schönes gepflegtes hotel, große wohnung, voll ausgestattete küche, waschmaschine und trockner, kleines frühstück inklusive... sonst nicht viel zu tun, nur als übernachtungsaufhenthalt zu nutzen um umgebung zu erkunden.

Das einzige was negativ war ist das es sehr viele Schnacken/Mücken im Zimmer gab. Gegenüber in einer Anlage gab es einen See ein Paradies für Blutsauger. Hatte jede Nacht so um die 10 Stück auf dem Gewissen ;-).

Wir haben zu viert ein Raucherzimmer gebucht mit dem Wunsch wenn möglich auf ein Nichtraucherzimmer wechseln zu können. Leider waren alle NR-Zimmer belegt, das Zimmer roch aber trotzdem nicht störend nach Rauch. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Einrichtungsstil schon ein wenig älter, aber sehr komfortabel. Für Personen war wirklich genug Platz und durch die Kochnische / Wohnbereich saß man auch nicht zu eng aufeinander. Parken konnte man rund um das gesamte Hotel mit mehreren Eingängen was sehr geschickt war. Das Hotel lag nahe einer viel befahrenen Straße, was aber in den Zimmern nicht zu hören war. Alle Attraktionen in Orlando waren bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen und die verschiedenen Einkaufs- und Essenmöglichkeiten (Walmart, McDonalds, Burger King, Dennys...) gegenüber waren echt praktisch. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes (Bagel Joghurt Kaffee O-Saft Tee) aber ausreichend für einen guten Start in den Tag.
Lage

Alle Unterkünfte bieten folgende Ausstattung: Schreibtische und Telefone mit mehreren Leitungen mit Voicemail; Orts- und Ferngespräche sind kostenlos (möglicherweise gelten Einschränkungen). Zur Badausstattung gehören: Duschen, Haartrockner und kostenlose Toilettenartikel.

Orlando ist zwar sehr bekannt für seine Vergnügungsparks, doch die Innenstadt spiegelt die dynamische Wirtschaft der Gegend wider. Wolkenkratzer ragen rings um den Lake Eola und den gleichnamigen Park in die Höhe. Hier findet sonntags ein beliebter Markt statt. Westlich des Geschäftsviertels spielt das Basketball-Team Orlando Magic in der Amway Arena, während im Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre große Konzerte stattfinden. In der Nähe befindet sich auch das Florida Citrus Bowl Stadion.

The motel is kind of like having your own apartment there. They give you a code to open a box and retrieve your key to get in. Works great but nobody is at the desk most of the time. The neighborhood is great and you can walk to just about any type food you desire. The park is just across the street also. Very quiet place.

i was on the 3rd floor and it was peaceful and quiet.. many restaurants are nearby, plus it is across from a lovely lake to walk around. the room was clean and cozy. on the downside: the sink is small and oddly positioned; my shirt got wet on the bottom. the tv is on the side wall so that you have to crane your neck to watch it. the internet would only […] work out in the lobby; i asked the front desk clerk and he said that they had recently paid for new routers ... but they were not working! also, no one is on duty in the hotel from the evening until the next morning at 8. however, for me the pluses outweighed the minuses although i cannot give it a "5." "The EO Inn & Spa- perfect for relaxing in Orlando"
There is so much more to Orlando than Disney and if you are looking to relax in "Old Florida", the EO Inn and Spa is perfect. The vibe is japanese/california zen with soothing decor and colors. The bed is very soft with good quality linens. Great showers. The atmosphere is very calm with no hustle and bustle of a hotel chain. This is for the traveler […] who doesn't want or need to be catered to. There is no restaurant on the premises but it is above a Panera and there are many restaurants in the nearby Thorton Park area. A quick stroll leads you to one of the treasures of Orlando- Lake Eola. The surrounding neighborhoods are full of Arts & Craft bungelows with towering Live Oaks draped in Spanish moss. Mehr

"Swanky and luxury comfort at EO Inn and Spa"
My husband and I stayed there for my sister's wedding. On the corner of Lake Eola the views were great. Within walking distance to many downtown features and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was trendy and neuvo. The bed was possibly one of the best beds ever. I highly reccomend it.
"Comfortable and in a great location"
After a mishap with my original hotel I needed a place on very short notice. I made the reservation on hotels.com. I called the hotel about 10 minutes later to ask if I could check in early. After a few minutes I got a call back saying no problem. I was in by 11am. Thank you.

"Very cute downtown hotel"
Easy walking distance to downtown Orlando. Very cute and quaint little hotel. Very clean and well kept. If you are staying here make sure you ask for a room on the top floor. We were awakened at 5:45am by the people above us walking around on the creeking floors and could hear nearly everything they were saying. Walls are paper thin, just a heads up. […] Would love to say it was a great stay but after being out downtown til the bars closed, being woken up bothered by the neighbors walking around above us, it kinda ruined it for us. Mehr

"Excellent little getaway spot!"
We didn't utilize many of the hotel's amenities, as we were only in town to celebrate my girlfriend's 21st birthday, but the room was very comfortable, and the entire establishment was very stylish and chic. Not having a full-time desk manager was a little odd, but didn't really affect our stay. We will gladly stay here again the next time we are in […] town! Mehr

Had such a great experience at this hotel. It was quiet, the staff was friendly and helpful, it was in a great neighborhood. I just wish I had been able to try out the spa! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Orlando.
"Eo, great rooms right next to the park"
I had no wireless in my room which was most distant from the foyer, but fine on the sofa at the end of the corridor. However I was on the el cheapo rate.

Great quite and romantic place. The only thing is that they should have perhaps Panera set up break fast items in the lobby section of each floor for convenience as well as is in need of wine offerings to save people from having to leave the hotel.

Great location. Kind and accomodating staff. Very hip, artsy and eclectic feel to the hotel. Extremely clean. Most comfortable hotel bed and pillows I have ever slept in. Would highly recommend!

"Memorable and relaxing"
The EO Inn & Spa was everything I had hoped to include in a short 24 hr. stay. Very comfortable, clean and close to everything we wanted. We loved the info in the rooms on all the local eats and transportation options. We took advantage of the E Taxi, our driver took us to the door of everywhere we wanted and then back to our room with no wait, no traffic […] and no hassle. He even went to pick up a pizza and deliver it back to EO Inn. The massage was awesome as well, we will be back and have already told many of our day trip to Orlando, You made a business trip from Tampa , a special relaxing time. Thank-you Melony Mehr
"Cute and Quaint"
This was our first time to stay at the E O. The room was very quaint, but was equipped with everything that we needed. Parking was a problem for others, but luckily we got the last spot. We will definitely stay here again, on our next visit to Orlando.

great location- walking distance to food and shopping. Room was very comfortable, bed was great, only complaint would be that the wireless network didn't reach my room, but that's nitpicking as it was availiable ten feet down the hall in the lobby. Would definatly stay in this location again.
"Gem in downtown Orlando"
I was only going to be in Orlando for one evening and wanted to stay close to The Plaza Theatre, where I was seeing my favorite band play that night. I knew nothing about downtown Orlando, but after a bit of research, I chose the Eo Inn and Spa. The location is quiet (although the taxi driver was confused because the inn shares its address with a Panera […] restaurant), right across from Lake Eola. Very comfortable bed - I had a terrific corner room that overlooked the lake. I would definitely stay here again should I need to return to downtown Orlando. Mehr
"It says Spa, but expect Dorm"
The hotel reminded me of a dorm.... exactly, right down to the way the room smelled. I wouldnt have been so disappointed if the pictures didnt misrepresent the way the hotel actually was. That being said, the staff was very nice and helpful. But expect 1.5 star quality and you maybe satisfied. That was at least true for the room I had.

"EO Inn Orlando, once a gem, now a mess!"
We stayed at the EO INN a few years back and had a lovely experience that was nothing like our most recent, and final, stay. The room was dirty - the floors looks as though they needed to be replaced two years ago. The wireless connection did not work and no one answered the after-hours line (it was very important that I had internet access for work […] related reasons), the duvet had a large bleach stain and when I mentioned it to the inn keeper upon check out he shrugged. We could hear our neighbor snore very loudly and listen to his TV through the walls. Will not be going back! Mehr
"Spa dissapointment"
They really don't have much in the way of a spa and getting an appointment was challenging and the staff was confused. I would recommend it as a nice boutique hotel very centrally located, but the spa is not the big sell here.
Close to my sister, all the shops . Awesome experience!
