Für durchreisen ist es gut . Kann mir aber nicht vorstellen da meinen Urlaub zu verbringen .

Die Zimmer fanden wir sehr klein - mit 4 Personen und entsprechenden Koffern war es fast nicht möglich, die Koffer irgendwo unterzubringen, nicht mal auf dem Boden. Ansonsten war das Zimmer voll ok, es gab einen Kühlschrank, Microwelle und Kaffeemaschine. Frühstück am nächsten Morgen auch in Ordnung. Für diesen Preis daher voll zu empfehlen. We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for one evening. It filled all of our needs and the location was perfect for us.

The room I recieved had small bugs in the bathroom. I moved rooms then the following evening my room door was left open after housekeeping left.

I have two main concerns about my stay. I've stayed at this hotel a few times and each time there has been a problem with the wireless internet. The previous time I stayed I had to change rooms to get a room where the wireless internet was available. This last time, the internet was not available in our room at all!!! Wireless or otherwise!!! I was […] told I had to sit in the lobby to use the internet. Who wants to be out in public trying to work??? I booked the hotel so I could complete my work in the privacy of my own room. Secondly, the Hotels.com site states the checkout time as noon but we received a call to our room at 11am stating it was time to check out and that the information on Hotels.com was correct! No microwave as advertised. Only 10 available for entire complex. Water leak from ventilation cover in bathroom whenever unit above used shower. Breakfast more like a snack. Needs more variety like waffles and fruit. Also WiFi would be a definite plus. Otherwise satisfied with room and service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hallways were smokey. Rooms were very decent for the price. Neighborhood not good. Many homeless persons loiter near this hotel!

Super 8 in Sacramento, on Madison Ave. Has the best staff. It's very important that every guest is completely satisfied. They put the customers needs their #1 priority. I highly recommend Super 8. The price is great.

Decent hotel, great service, a little loud at night, not a very quiet place to sleep. Though I may have just had bad neighbors on that particular night. I would stay here again.

Overall, this was a decent place for the money. Room was comfortable. Check in staff was friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is basic muffins, juice and coffee. Homeless encampment visible from window, menacing groups of transients outside perimeter although the staff is good about keeping them off the premises. A good selection of amenities and food […] nearby. The only real complaint was the rude check out staff, I asked for a little more time to check out and ithey acted like I was really inconveniencing them or worse. My stay was great. Nice staff,clean, great location if you have a car. I will return to Sacramento and plan to stay here again.

Perhaps I am not familiar with Super 8 properties, but I would not reccomend this particular hotel. The rooms were extremely small, especially the bathroom. You pretty much had to stand in the tub to be able to close the door. Definitely not for guests that are above average size. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom which to me is a bit rediculous. […] There were many shady characters lurking around the property and from our room we could clearly see a small tent city set up in the adjacent lot. Access to I-80 was convenient, but next time I would spend an extra 20 spot for something that is not this place. Mehr

The motel was easy to get to and for the price, it was very clean, clean smelling, and the employees were very friendly. We only needed one night and it was perfect!

I have to admit the review that mentioned bed bugs had me concerned. I thoroughly checked the room with the black light and everything passed with flying colors. We had the side next to the freeway and could not hear the traffic. We did hear the refrigerator when it turned on. Now that I think about it we should have just unplugged it. Someone, somewhere […] did start smoking once and we did smell it. What can you do , people HAVE to smoke. The beds were fine and really no complaints for the price. Location convenient to Freeway Access, but not Other Shopping, Etc. In fact it is Quite Isolated from Most Activities. A good Place to Stay for Basically just Sleeping, or to do in Room Work while on Business. Not an accomodation for Luxury Items Sought, but did have TV, Refrigerator and Microwave, for Cooking if a Low Cost Stay is Desired. My boyfriend & I stayed there for a week & its a great hotel & a great price to boot! Only complaint is that the neighborhood is a little scary.

Some shady people coming and going at night- in the parking lot too. Not noisy n the room - good solid walls blocking neighbor noise. Helpful staff. Definitely going back there.

Good motel for the price. Very clean, no cigaret smell in the rooms. Nicely remodeled, plenty of parking and close to the freeway and still not noisy. A good place to stay when I travel for work!

We had two rooms, and both were very clean. I could tell that the owners of this motel were trying very hard to provide a nice, comfortable location.

nice and cleanroom - well managed motel

I did not expect much from a motel where I was getting 3 nights for a really cheap rate - but I was pleasantly surprised. Was it fantastic? No. But the room itself was clean and comfortable. There were some gross smoking smells in the hallway/stairwell at times but nothing in the room itself. Very nice desk staff. Convenient to the freeway but some […] unsavory looking types hanging around in groups in the adjacent parking lot at odd times (Delinquent teens? Homeless? I don't know). But, the Super 8 served its purpose of being a place to sleep and since I wasn't expecting the Marriott, I wasn't disappointed. Mehr

I enjoyed my stay. I would have liked fresh fruit of any sort with the continental breakfast. I would have liked a TV channel guide. Front desk did not have one nor did they know channels.

Nice Price, decent place to stay. kinda of in the middle of no-where, but if you have a car, then everything's gonna be fine.

When I arrived to my room, I found hair on the pillows and linen. I tried to not make it a big deal and just deal with it because it was a cheap stay. Then, when I was going to bed, I saw a bed bug crawl across my pillow just as I was ready to lie down. That creeped me out saw I took the bug to the front desk (still on the pillow) and asked for a different […] room for the night. He gave me a different room, but that room had hair on the linen as well. I didn't see bed bugs in this different room, but I was still uneasy. It was midnight and nothing I could do about changing hotels, so I stayed until the morning. I changed to Extended Stay Hotel the next day. The lady at the front desk still charged me for that horrendous night and I had to go through the complaint system to get a refund. It just isn't logical to bring such dirty processes into a hotel system and expect it to keep business. Mehr

Everything was good except the internet doesn't work in some rooms. I had to get change to a different room.

First, I checked the room to make sure it was clean. With the concern over bed bugs, I was particularly careful. The room was in excellent condition. The desk staff was exceptionally helpful. They even Googled directions for one of my out of town trips. I was dissappointed that my room didn't have a microwave oven as advertised. I was able to use the […] one in the breakfast room. I think they would have put one in my room if I had asked. As in many motels, the swimming pool closed too early. There is also a nice restaurant within steps of the motel. It was a bit noisey (due to other patrons), but we slept well and had a comfortable stay.

The staff were great , helpful & friendly.Conveniently located & quiet.

The hotel was great and we enjoyed our stay. We needed a handicap room and the hotel was nice enough to move to a room with these items.

This was the worst Super 8 I have ever stayed at. The free breakfast was ridiculous. They offered bread 2 types of cereal and coffee. That is what they called breakfast. the Motel is right next to the homeless camp which is a field with a bunch of tents and homeless people. I would never stay here again or recommend it to another.
