Super, man kann Hilton Beach und Spa Resort am Strand mit Shuttle gratis benützen. Der Preis des Aufenthaltes war genau die Hälfte als das was uns unser Reisebüro anbot! Behindertenzimmer sind schlecht ausgestattet. Zimmer mit Douche für Behinderten, welche ein wenig laufen können, haben keine Haltestangen!

The room smell was awful. it was mentioned in the reservation that we needed a non-smoking room, but the hotel staff obviously ignored that part. The room itself was fine despite the old furniture & decoration style. I'm not sure if i'll ever come back there.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Clean and spacious rooms and very helpful staff at the front desk. However service at the restaurants were poor. There were plenty of staff, but none seemed to attend well to the guests or bring basic items like cutlery and plates even after the order was served! The pool and other facilities are good, but quite basic. […] As a guest, there you have the free shuttle to the Hilton Resort. But we had only one night and didn't get to explore the resort and spa, which seemed to have better facilities. Mehr

I am very happy with my stay in Hilton because our booking was upgraded and was transferred to Hilton Resort & Spa. We enjoyed our stayed in Hilton Resort & Spa even though we only stayed for 1 day.The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big, the service is good, and we also enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Brilliant. Tremendous choice of buffet for breakfast and dinner, the dinner buffet changes daily. Good choice of in-house restaurants too although we chose the buffet each day as the choice of hot and cold was terrific - we've gained more than a few pounds! We caught the free Hilton Shuttle Bus to the Hilton and Spa Resort every day (5 mins on bus) […] which is absolutely fantastic and we thoroughly recommend going to the resort - in fact if you don't go you will really miss a resort to behold. in the last 5 years this hotel has the same buffet ....... it is only average from the look and the quality of the food - in the end this is a "hilton" with 5* ....... the food in the rest. "Hoof 'n' Fin" is average too it's an old hotel but you feel "cosy" and the staff is nice and really friendly

1. Delay in check in 2. Very bad room that I had to change & with the second room I had worst experiance ever. 3. The door of the cabinet was coming of its hinges & even with the mini bar guy coming in to clear the bar he did not even report this to his mantenance dept. 4. I asked for additional pillow and after 1 hour waiting I called again for them […] to tell me that the pillows are finished & they do nit have a spare one, I spoke to front desk who kept applogizing & when I asked to speak to the duty manager they told me no one is their at that hour of the night. I insisted & after speaking to him a pillow was arranged in 5 min. 5. My room (second room) was on the last floor the 6th. & below me in the garden was some bar which music was so loud it was disturbing my family sleep & mine. 6. We found some child car under the bed side. I kept quiet as a respect to my family. I am working in customer service my self & I know what a customer service is. What I got was far from it. Mehr

Nice and clean with very friendly and helpful staff

The hotel location is good, however, the car parking area was confursing as it has no sign where we can park our car. We saw the car parking area next to the hotel but we didn't it were belong to the hotel or the building next to the hotel. The breakfast was good. The only thing that I think the hotel management should really take some action is the […] renovating the hotel because room, lobby and meeting room looks quite old. Mehr

Trevligt hotell som ser mycket bättre ut i verkligheten än på bilderna. Personalen är mycket mån om gästerna och gör allt för att se till att de trivs och har det bra. Rummen är rena och hela, och städningen är mycket bra.

Innan vi åkte läste vi varierande omdömen. Men kan bara säga att vi är toppennöjda med tanke på hur lite vi betalade för att bo på hotellet! I förhållande till pris får man väldigt mycket! Extremt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, sköna sängar, busstransporter både till beachhotellet, shoppinggallerian och till Dubai, allt ingår!! Frukosten är stor med […] varierande innehåll, finns något som passar alla, själva älskade vi äggstationen där barnen fick nygräddade pannkakor och vi vuxna antingen omelett med valfritt innehåll eller stekta ägg. Visst är hotellet inte nybyggt men det är rent och fräscht, personal redo att hjälpa till finns överallt. De gör allt för att man ska känna sig välkommen! Dagarna spenderar man gärna på Hilton Beach & Spa hotellet, man åker bussen gratis både dit och tillbaka, bussarna går varje timme och tar inte mer än 5 min ca. Där finns det många pooler att välja mellan, både uppvärmda och ouppvärmda. Vissa poolområden är endast för vuxna. Stranden är jättefin, lugn och ren! Vattnet i Persiska viken är underbart! Vi kommer definitivt återvända och på Hilton City i Ras Al Khaimah!! Längtar redan till nästa gång. Barnen längtar också redan tillbaka! Tack Placs för att du fixade så att vi fick åka till Dubai med gratisbussen på min 40-års dag, tack också för den fina tårtan med "Happy Birthday" som väntade på rummet när vi kom tillbaka!! Filnkt personale og fedt med bus til det andet Hilton som ligger på stranden

Hôtel de standard international très agréablement situé, rapport qualité prix très intéressant, très belle vue sur la marina. personnel au petit soin surtout lorsqu'on a des enfants.
