Club Quarters, Central Loop - Chicago

Unbelievable value for the price. Cute and clean. My new Chicago hotel.

Room okay except it was smoking (we asked for non-smoking) and there was no heat (apparently thermostat control wasn't working). Room was over alley with dumpsters, very noisy until about 1am apparently from hotel's restaurant.

My stay was better than expected since I had never heard of your facility. Room was very clean and everything worked. Quality of service from both front desk and valet personnel was great! Whenever I'm back in Chicago, this will be my lodging destination. EXCELLENT!

A bargain at twice the price. Comfy bed - all the amenities (shower only no tub in my room) - Go to the Elephant and Castle downstairs for food - you won;t be dissapointed. Good for working - has workstations downstairs with and wtihout PCs. This was the first time I had stayed in a hotel in Chicago and I couldn't believe how small the room was. Thankfully, there was only two of us but the hotel claimed that it could be for up to four people with the hideaway bed. I think we will be staying in a cheaper, more convenient room that will be the same size or bigger outside of this area. I was […] also suprised with extra charges when I checked out. The lady at the front desk confirmed that there were only two people in the room and proceeded to hand me a receipt showing extra charges for a third person. They were quick to refund it in the next week but I was shocked considering the room wasn't worth the price as it was. Mehr

Nice and modern, but quite small. Will return fo sho!

This hotel was exceptional with its friendly service. There were twelve of us and we were very satisfied. My only complaint was the cost of parking which was off the chart, but that's the price in the big city. The hotel service and comfort were worth the cost of parking. Loved it.

They provide unlimited filtered water! Pretty uncommon for a hotel but very much appreciated. This was probably my favorite thing about this hotel. There is an early check-in fee of $35 which I think is also pretty uncommon. And also, our "king" bed looked HUGE ..until we realized it was really two beds stuck together with thick padding on top. The […] gap isn't very obvious though so I wouldn't be too concerned. The beds are pretty hard for those who are not used to that. I slept fine though. Great service. Decent gym. Clean. Mehr

All the basics for a quick business trip to Chicago. Comfortable bed, great location and quiet.

The hotel was nice and well kept, the staff was friendly. The only problem was in the room service a milk only came in 32oz so I didn't want to order that big of size for just a cup for some oreos, I was told to go to the bar and was charged $3 for a small 8oz cup which is more than the cost of the 32 ounce and the beer that the guy behind me ordered, […] weird. Also, the front desk was able to help me find food in the area which was very helpful. Most places were in walking distance and the ones that weren't were pretty cheap for delivery. I almost forgot, there is one thing I did not appreciate, the maintenance staff (cleaning lady) came in my room at 730am, she apologized, but I am on vacation and would have liked to sleep in as I went to bed only two hours prior. She did NOT knock, I heard the key card beep and I pulled up the covers since I wasn't dressed and looked towards the door, she saw me, looked away and apologized. Mehr

Location is what sells this hotel. You can't beat it for location to the central loop.

Awesome room, cool idea, but no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom even though there was mouthwash, and the water was hot from the faucet and lukewarm in the shower. Overall, I'd stay there again, just remember to bring my own shampoo.

Great hotel, nice location and good basic restaurant. Small boutique type rooms are adequate, especially for single occupancy. Was a good value and would recommend.

The rooms are clean but very small. Very much felt like a college dorm with a bathroom. Overall the size of the room was not such a negative factor due to the efficient use of space and built in furniture. Beds were hard and not very comfortable but extra pillows are availabe upon request. Nothing to wow you but it was excellent for the price. The only complaints I have are two full beds put together. The middle of the bed was uncomfortable. I would stay again

I would highly recommend staying at the Club Quarters in the Central Loop. The hotel is very conveniently located, and has the Elephant & Castle pub next door. The only downside is the cost of parking, but this common in many hotels in downtown Chicago. The concierge ommited to validate our parking ticket, meaning a frustrating couple of trips to the […] parking lot, which is located a few blocks away, and back. A bit of pain in the winter. Overall though, a great hotel stay for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Mehr

The room was very clean but the bed was extremely hard. The staff was friendly but forgot to tell us we had to insert room key into elevator and we were stuck in the elevator for awhile. Tried to take the stairs and all the doors were locked except the first floor. Ended up walking up 4 flights and then down 10 flights to get out of stairway. I was very comfortable in this hotel for my one night stay in Chicago. I live in the suburbs, and if I attend another late night event, I will definitely choose this hotel again! The front desk staff was wonderful. The gals were friendly and helpful with my questions, check in, and check out process. My room was clean and very comfortable.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was more than helpful. Room was not so big but did the job as I was only staying one night. The free WiFi was great as I've stayed at many 4+ star hotels who charge you for it. Loved the filtered water by the ice box. The only negative I would say, was the mouth wash supplied by the hotel, it was awful so stay away […] from that haha and the parking two blocks away which you still have to pay for even though the ticket was validated. It was cold and windy and I did not like hauling my things two blocks in such frigid temps. Over all a very nice hotel would recommend to anyone and stay here again. Mehr

Found the hotel great for business. Clean, comfortable, convenient to bus stop for McCormick place events.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the valet parking was awesome $35 a night and you can asked for your car whenever you want, just give them a 20 min heads up. The rooms are a bit small but your there to see the sights not stay in your hotel room! I was definitely stay here again. There is a starbucks downstairs too!

My room was small, but well appointed and comfortable. Great bed, loads of outlets, good wireless, good bathroom. Nothing luxurious but nothing disappointing. A Starbucks in the same building. Good help in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Our room was very small and narrow. Amenities were basic only. Towels looked like they were meant to be used at a car wash (ratty). Several professional women hanging in the lobby around midnight if you are in the market.

We got this room at hotels.com for a great deal. The location is good in the loop. The walls are so thin, you can hear the people in the next room talking. We heard the ice machine everytime it despenced. Also, talking in the halls til 3:30am

Stayed at this hotel on my recent stay to the hotel. Its a club hotel, so guest have access to a club area with computers, printers, games, fitness center, coffee, water, etc. The TV in the room is pretty small, but it does have VGA, RCA, component connections allowing you to connect your own equipment. The bedsheets is of pretty bad quality.

Great choice! My overall stay at Club Quarters was more than pleasing. Very friendly staff, perfect location, very comfortable room setting. Though, the room was a kit it small, I was still satisfied with overall comfort and homely feel of the room, not to mention the bed was beyond comfortable. This hotel was well worth every penny spent.

The Hotel is walkable from Chicago Union station and Skydeck. Rooms are small but everything else is very good. Drinking water available in each floor.

We took the train downtown, dropped off our stuff at the hotel and then enjoyed walking to the theater and dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine for a night - a bit small but it suited our purposes perfectly. This was our second stay at the hotel and we'll stay here again.

I absolutely love this place, everyone was so nice and my room was so clean and comfortable. Valet was exceptional and front desk was superior. I will be staying here again!

Nice hotel with many well considered niceties for travelers: refillable bottled water on each floor, ironing boards, a laundry facility, etc. Close to many spots of interest for tourists. Mostly, friendly staff, easy check-in and out, lots of cabling for computers, electronic communications. The room was small, my only criticism--but I wasn't there […] much and it didn't really matter. This would be more of a consideration if I were traveling with others. Mehr

The location is heart of the city. Central Loop it says. You will save a lot of money, if you are staying in this hotel, since CTA metro is just a block away. There is NO microwave in the room. NO room service whatsoever. The front desk is very impersonal, so it really sucks.

This hotel is a great value, especially for the location. It was literally minutes from all of my business and from the L Stop that took me back to Midway. I'll stay there every time I come to Chicago now.

i like it very much. it is very clean, but i wish if there is free breakfast.
