Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Nächte, zu Fuß konnte man einige der besten Restaurants erreichen.

Die Internetnutzung sollte 15 USD täglich kosten. Das halte ich für unverschämt, weil man in Argentinien sonst überall kostenloses WIFI vorfindet.

Wenn man über manche Unzulänglichkeit hinweg sieht, dann ist dieses Hotel durchaus akzeptabel. Das Frühstück (kostenlos !) ist für den deutschen Geschmack sehr einseitig. Jeden Tag den gleichen Schinken und den gleichen Käse (jeweils nur 1 Sorte), süßer Brotaufstrich, dazu süße Stücke und lappriges Toastbrot kann man nicht lange aushalten. Dafür gibt es mehrere Sorten Saft und Obst. Der Kaffee ist sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet (7 - 10 Uhr) ist nach 9 Uhr sehr lückenhaft und wird nur zögerlich aufgefüllt. An einigen abgestossenen Fliesen im Bad und schlecht schließenden Badezimmer- und Balkontüren darf man sich nicht stören. Positiv ist, dass man sich im Zimmer auf dem Gaskocher warme Getränke zubereiten kann. Kaffee- und Teebeutel liegen kostenlos bereit. Die Zimmer sind überraschend geräumig. Zimmer nach hinten sind ohne Balkon, dafür ruhig. Zimmer zur Strassenseite mit Balkon, aber laut. Wir hatten bei 2 Aufenthalten jeweils ein Zimmer im 7. Stock. Obwohl das Hotel in einer Nebenstrasse liegt, herrscht dort reger Verkehr und es ist entsprechend laut. Lage ist super. Nur ein Block vom Obelisk entfernt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Preis ist m. E. akzeptabel. Leute, die großen Komfort erwarten, sollten das Hotel nicht wählen. Für alle anderen halte ich es für empfehlenswert.

We had arranged for a shuttle from Aeroparque, but our flight was cancelled and we ended up on the next flight.. (hour later) so no shuttle waiting for us. We had to fend for ourselves. It is one block from the main avenue, and is easy to walk wherever you wish within the city. Careful of bait and switch on your room. The room picture shown on the hotel profile is for a "luxury room". In other words, the picture on does not accurately portray the room which will actually be reserved and booked. In order to change to the type of room shown in the picture, the guest will have to pay a difference in room rate. The airconditioning […] in the standard room is nothing more than a vent system which basically only allows the guest to choose the fan speed of the vent. Hotel is out of date and in desperate need of being renovated. Standard rooms are cramped. The hotel is in a central location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is also clean. "Regente Palace Hotel in BsAs"
We had a great experience at this hotel. It was reasonably priced and included a buffet breakfast. It was definitely not the best buffet we had, but acceptable. Access to the Internet was free in the lobby of the hotel. The staff was very helpful with questions and requests which made our stay even more pleasant. We have a minimal knowledge of Spanish, […] but fortunately everyone at the front desk spoke English. The room is smaller than we would have liked (very limited sitting area), but since we were not planning on spending much time there, it was not a big issue. We had an inside room, so the room was also quite which was great for putting the kids to bed early...or sleeping in late. The food at the hotel is good, but there are a range of restaurants within a short walking distance. Our favorite was Broccolina, a family-run Italian place. The food and the service were great there. There is a grocery store just across from the hotel and a 24-hr drugstore which a three minutes walk. All in all, a good stay. Mehr

"Good location but not impressed"
I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in September 2009. The location is excellent - safe, quiet and in the centre of town. The hotel itself is tired. The breakfast is very sweet, but that is normal for Argentina. There was plenty of fresh fruit, which was fantastic. The main drawback was the fact that it advertised free internet and then charged […] 5peso for half an hour and 10 peso for an hour or 40 in 24 hours. This is a rip off. It also cut you off 2 mins before your time was up and the connection was very slow. I complained to the manager when I checked out after spending 30pesos on a bad service. He just photocopied my confirmation mail that stated free internet and said "is that all?". No refund, no apology...that is a terrible attitude for a manager. If you want somewhere in the same area, go to Dazzler Arroyo. A lot nicer and free internet! Mehr

Muito boa,o hotel está faltando conservação,melhoria no hall d entrada.O atendimento é muito bom ,são bastante atenciosos.A cidade de Buenos Aires não é mais a mesma, me decepcionei:suja,sem educação,extremamente cara,muito mal cuidada.

"Hotel Bom - ver area de nao fumadores"
Bom Hotel, próximo a Florida. Tudo corria bem, porém, nas duas últimas noites o quarto estava com cheiro de cigarro vindo do quarto ao lado. Passamos uma semana neste hotel e só tive o problema relatado acima.

Nous avons eu trop de désagréments pour justifier le prix de la chambre. Nous avons eu une forte odeur de souffre, des trous dans le tapis et un nettoyage insatisfaisant des chambres. De plus, le déjeuner inclus est plutôt ordinaire. En contre partie, le personnel est charmant et très disponible. Gostamos muito do Hotel Regente em Buenos Aires pois ficamos no terceiro andar porém, amigos ficaram no andar superior e achamos mal conservado e de conforto inferior. O atendimento é excelente, funcionários disponíveis e muito simpáticoa, café da manhã maravilha e muito bem localizado pois tudo "é perto".

Un hotel muy cómodo y bien ubicado, pero ya está un poco viejo en su infraestructura, sin embargo es 100% recomendable. Un solo detalle y fueron los ascensores (elevadores), varios días funcionó uno solo y colapsaba; había que esperar mucho tiempo a que llegara cuando se solicitaba.

Creo que le falta para ser un hotel 4 estrellas. Para desayunar habia que hacer colas y siempre faltaba algo en las mesas, creo q habia demasiada gente y no estaban a la altura de la situacion. El shampoo, el acondicionador y el jabon que habia en las habitaciones era de muy mala calidad. Habitaciones chicas.

A equipe é muito atenciosa e compensa as fraquezas do hotel. Os quartos que ficam em frente à rua são muito barulhentos; preferimos trocar após a primeira noite mesmo para ficar em um inferior, porém mais tranquilo. O café da manhã é simples e não tem muitas opções, embora esteja em um local agradável. As áreas comuns estão boas, confortáveis e a localização […] é ótima. Certamente há outros melhores, por preços equivalentes, porém o Regente Hotel atende para uma hospedagem de oportunidade e de expectativas medianas. Mehr

A localização é ótima. Muito central e, portanto, facilita ao visitante, o acesso a toda a cidade, seja de táxi, ônibus e até metrô. É bom avisar que as acomodações estão divididas em standarts e superiores. As standarts ainda não foram reformadas e alguns quartos estão bem sujos, com paredes sujas, móveis antigas... enfim, com um péssimo aspecto. Já […] as superiores estão ótimas, com móveis e TV modernos... Apenas o banheiro ainda tem um aspecto mais antigo. O café da manhã é ótimo. Existe uma agência de turismo no térreo do hotel com uma atendente honesta e diligente que facilita muito a vida do turista. Não tem piscina. No verão, isso fez falta. Embora as instalações sejam meio antigas, no geral, é um bom hotel. Recomendo. Mehr

Sugiro acomodação no hotel Dolmen, fica na mesma rua um quarteirão de distância.Apartamentos bem mais novos, sem carpete e com TV de plasma por um preço equivalente.Bem melhor em todos os sentidos. Neste hotel tive vários problemas com o ar condicionado e a cama também não é das melhores sem falar no carpete que deixa um cheiro de môfo quando o apartamento […] fica um tempo fechado. Se aprecia que fue remodelado recientemente, habitaciones muy comodas y bien equipadas, corresponden a las fotos publicadas. Servicio atento y cordial, desayuno poco variado. Ubicación muy adecuada cerca de grandes calles, metro y centro de la ciudad. Adecuada para estadia con familia con niños.

Este hotel tiene una muy buena relación precio-valor. Esta muy bien ubicado para el turismo, desde allí se puede conocer los sitios turisticos de Buenos Aires caminando. El desayuno es bueno, aunque es el mismo todos los dias y si te quedas muchos dias te va a aburrir un poco. La habitación superior es aceptable, ya que el baño es mas pequeño que el […] de la habitación standard y las cobijas y las almohadas un poco incomodas. En el lobby te regalan un mapa que tiene la mayoria de los sitios que recomiendan visitar. Lo único malo es que el Internet no es gratis en las habitaciones, solo es gratis en el lobby. Para el caso de los venezolanos que tienen restricciones con los dolares, parte de las noches se pueden pagar con el cupo de internet y otras con el cupo de viajero. Mehr
