very very good location close to any place that you would need to go; mall, walmart etc. I cant not wait to come back. Everyone that worked at the hotel was very nice and respectful.

For one, the hotel messed up my reservation. My friend and I came early to see if we could check-in early. We were told we couldn't and were told to come back around 1pm. We came back before 1p and were told that I should have told that my friend and I wanted rooms next to each other because he just gave one room away. So we were put on different floors. […] I was put in a smoking room and I do not smoke. The AC in my friend's room was broken and housekeepers do not come everyday. The employees at the counter told us they would be able to give us rooms that were closer to each other, but that never happened. Mehr

I was amazed at the high standards of service and rooms available for such a low price. Everything was easy, comfortable, friendly, and affordable. When it's this well done, it is worth mentioning.
