wer unmittelbar im Zentrum sein will, ist hier gut aufgehoben - aber es ist laut, direkt an der Kreuzung zweier stark befahrener Straßen gelegen

Wir haben unsere individuell geplante Reise in Tel Aviv begonnen. Das Hotel liegt im jeminitischen Viertel und ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten von der Strandpromenade gelegen. Das moderne Tel Aviv wie auch Old Jaffa können von hier aus sehr gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Es können aber auch Fahrräder im Hotel für kleines Geld ausgeliehen werden. Das relativ kleine Hotel mit nur wenigen Zimmern wird von ein paar netten jungen Leuten geführt, die auch mit Rat und Tat und vor allem guten Restauranttips sehr hilfreich sind. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber, die Größe der Zimmer entspricht dem Preis. Wichtig: Da wir am Freitag während des Shabat in Ben Gurion ankamen, war der Shuttleservice des Hotels sehr wertvoll, da hierduch sehr viel Zeit gespart werden kann. Bequemer wars ebenfalls.

Ich reise viel, auch in 5 Sterne Hotels auf der ganzen Welt, aber so guten Service hatte ich selten. Ein sehr gutes Beispiel habe ich beim Frühstück erlebt. Ich war 20 Minuten zu spät da und alles war abgeräumt. Als ich gefragt wurde, wie es mir geht meinte ich nur scherzhaft, dass ich leider das Frühstück verpasst habe. Und schon stand ein Frühstück für mich auf dem Tisch. In 5 Sterne Hotels habe ich es schon erlebt, dass ich 5 Minuten vor Schluß komme und nichts mehr bekomme. Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit einem hervorragendem Service. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und es macht Spass dort zu sein.

Rezeptionisten nicht gerade nett und hilfsbereit, trotzdem gutes Hotel für einen angemessenen Preis an einer top Lage.

This hotel is well located - right on the beach front. Service was okay nothing exceptional. They did not provide us with a porter and dragging our suitcases up the front steps was a little difficult.
"Prima Hotel - conveniently located"
A short walk to the beautiful beaches and restaurants in Tel Aviv. Tasty and good options at breakfast. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfy bed except the double is clearly two singles put together so lying across the bed isn't always great. Cleaning staff friendly and professional but you have a 50-50 chance of getting friendly staff at reception. Some […] are very helpful at reception others don't even look up to greet. Internet connection good but you have to pay for it in addition. The only real drawback of this hotel is that you can hear your neighbours in the rooms close by especially at night so falling asleep can sometimes be a problem. Mehr

If you go for Business reasons in Tel Aviv Hotel Prima is very good. In downtown area - walking distance to Embassies - Clean - good internet (although it is not free).

Stayed a week here - ideal location across from the beach. Staff was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Room was small but fine and decorated nicely. Breakfast was outstanding! Would highly recommend this hotel.

"Nice, 3.5-star hotel near the sea"
Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast could be improved. As for front desk staff, one of the ladies was quite efficient and knowledgeable. The other one was hardly helpful. Overall, nice choice for 1-2 night stay, not for longer.
"Nice little hotel one block from the beach"
We stayed at Prima for 11 days. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The location was great, as was the buffet breakfast which we ate every morning. One day we didn't get towels, but one phone call took care of that. Overall excellent value for the money and location.

Bring your ear plugs! Noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in and I'm a frequent traveler. Hotel located on a 24/7 busy street - sounds carry into the rooms with windows closed. Staff would not move guests to quieter rooms.

We were a family party of 3 generations, 5 people and wanted 3 rooms if affordable. We wanted a convenient location for walking, catching a bus and the sea. We wanted a comfortable, clean, quiet hotel that served breakfast. We found it all at the Prima.

Wonderful location, comfortable and clean environment. Please staff. Very economical. Only issue was the constant noise in the hallway--loud door slamming apparently from hotel cleaning staff
We reserved the room the night before, everything went well. We were very pleased with the room -- relatively large and had a view of the Mediterranean. Extra person charge was excessive -- about half of the whole room price (we were two adults and two small children). Also, internet service was extra, it would have been much nicer if this were free […] or built into the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. The check in Process of Prima Tel Aviv Hotel was fine. When I left my hotel in the evening for dinner, and returned right after dinner, the door to my room was wide open. When I went to ask the front desk why this was, they gave me some excuse, how the cleaners might have been cleaning, at 10pm...?!?! I expressed my worry, frustration and upset and […] the reception and manager didn't care to do anything to settle my situation. Excellent location along the beachfront of Tel Aviv; very European feel - not fancy but clean and comfortable; excellent value among the major beachfront hotels in the area; excellent staff service and surprisingly good restaurant. I would recommend this to any adults seeking a bargain in this otherwise high cost lodging area.

Very nice hotel. Right on the beach and a great location. Staff was very friendly and most helpful. The Ethiopian girl that works the evenings is extremely nice and friendly. The rooms are nice and the A/C works great, THANKFULLY!!

"Prima Tel Aviv, Israel. Fantastic Location."
The hotel is in a fantastic location close to everything and in the center of the action. The rooms are a good size, the bed comfortable. All the staff were polite and helpful.

Great location and most of the staff was awesome. The manager was fantastic, but many times we called down or came to the door to find no staff member to lets in or answer the phone.

"Good Value; Great Location"
Rooms comfortable. We were given a room with a terrific view of the beach and the sea. Considering the inflated prices of hotel rooms in Tel Aviv, at least during the Summer months, the Prima is a good value for the money.

"Hôtel confortable face à la mer"
Excellent rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel de type standard mais qui répond à toutes les normes de confort et de service. Les chambres avec vue sur mer sont très agréables. Une mention spéciale pour le personnel particulièrement accueillant et efficace. Bons petits déjeuners buffets dont certaines tables sont sur une terrasse face à la mer.

This is my favorite hotel in Tel Aviv. It is really well situated by the best beach (Frishman) and with a nice view (if you have that kind of room) towards the sea. Service is friendly and helpful and breakfast is really good as well. This is my recommended choice, thanks!

Very pleasant hotel with really friendly and helpfull staff - especially Rachel at the reception. Good location and exellent breakfast. I will certainly choose this one also next time in Tel Aviv.
