Hotel was awesome as well as the services. We rented two rooms, one we couldn't get the room to cool down, but other than that, the size of the rooms were nice size, very clean and service was great as well! Would definetly recommend!

Good location, competent and friendly staff. Went out of their way to make copies in middle of deposition using high speed back office copier instead of Business Center printing from email. Having a McCormick and Schmick off lobby was a plus, but food in hotel was excellent as well. My only beef was being charged twice for internet due to use of computer […] and IPad, but the hotel removed the second charge promptly. Will stay again. Mehr

The staff was short with us and a little rude. I think we were interrupter their private conversations. We bought the parking package and parked in the garage, when we left they still charged us $24. The lady in the garage called the front desk and they said we didn't have have that package so we paid it and left b/c I didn't have proof right there […] with me. I later found the proof and had to jump through hoops to get the money back. Now I have to wait for a check. The hotel is nice and clean but the staff is lacking in professionalism and personalities. Check in and check out was quick and courteous. Delicious seafood at the restaurant and great service at the bar.My kids loved the pool and spa. Biking on the Cultural Trail and walking to the zoo was enjoyed.

Everything was very nice except the breakfast situation downstairs in what ever the name of that grill was. I got terrible service and it was a buffet and the waitress was awful and the price was 16.95. That was outrageous for what I ate and the service i got and what I saw on the breakfast buffet.

The room was huge, clean and quiet. Very accessible. Good place to run from, head down to canal and head for white river can run as far as you want, beautiful.

Very nice hotel, great/prompt staff, clean. A block away from the city circle, a couple blocks away from great restaurants and bars.

My group will get the same hotel in two years for the big ten tourney. To bad it's in Chicago next year. Great location room huge. Very happy

The room was clean but there were many small things that would keep me from staying there again. Had to ask for extra towels twice, the front desk staff was not friendly and they were not helpful when it came to information, the room thermostat was hard to control and made the heat/air blow constantly, had to ask for hair dryer for the room, the room […] information book was not updated (tv listing did not match television channels, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The carpet was clean but damaged and needed updating. Mehr

We had a great experience at the Hilton Hotel & Suites. We recieved a free upgrade to the State Suite when we asked to be on the same floor as the couple we went with; it was an amazing room! The location was perfect walking distance for all the places we went downtown that weekend.

We were in town for a family event and decided to stay downtown to check out how the city was coming together for the Superbowl 2012, and I'm happy to report that whoever attends will be in for an awesome time. The hotel this particular weekend was host to about a million cheerleaders and dance moms and dads because there was a competition going on […] at the convention center. Obviously it was the first visit to a hotel that had elevators for about 900,000 of them and they had no idea of the etiquette involved regarding entry and exit and of hair product usage in a confined space. Now I know why the ozone layer is suffering. The hotel is somewhat older but is well maintained, furnishings are very nice. The bathrooms are quite large but for their size, under furbished. The only other glitch in a really nice weekend was the Boston Celtics staying at the hotel which meant part of the lobby was roped off and yet another contingent of people were there vying for autographs. Kudos to the valets who hustled to move cars in and out and did a nice job getting them warmed up in the frigid temperatures. Mehr

Stayed there during a quick overnight trip to go to the Colts/Texans night game. I had stayed here previously and also at the Sheraton, Westin, and Hyatt hotels nearby and the Hilton takes the cake when it comes to courteous staff and best value. Valet service is prompt and friendly and unlike many hotels in Indy, they do offer smoking rooms which I […] appreciate. I will happily stay at the Hilton again next time I'm up for a game. We stayed in this hotel because of its close proximity to the Circle Theatre and the Circle Center Mall. We valet parked our vehicle and never had to use it again until we left. The location was fantastic - could not have been better! Our only complaint was with the valet parking. It took 30 minutes from them to bring our car around to us. Otherwise […] the hotel was great. Our trip to Indiana was to enjoy a family wedding. The Indianapolis Hilton was an added plus to this enjoyable event. Our room, the hotel staff, the service, and the convenient location were all above any expectations we could have had. Some of the staff members even remembered us as we strolled through the lobby at various times, and would always acknowledge […] us in a pleasant manner. We highly recommend the Indianapolis Hilton! Overall a great place to stay in downtown Indianapolis. They were doing some overdue maintenance work, and the parking garage was a disaster. Otherwise it was what you'd expect from the Hilton.

Just wanted to get away for a night, so my husband ,20 yr old daughter,her friend,and myself went to indy, checked in at the Hilton downtown because of great location to mall. Hotel was sooo beautiful and spacious. We stayed in a jr. suite, the room was so big we couldnt tell we had 4 adults in there. The only thing I wish was different was there was […] no complimentary coffee or breakfast downstairs. There was a restaraunt that was $16 for breakfast buffet, not even a discount for staying in hotel. Staff very nice and helpful. My daughter said indoor pool was very cold. Mehr

I would mostly recommend this hotel for its location. Close to everything in downtown Indy. But the rooms themselves are a bit rundown and really need an upgrade. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Closet doors that won't open/shut, Broken lamps. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE bed. Couldn't find one single working ice machine on 6 different floors! The lobby seems […] to have been updated recently and it is quite nice, but the rooms are definitely showing their age. Staff was friendly and again, location can't be beat. Mehr

We have stayed at several hotels and this was the nicest hotel we have had. We were very greatful to the employees. Check out was at noon and they allowed us to leave our car in the garage until midnight if we needed. Will go back. Thank You All

Beautiful lobby, nice elevators, great room, clean, friendly staff, nice pool. Stayed here for one night with two very little kids and it worked pretty well. Only complaint was that there was no refrigerator in the room, which I found to be strange. I figured that was a standard feature in hotels these days, especially one as nice as this. this hotel is in great downtown location. clean and convenient to many of the indy attractions. staff could be friendlier, however they are professional.

We all had a comfortable stay...everything went well. We were in for business..it went smooth, that's what we needed. We will come back

We stayed here because our girls were in a wedding downtown. It was a great location, great room, clean and nice toiletries. My only complaint is that we booked a suite and it was supposed to have a separate bedroom area but it was just one big room. In the end it was fine b/c we weren't there very much, but I could see in the room next door he suites […] that have the french doors separating the beds and the living area, it looked great. We enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Very pleased with service, room size. Parking fee is the only issue, there is no discount for staying at the hotel.

During the week, the room was replentished daily with coffee, shampoo and conditioner and soap when needed without asking. Over the weekend, this was not done and when we called for these items, we either had to wait quite a long time or had to call a second time to fill out need.

Stayed in Queen deluxe. 2 qb and separate room with pull out sofa. no free wifi. Very close to everything in downtown area. Very nice hotel

I loved the Hilton! It was the first time I had been to Indy, and the first time I stayed at a Hilton. The property is beautiful, my room was spacious, the staff was very accommodating, room service was very quick on all three occasions, and I slept very well. Overall success. I will for sure be staying there again next time I am in Indy!

Perfect downtown location to almost everything. Plenty of restaurants to suite your taste and pocket book. Hotels.com didn't have lowest price but when I showed them the special price that I had already booked, they immediately matched the lower price. They were indeed true to their word.

In Indy to watch granddaughter play volleyball. Everything was super. Everyone connected with the hotel was very pleasant and helpful!!

Front desk staff was less than helpful but not necessarily rude. They seemed to be more interested in their daily social activities than actually providing good costumer service. Professionalism was lacking to say the least. The cleaning staff didn't replace our towels for two days and when they did so up, they took all but the two bath towels leaving […] us with two two-day old bath towels. The restaurant is pretty but good but kinda pricey. The breakfast buffet is not worth the $15-16. You're better off wandering around to a nearby diner (which there are many to choose from in that area). Mehr
