Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral und an einer schönen Strasse. Obwohl viel los ist, ist es am Abend angenehm ruhig. Gerne wieder!

Conveniently located in downtown Kelowna, near the waterfront, theatres, concert halls and small retail boutiques. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend it.

Very good location in the old part of Kelowna, close to lots of shops, restaurants, bars and the water. Nice enough hotel.

Good convenient location - suitable for an unplanned overnight stay. Amenities lack a good fitness/spa. Service is adequate but lack simple personable touches which would make up for what was lacking in amenities.

There was a weird smell in the room and the elevator and I am thinking it was the carpet too old

Everything was good. Sauna needs an upgrade. Breakfast was good too. From Bernard Street it's too loud during weekend.

This hotel was great, except........when we tried to make coffee in our room the coffee maker didn't work properly. We asked at the front desk and they said that someone would be up to look at it right away, we waited about 1/2 hour, without anyone coming. It wasn't really that big of a deal, and by now we were ready to go downstairs and have breakfast, […] which was good. Upon checkout, we asked again and were told that someone had checked it out and it was working fine. I was disappointed that our concern seemed not to be taken seriously. I don't know if someone actually checked it out or not. Otherwise our stay was quite pleasant. Mehr

Staying in Kelowna can be expensive if your not careful. but it doesn't have to be. Sometimes if you look around you will find a great affordable place in a good location and with all the amenities. Nice position - quality at a great price as includes sumptuos breakfast. Friendly service Great stopover for on the way to Big White skiing

The staff at the front desk were fabulous - friendly, helpful and always curteous. The room was okay but the carpets were not very clean - I always suggest hotel management have staff vacuum along the baseboards not just the center isle in a room. The furnishings were damaged and this added to a feeling of the room being unclean. Nice washrooms tho […] ugh. Mehr

The Roal Anne has done some very extensive and well done renovations. It is centrally located in downtown Kelowna which is a blessing as well as a negative given the traffic noises in the front rooms. The staff are excellent and estremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The Royal Anne is an old hotel but has been so nicely restored and upgraded without losing it's charm.

My friend & I used Kelowna as an overnight stop when driving from Banff to Vancouver. I was very impressed with the hotel & its staff. I must also recommend the Italian restaurant next door - fantastic service with delicious food.

Good location...very noisy at night, though. I had a room facing Bernard street and next time would ask for one facing the alley as it was extremely noisy and didn't settle down till 2am on a Thursday night! They did have signs posted in the elevators about the noise, but by the time I noticed them I had unpacked and was too lazy to move everything, […] besides how bad could it be on a weekday night? Well, with earplugs and a pillow over my head, the windows closed tight, it still kept me up till 2am! The furniture in the room was pretty beat up, but the bed was comfortable(there did seem to be sand in the sheets from unknown origin...I thought it came from my own pillow, but now I wonder) and for the most part clean. Staff very good. Let me park underground the next day and not have to move my car till I was finished my conference. Across the street from some good restaurants and shopping. Mehr

The Front Desk staff were always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The room was clean and basic, but with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The parking is a little tight, but there were no problems. The breakfast offers a large choice of healthy foods, and lasts long enough so that you don't need to rush. There was some noise from the […] pub across the street, but since it IS a pub, there's no surprises there. Mehr

My wife and I stayed at the Royal Anne for one night on our way from Banff to Vancouver. The hotel was right in the heart of downtown Kelowna so all we did was park the car and go for a walk around the town. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a view down to the main street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and made it easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront in a matter of a few minutes.

everything is great....except the limited parking lot and without swimming pool...

Was a nice, clean hotel. Unfortunately for us, the people next door had a dog that they left and it howled for about an hour. I called the front desk at first and was advised that they had the owner's cell # but when I called the front desk about an hour later, she advised me that she hadn't actually called the owner and now she would~she thought the […] dog would stop on it's own~it didn't. great location right downtown kelowna. services were great, room comfortable and modern even though the hotel is older. Staff were friendly. Included breakfast was doable, warm eggs instead of cold would be great. Only real complaint was parking, there is a few stalls in the basement availble but it's a scramble to get them and they are pretty tight […] if you have anything bigger than a compact car. Mehr

This hotel was right in the center of downtown Kelowna and was very close to the lake and the sights and fabulous restaurants and shops. Sadly, the insulation was quite poor and form the 3rd floor, activities taking place on the ground level were quite audible. Also, the in-room amenities were quite limited and there was frequently a 5+ minute wait […] at the front desk. Mehr

The location was fantastic. We were there for 3 nights and the car was parked those three nights. That was very convienient. The breakfast was not the greatest but luckily there were plenty of great places to eat in the area. The shared patio is a great idea but there were only 3 chairs available for the 8 or so connecting rooms so there was little […] relaxation time there. The beds were comfortable and clean but the cleaners did not remove any trash from the room which was frustrating as we tip very well to ensure clean room. overall the hotel was good for the price and i would consider staying here again but only atb the sale price. Saw that you had great reviews but poor parking . We found that parking was not an issue because we would just park on the street for the night . Definately stay there again, great location.

It was a great hotel, My only complaint was, the parking is limited!! The lot was full and I had to park out on the street and wake up early on my vacation to feed the meter at 9am. That was lame!! Other then that a great location and hotel.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel that has been refurbished. Recommended.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location near the lake with a ton of restaurants to walk to. Our room was very clean and pleasant on the eye. Breakfast was simple, fresh and plentiful. It's not the Ritz but is a great place to stay for the value.

We've stayed at the Royal Anne a couple of times during short visits to Kelowna to drop off/pick up our daughter from college. It's got a great central location, a convenient walk to the lake, restaurants, and entertainment.

The Royal Anne was well priced, in a fantastic location, with nice accomodations, and very friendly staff. We had a great experience there and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to spend some time in the heart of Kelowna.

Furnishings need updating. Loud street rooms. Darkly lit rooms.

We booked this hotel for a girls getaway/birthday trip. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The front desk clerk was very friendly when we checked in. We got coupons for O'Flanagan's Pub which is located just behind the hotel. Room was clean, nothing special but really how much time do you spend in your hotel room anyways? Our room faced out into the […] street, we were on the 2nd floor and had a shared balcony with about 4 other suites, which was fine, there was never anyone else out on the patio when we were anyways. Was also nice that there was a few tables out on the patio/balcony as well, was nice to sit out in the fresh air and have a few drinks before going out. Woody @ the front desk was amazing. He even supplied us with late night snacks after coming home late from a drunken evening, an awesome guy. The only (minor) issue was parking, there was underground parking which we tried but there was no spots of course, so we just parked behind the hotel (in front of O'Flanagan's pub). Never had any issues with vandalism though, and just a 2 minute walk to the hotel. Hotel is located right downtown, lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also there is a transit station a block away which did come in handy as well. Rose's (a popular bar/club) is a short cab ride away, as well as Flashbacks, another bar. O'Flanagan's Pub is right behind and there is also another bar right across the street. Overall I would say this is a good hotel, good value, good staff. Would stay here again in a minute. Mehr

I would recommend not staying here they don't have adequate parking for their guests and the parking they do have is in a shady back ally where at 4 am another guest in the hotel decided to smash my rear window with a rock and the hotel could not have cared less. The room was fairly clean how ever bathroom was not spotless. If however you do not need […] to park here it is a nice spot right downtown. Mehr

Right downtown and close to anywhere in Kelowna you'd like to venture to. Clean, comfortable and affordable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

I didn't have a rental car as they were all sold out, so the hotel was perfect location wise; it is really close to the city park and downtown restaurants and shops. (Plus there is a great cafe across the street.) However, when I got to the hotel with my toddler, no one offered to help me with my bags - they just watched me lug the bags and my son up […] the stairs, which was tough as there are about 12 steps! Then I had to clean the tub before I could put my son it. Mehr

Unfortunately, I don't have much nice to say about my stay. Granted, the hotel was operational and so was the air conditioning, thankfully. The service was sarcastic and inappropriate. Out of the four days stayed, we only seen chambermaids once. We had to locate them to receive new towels, and on the third day, we had to find them to ask them to at […] least clean the bathroom for us. Upon arrival (after previously calling to confirm parking) I was informed that no parking was available and that I had to park on the street and then get up early in the morning to plug a meter to which I replied, how can you offer free parkade parking on your website and then turn around and tell a guest that only meter parking was available? They replied with, "well, other hotels charge you extra for parking" to which I replied, this being one of the reasons I chose your hotel, not the others. On that note, I would have paid for parking if they had guaranteed it to me. I arrived in the wee hours of the morning and then was expected to get up early simply to head down to plug a meter. The male individual who checked me in assumed that inappropriate comments would put me in a lighter mood, which I am sure that had my husband been present, would not have gone over smoothly. Although the location of this hotel is stellar, I will not be returning and will not be recommending it to other friends or family. Disappointing in todays market to say the least. If there were a few more housekeeping staff, this could have been a more pleasant stay. Mehr
