Zentrale Lage im Loop, Eckzimmer komfortabel und mit schoenem Blick. Parken, wie ueberall in Chicago, nur gegen hohe Gebuehren moeglich. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit oeffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Der angeschlossene Pub "Elephant & Castle" schliesst leider etwas frueh.

Funktional eingerichtet, sauber, sehr zentral gelegen, relativ günstiger Preis, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, Service war aber nicht vorhanden (keine Hilfe bei Gepäck, auch auf Nachfrage nicht, keine Auskünfte)

Nice hotel with many well considered niceties for travelers: refillable bottled water on each floor, ironing boards, a laundry facility, etc. Close to many spots of interest for tourists. Mostly, friendly staff, easy check-in and out, lots of cabling for computers, electronic communications. The location is heart of the city. Central Loop it says. You will save a lot of money, if you are staying in this hotel, since CTA metro is just a block away. There is NO microwave in the room. NO room service whatsoever. The front desk is very impersonal, so it really sucks.

This hotel is a great value, especially for the location. It was literally minutes from all of my business and from the L Stop that took me back to Midway. I'll stay there every time I come to Chicago now.

i like it very much. it is very clean, but i wish if there is free breakfast.

The staff at this hotel was very courteous and helpful upon check-in..they asked if I wanted to switch rooms to be closer to my daughter which other hotels typically do not ask..they gave us ideas on resturant's and shopping as we were looking for specific things..when we need extra items in our room they were brought to us with in 5 min..the Bell hops […] were very kind and helpful with anything we needed also.. The hotel staff was very friendly, the receptionist helped us find a restaurant to go to for dinner, she had a list of a bunch of different places. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, this isn't the hotel for you- none of the rooms have jacuzzi's. the hotel was right where we needed and provided friendly service. great fitness room and resturant. we will be staying here again!

For an unexpected stay on the spot, Siri on the iphone found hotels.com which found this place. It was the most convenient hassle free and affordable way to go. The room was just used to sleep and leave but it was clean and very acceptable. The staff was pleasant. It was perfect for the night.

Rooms are kind of small and a bit of a strange layout, but the staff was friendly, everything was clean and in good working order, and the location was very good. Pleasant experience all around.

If you are looking for a quick and efficient place to stay without all the pomp and circumstance of a large luxery hotel, then Club Quarters, Central Loop is the way to go! The staff were ready to assist, if necessary. Otherwise, everything was essentially self-sufficient (Check-in and check-out procedures were handled on computer monitors in the front […] lobby!) The rooms were clean, comfortable, sytlish and definitely catered to the business professional. Small rooms but always clean and comfortable. Fitness center has adequate selction of machines. hotel has filtered water on every floor--no rip off for bottled water in room. Wirelsss internet is free and relaible. Elephant Caste is great pub adjacent to hotel--good beer and fair food

This hotel was perfect for our long weekend city trip to Chicago. The service is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance to attractions like Millennium Park, Sears Tower, and Greektown. Public transit on both the L train and bus is easily accessible. There is complementary filtered cold water on each floor and the Elephant and Castle […] pub is a nice place to grab a drink or snack. The entire property is very clean and well-kept. Mehr

The hotel staff was very nice and took care of us great! The only bad thing about this hotel was the bathroom in our room. I found a few random hairs and the shower curtain was dirty. Other than that I enjoyed our stay in Chicago.

The room was quite clean. It's nice having a machine for free pure refine drinking water at each floor. A little bit noisy when the next door guests entering their room. No bath tub. Small closet. No refrigerator.

I have stayed here in the past and will absolutely stay here again in the future. The rooms are on the small side, but it's not like I spend a whole lot of time in there anyway with the huge Club common area, fitness room and even free laundry facilities available. There is a wonderful restaurant on the lobby level and several others within walking […] distance. Check in and out is fully automated and takes literally seconds. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is close to Millennium Park and public transportation. And the room rates, well, check them out for yourself - they rock! :) Mehr

Location was great for our trip. It was NYE and with that said the staff was very patient with everyone and super helpful to make checkin/checkout super fast. Very clean room. I've stayed in bigger but for this occasion and price I couldn't have asked for more!

I stayed at the Wacker location on New Year's Even with 3 other people and it was perfect! Perfect because we weren't looking for anything fancy, but definitely wanted clean and comfortable. The rooms are a little cozy, but if you're not planning a long stay, it works well. The location is the best part - we walked to Millennium Park from the hotel, […] and it doesn't hurt that it is practically on Mich. Ave! Oh, and for $35, they take your car off your hands for 24 hours! If you know how hard parking is in Chicago, you will appreciate this! The only complaint I have was that we had to take the stairs down 19 floors because the elevator traffic was heavy! Again, it was New Year's even and everyone was checking out at the same time so I don't suppose a lot could be done about this. Mehr

This hotel is near Union Station, the theatre neighborhood, and the Art Institute of Chicago and the Cultural Center, Millennium Park, the Chicago Architecture Foundation. We love the location and stay here often.

A friend and I stayed here for the weekend of NYE 2012. We were impressed at how friendly and accommodating the staff was (I accidentally broke the in-room coffee pot and was told not to worry about it). Every time we ran into an employee we were asked how we were enjoying our stay and was there anything we needed, ect. The room itself was a decent […] size (according to the map of the floor, we were in one of the smallest rooms). I'm not sure why other reviews say the rooms were too small...the two of us each had at least 3 pieces of of medium/small luggage with us and we fit just fine. The bathroom was clean and modern but had what I thought was a weird lake-water smell to it. It was faint enough though that my friend said she didn't even notice. We were able to walk to the shopping areas no problem (15 mins or less) and it was close to millenium park and the art museum as well. There isn't a lot of foot traffic nearby but that being said, we never felt like we were in any kind of danger (two young women walking alone at night ect). Considering the price, this place was amazing. Overall, we had a great stay here and I would definitely come back! Mehr

We booked this hotel because of the location. We'll be back over and over again. This was a truly lovely hotel with all the features one could ever ask for. The concept is more of a business apartment than a hotel. Check-in is completed via a kiosk. If you need something additional for your room the convenient "Guest Request Closet" is most convenient. Location, price excellent. However, in November it was warm, we had heat off but room was hot and you could not alter room temperature to cool it off.

Hotel itself was ok, not convienant parking, valet 35 a day, eaterys all close early, like 6 or 7, be prepared to drive or walk along way to get food or drink, no breakfast at hotel, just coffee and apples, panhandlers everywhere!

Just a few blocks from Union Station and Michigan Avenue, this hotel is convenient for Amtrak travelers, who can drop off their bags on the way to the Art Institute. It is also clean, comfortable and quiet -- a restful refuge from the hubbub.

Club Quarters has been our spot to stay for the past 10 years. Always top notch staff, great food and drinks in their adjoining restaurant, easy walk to State Street and the train stations. Other than having a softer mattress than I am accustomed, it is a very comfortable and economical place to stay.

This is the second time I have stayed there, I plan for it to be our regular hotel in the loop.

Check-in service was quick and efficient. Staff is very welcoming. Very secure location with great amenities on site. Very affordable hotel room and valet parking. I look forward to staying there again!

I've stayed at the Wacker Drive Club Quarters several times in the past, but never at this "Central Loop" location on Adams St. It really is excellent and I enjoyed it very much, from the super-central location to the Elephant & Castle restaurant right off the lobby. My only gripe is the fitness room, which was fairly small and in the basement; the […] equipment was OK but cardio was 80-85% with very little strength equipment. Other than that, I would highly recommend this location to business travelers and those seeking a fairly quite and understated hotel. Mehr

My wife and I visited a few days before the RSNA conference. This location is great as it is a few minutes walking distance from Millennium Park, to stores and eateries. The only complaints we had were that our room was supposed to have a microwave and we weren't supplied one because there were 'no more'. Also, the bed was horribly uncomfortable (stiff) […] and the blankets cheap. If it weren't for the location, I would have rated it 3 out of 5. Mehr

Everything was within walking distance in the LOOP, hotel staff was courteous, helpful and available. I would go back again without worry. Only 2 things came up that are worth mentioning. Room could use a small frig and temp in room really not reflective of actual conditions. We turned it to 55 degrees and left for the day, got back and it was no colder […] than when we had left. Stay at any club quarters you can afford. I stayed in the London st. Paul's as well. They are great for families. That kitchen is great. There isn't a question for me. Just do it.

Really great price, comfortable and nice! Not super luxurious but still very nice and VERY AFFORDABLE and fair price! Loved it!
