Beautiful resort very large with many pools. A great place to relaxe and soak up some sun. Stay away from the free water in the mini bar, Not so free ! The staff was great very freindly

I booked this hotel via another oranization Exppedia ans waas schocked to discover that my hilton pointss Were not awaarded to me. I will never stax in a hilton :otel again after this bad experianc.

Greater attention to detailrequired - slow service in maintainence when tv did not work.

the staff was helpful and sweet but the places they recommended where not that great as for the location of the hotel it is fine not very busy streets but not entirely secluded the hotel has a private beach which is nice and lots of activities but it's abit far from the night street and the tours to visit other islands

Great place for relaxation, serenity, sun & sand and spa. Excellent Thai restaurant on property. Away from the crowds of Patong Beach but only a 20 minute drive away or a US $ 10.00 cab ride. Staff very polite and service excellent.

Hi, We stayed in the Hiltion Phuket for 4 nights, please don't return our mistake. For the high price we payed we expect more but deficiencies were: 1. Location is very far from main beaches in Phuket (Patong night life for example) and even in Karon there is an unpleasent long walk in night time to main attractions and shoping center. 2. Taxis from […] the hotel are very expensive (and you'll need it , check note 1). 3. The hotel offer to its guests main days trip and attraction in Phuket area in a very expensive prices! same trips you can get in the street in much low rate (but again its far to reach them). 4. Spa of course is not included in the high price for night. 5. Hotel stuff are not so user friendly (for example helping getting miles, points etc.) 6. Standard swimming pools, not something special. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the service was fantastic. Rooms were cleaned really well. The only issue we had was that there were renovations and maintenance being carried out in the rooms directly above us and it was constant noise for 4 days. This was the only dissapointment although understandable as the work has to be carried out […] at some stage. The food and facilities were beautiful. The hotel is huge and very secure. Mehr

Excellent service, room service several times a day on request, nice parking area, convenient location, great environment with two lagoons, several nice pools, great gym, wonderful experience!

We were thrilled with our accommodations at the Hilton. The breakfasts were fabulous and the facilities first rate. Town was a 5 minute walk from the hotel with loads of activities. The craziness of Patong was a 10 minute tuk tuk ride away and made us appreciate the serentiy of Karon. The hotel's grounds were a tropical paradise. I wish I was there […] right now! Mehr

For this star hotel I would have expected it to offer free wifi not to charge $22 per day which is what I pay for 2 weeks in my country. Besides the TV was a disappointment, the quality of the screen and the fact that all the movies that I had to pay to see in Puket, were offered complementary in our Bangkok hotel. beautiful location. very relaxing. many pools to relax at. accross from beach. buffet breakfast very good.

The Hilton Arcadia Phuket is a massive resort with all the features you would expect. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing is ever too much of a problem and service is always done with a smile and a joke. We were there in low season so very quiet around the resort which suited us just fine. Having an entire pool to ourselves at times. The hotel […] does have a shuttle to Patong (not often and not free) but taxis and tuk tuk's are cheaper and more convenient. The place is nice and big with plenty of swimming pool but the room was very durty and we had dinner at the thai food restaurant and we got sick... although we spent several days in Bangkok and we ate in the street without any problem !!!! Not so nice to pay such expensive food and be sick after :(

It was okay -- definitely a nice hotel, but it was really frustrating that it was so difficult to leave the "campus." The place is huge and you need to hire a car to get anywhere, but the hotel charges 3-4x the going rates to get a taxi or anything. The Hilton restaurants also charge 3-4x what you'd pay for comparable food anywhere else in Phuket, which […] is REALLY annoying ... it's just frustrating to feel gauged. Also, if you don't get to the beach before 10am forget getting a lounge chair, they'll all be taken. Mehr

FRONT DESK SERVICE NOT GOOD. BELL BOYS DIDN'T HELP TO TAKE LAUGGES DURING LEAVING HOTEL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT HELP AT ALL TO EXTEND LATE CHECK OUT. NEED TO PAY MONEY FOR LATE CHECK OUT. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AT ALL.

Close to shopping resturants and beautiful hotel

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough for a family holiday. We went with a 2 year old and met friends with 6 and 3 year olds. Just wonderful. Hotel was full for Christmas, but never seemed too busy. Great choice of pools, really good food, service of the 'can't do enough' but not interfering variety. The hotel buildings are a bit 70's concrete, but […] the grounds and pools are beautiful. We'll be going back. Mehr

everthing i wished for

Most dreadful experience during my 2-month South-East Asia trip. Bad service from a dull staff, hotel is falling apart (paint coming off doors, walls, 2 out of 3 elevators in our building out of order). Rooms were not serviced until 2pm. The public beach across the main road (no private beach of course) is full of trash, everything terribly worn out. […] Hotel is also far from the better beaches and bars, you need to take long tuk-tuk rides to get anywhere. Hilton clearly hasn't invested in this resort for a very long time. There is an obvious reason why they are quoting low prices, but you still don't get value for your money. Mehr

My husband and I booked the Hilton Arcadia on the internet and chose the location as it was in a place where there were not as many tourists. The hotel is right on the beach at Karon. You just cross the road and there is the beach. However, with 4 lovely pools, it was safer and more relaxing to swim in the pools. It was only a 600 metre walk to some […] shops and local restaurants. There are many tailors along the beachfront. We had 4 wonderful days at the resort and would definitely stay there again. Mehr

Olemme olleet hotellissa aiemmin ja menemme vastakin. Huone ja yleiset palvelut vastaavat täysin lomalle asetettuja vaatimuksia. Henkilökunta on hyvin ystävällistä ja palveluhenkistä. Kehut eivät ole uskottavia, jos ei anna miinuksia. Netti toimi huonosti ja yhteys katkeili jatkuvasti. Sanottiin, että johtui naapurihuoneen netin käytöstä. Kun valitin […] asiasta, vastuksena sain nimellisen hyvityksen loppulaskussa. Vuosi sitten hotellissa yritettiin käyttää luottokorttiani väärin. DC perui korttimme ja saimme uuden tilalle. Hotelli oli ainoa paikka, jossa korttia käytin. Isoon henkilökuntaan sopii tietysti joku epärehellinenkin. Kannattaa olla varovainen. Mehr

Very nice stuff, very close to the beach, nice decoration, nice food. Only one disappointment - the air condition in the room is noisy.

Dette var vores andet besøg på dette hotel og fjerde besøg i thailand i alt. Min familie og jeg synes helt klart at dette hotel hører til de bedre, med god service, 4 store pool's, eget bageri og busniss center. Hotellet ligger ydderligere ved en super dejlig strand med flot udsigt til denne fra de fleste værelser. Vi boede ved dettge besøg i et DeLux […] værelse, som er store og fine, med alt hvad der er brug for på en dejlig ferie. Super Hotel! Mehr

Bra hotell og beliggenhet, utmerket service. Dårlig og dyrt med internett, her ligger de 10 år bak andre hoteller i området som vi bodde på. Wifi med mager dekning kun i fellesområder og komplisert tilgang med passord og kun for 1 pc/telefon av gangen.

Rauhallinen ja tilava hotellikompleksi tosi mukavalla paikalla lähellä merenrantaa. Hotellin alueella riittää tutkimista muutamaksi päiväksi,alueella ainakin neljä eri hotellirakennusta, puistoaluetta ja lisäksi Spa jossa hierontaa ym. hoitoja. Muuten homma toimi mukavasti, mutta huoneeseen tilattu aamupalapalvelu ei pelannut. Onneksi osasimme suhtautua […] jo varatessamme sillä ajatuksella ettei se kuitenkaan tule ja ehdimme käydä normaalisti aamupalalla ennen aikaista retkelle lähtöä. Aamupalalla oli jonkinverran ruuhkaa. Pesula- ja hotellin kautta varatut kuljetuspalvelut kalliita verrattuna kaupungilta saataviin palveluihin. Mehr

従業員の対応も誠実で気持ち良く、長期滞在したくなりました。 プールも広く清潔で、子供達も大喜びでした。 ホテル前のカロンビーチは、泣き砂で♪ 遠浅で静かでキレイなビーチでした。

Hilton Arcadia Karon er et dejligt hotel med en fornuftig afstand til vandet. Værelserne prima, selov forholdene er så store, at der skal gås en del mellem hotelfaciliteterne. Morgenmad i særklasse. Beliggenheden kunne godt være lidt bedre over til lokalt centrum. Poolfaciliteterne virkelig gode. Alt i alt et godt hotel i international klasse.

detta hotellet överträffade alla förväntningar man kan ha på ett hotell för sol-och badsemester. 3 minuter till stranden, tre underbara pooler. kanonbra frukost. Bra läge i förhållande till affärer och restauranger. Rummen (åtminstånde det vi hade) störs inte av trafik, musik eller tidiga dopp i poolen. Personalens servicekvalitet är fantastiskt.
