Breakfast room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast included all you need. Bed was very comfortable and had many pillows. Great flat screen TV, Micro Wave and Fridge. I visited many Hotels in DFW and that was by far the best. I can recommend it.

"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 31. Dez. 2012... für das tolle Hotel, das voll und ganz unseren Ansprüchen und dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entsprach. Die Umgebung ist nicht besonders schön, aber in Dallas ist eh alles nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, also fährt man weg. Vom Highway haben wir im Zimmer nichts gehört. Im Hotel gab es sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig, die Betten super, dazu mehrere Kopfkissen und auch ausreichend Decken. Alles praktisch eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer mit Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Wenn man weiss, wo man ist, kann man sich auch mit dem Frühstück arrangieren - es ist eben amerikanisch. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Obst, Vollkornprodukte, heißen Kaffee und alles war sauber. Wir können das Hotel in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

It was clean and the King bed and the bedding were first rate. When I got there after reserving a room earlier in the day, there was an angry couple at the front desk. Seems they also had a reservation but it was not honored as the hotel was booked. I did get my room as it was already paid for. Other than the musty smelling hallways and the fact that i couldn't smoke in the comfort of my room, it was clean and […] spacious with a surprisingly large comfortable bed with more than enough pillows. "we extended our stay"
This place is amazing for the price. Our room was attractive, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were house-hunting and had to keep booking more nights. Each time we booked on Hotels.com and just asked the staff if we could keep our room. They were very accommodating. Towards the end of our stay the sprinkler went off […] in the hallway by our room and soaked our carpet and some of our clothes. Everything was great. I booked a jacuzzi suite and was very pleased. The online photos are extremely accurate showing the modern renovations. The room was clean and the bedding was very high-quality. All the staff was very courteous and helpful. They served a hot breakfast on Sunday morning. There were only two things that would have made it perfect...one, […] there was no switch for the vent in the bathroom, and two, the breakfast area was very small but we preferred taking our breakfast back to the room anyway. Internet pictures can be deceiving. I was skeptical at first, but this hotel is in a long strip of hotels from high to low end - all looking very nice. So it does not matter which one you chose. It was my second time on this hotel. Only one girl on the night shift that seemed more interested in keeping a conversation with others than taking care of me. The hotel was very clean, nice breakfast each morning and very close to everything we wanted. The negatives though...construction made it almost impossible to find on our GPS, unable to make room service/delivery order on phone, was made to go down to the check-in desk, this was VERY inconvenient. Staff is obliging and the facility is excellent, comfortable and nicely refurbished. We always enjoy our stay there. The shuttle to and from the airport is the only area where there is lacking. The suttle is shared with several other hotels/motels in the neigborhood and is VERY slow to pick us up. Not only does it take over 30 min. to arive, but, once […] on board; we pick up and drop off and pick up and drop off resulting in over an hour before we are delivered to the Super 8 (which is less than 10 min. away). The first time it went well, but stay on april 11 was terrible I have to 2 hours to be pick up from the airport my flight arrived at midnight I gat to the hotel at 2 in the morning. "Great Overnight"
