Das Hotel besticht durch seine zentrale Lage. Preis/Leistung für das Zimmer ist gut. Das Bad war sehr sauber und hatte nur eine winzige schwarze Stelle in der Dusche, Wir hattten unser Zimmer (314) über dem Haupteingang. Lärmbeeinträchtigung war minimal. Das Zimmer ist eher klein gehalten und mit einfachsten, aber zweckmäßigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Der […] Schrank ist für 2 Personen sehr klein ausgefallen. Da wir nur 2 Nächte waren reichte es für unser Gepäck. Frühstück ist gut, aber recht teuer (17,00). Eseen ist aber generell im Vergleich zu Deutschland sehr teuer in Brügge. Tiefgarage auch sehr teuer. Es gibt aber alternative Parkhäuser in der Nähe. Mehr

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral (eine Straße zum Marktplatz). Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Dafür sind die Parkgebühren im hoteleigenen Parkhaus mit 24 € pro Nacht ziemlich teuer. Zudem hatten wir ein Zimmer ohne Aussicht. Die Fenster waren nur in Sitzhöhe schaubar und zur unteren Hälfte vom Balkongitter verdeckt.

Brügge ist eine klasse Stadt. Das Martin's liegt für eine Städtereise ideal inmitten der Altstadt und ist im Eingangs-/Frühstücksbereich sehr schön. Aber: Parken ist in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage extrem teuer - das geht ausserhalb gleich um's Eck günstiger! Der Service ist ok - unser Ccheck in lief aber eher überschaubar freundlich ab. Unser Zimmer […] war sehr klein und extrem dunkel. Von Wohlfühlen am Zimmer können wir nicht sprechen. Scheinbar gibt es in der Kategorie auch keine besseren Alternativen. Schade - beim nächsten Mal versuchen wir ein anderes Hotel, denn so macht's keinen Spaß. Mehr

Die Zimmer nicht so gemütlich wie gedacht aber wir kommen gerne wieder nach Brugge

Für Brügger Verhältnisse absolut preiswert, die Lage gleich um die Ecke des Marktplatzes ist unübettroffen, trotzdem ruhig. Modernes Mobiliar und freundlicher Service , kann man nur empfehlen

Das Beste am Hotel ist die sehr gute Lage im Herzen von Bruegge und in unmittelbarer Naehe des Rathausplatzes. Leider war unser Zimmer winzig und das Bad verwohnt. Die Sauberkeit war mittelmaessig, hinter der Tuer hatte laenger keiner mehr gesaugt. Das Fruehstuecksbuffet war fuer ein Dreisternehotel dafuer sehr erfreulich.

Unglaublich zentral (direkt an der Rückseite des Belfried), neu, sehr sauber, Räume mittlere Größe, aber perfekt ausgestattet, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, Empfang freundlich, hauseigene Garage etwas teuer (24 Euro am Tag), aber günstigeres Parkhaus (8 Euro am Tag) in der Nähe (am Empfang fragen), kleine Extras vorhanden: z.B. Gepäckaufbewahrungsraum, […] hauseigene Schirme, Stadtplan am Empfang alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufweite vom Hotel, so auch die Restaurants Mehr

Excellent location with underground secure car parking, excellent buffett breakfast and the staff could not have been more helpful.

The Hotel is ideal and about 2 minutes walk to Market Square. Staff were very helpful and we would highly recommend this hotel.

The only negative thing about this hotel is their outrageous pricing for WiFI access. Otherwise, the location, quality, and condition of the hotel are excellent.

This is a great hotel for a short break in Bruges as it is bang in the centre so you don't have to walk far to see the major attractions. There is also a comfortable bar area which is a great place for a nightcap. I would recommend this hotel and would definately go back there.

Hotel has an excellent location. We stayed Fri-Sat night. It was a short stay to see the sights in Bruges. The room was surprisingly small and plain for the price paid. No pictures of the actual room appear in the advertised pics. Double bed requested turned out to be 2 twin beds pushed together. It even came with 2 single duvets. We booked 3 nights at Martins and left after 1, we were quite dissappointed and found the beautiful 4.5 star hotel Casselbergh for less money when you included breakfast and WIFI. The staff at Martins were accomodating but the rooms were TINY and very cheaply furnished. We forfeited our remaining 2 nights and were very glad to rush away and live like […] royalty just around the corner. Mehr

Excellent location and very professional staff made our stay very comfortable. The only downside was the very expensive Internet acces. I would stay here again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

Perfect location in this beautiful city. Literally a few hundred metres from the main square but without excessive road or people noise. Staff spoke good english and were very helpful at all times. The room had modern decor and was clean and well presented. Room was small but well decorated and very clean. Modern bathroom. Main plus is the very easy central location This is a good quality modern three star hotel with tasteful decoration - the small bar was nice too.

I don't think there are many hotels closer to the market square, and you are woken every morning by the bells from the famous clocktower. The only disappointment was that we asked for a double room, but got single beds pushed together which slid appart all the time. The hotel is clean and modern with a small bar for a friendly but quiet night cap.

Room: Small, nice. Shower: Bad - water pours out! Bed: 2 twin beds pushed next to each other. Meh. Location: Could not be better! Breakfast: Expensive, but okay Total: Okay. Good, but not great.

The is a great place to stay if you want to see the tourist sights of Brugge. It even has car parking, although this is at an additional cost. I would gladly stay there again.

Despite being somewhat utilitarian in a city of history and splendour, Martin's Hotel is clean, comfortable, offers courteous service but above all is perfectly located for a city break, about 2 mins walk from the central square, Markt. The hotel offers secure parking in a garage beneath but the Pandreitje public car park less than 10 mins walk away […] is much better value. They serve an excellent buffet breakfast for and were happy to accommodate my partner with the gluten free bread we requested in advance. Our room, in the newer part of the hotel, was very comfortable, if small but fine for a long weekend, and spotlessly clean with an excellent shower (no bath). The room has a small fridge/mini-bar but no tea & coffee making facilities which was disappointing. We didn't eat other meals in the restaurant but did use the Martin's bar by the hotel entrance which offered a wide range of beers, wines and cocktails at reasonable [hotel] prices in a quiet and refined setting with good service. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Martins. Mehr

Hotel is lovely and has a great deal on the happy hour however the staff are a little rude and not very helpful. Breakfast is served between 7 and 10 but when i arrived at 9.20 i was told only cold breakfast left! worth a stay but not the best service

Right next to the Belfry off Market Square so no distance to all the best sights in Brugge. "Cosy" rooms should be described as claustrophobic with dark decoration but exceptionally clean. We thought the hotel was a very attractive looking building; the reception is very warm and welcoming and the small bar delightful (happy hour 20.00 - 21.00!) Just a couple of niggles - shower curtains don't stop the water from flooding the floor of the bathroom, and this was expensive for a two-night stay with no breakfast and not even a kettle in […] the room. Outstanding location off Market. Really great service and helpful staff. Even Cozy room was great & modern. Would highly recommend

Great location. Comfortable. No residents bar on the night I stayed. No check-in until 3pm was a pain.

Great hotel. Wifi too pricey.

While the hotel, accommodations and location were fine, the employee working at the front desk was hardly polite to me. I was blatantly ignored while standing at the desk and once the check-in was in progress, the employee didn't even address breakfast for the next morning which I had pre-booked. She also failed to give me a discount card for local […] restaurants and attractions which she happily gave my friends who checked in immediately before I did. The room did not have shampoo, soap or conditioner, but rather a combo washing gel. I recommend taking your own toiletries. I know the service industry is not the same caliber as in the US, however all of my other experiences in Europe have been better than this one. My rating of a 3 is only so high because of the facilities and location and not the actual service received. Mehr

Expensive hotel but location is great. Breakfast is very good but cost extra.

Just returned from a Sunday night stay. Double room on the top floor of the annexe building, short walk across courtyard. Booked as cosy room but turned out to be clean and pleasantly spacious with large en suite bathroom. Free wi fi in room.Had lovely view of Belfrey tower. Hotel is very central. Breakfast perfectly adequate with good choice of hot […] and cold foods in large bright modern restaurant. I would stay here again! Mehr

The best thing about this hotel is the location..literally 10 seconds walk from the Bell Tower and right in the centre of all the action. Lovely room, everything we needed, can't fault our stay. :)

Right opposite the entrance to the Bell tower and 2 mins from the market square. Breakfast was expensive at 17 euro so we went to one of the cafes in the square - 7.5 euro including coffee and oj. It is advisable to park at the station for 2.5e per 24hrs inc a free bus to right outside the hotel, this saved us 74e for three days which is what the hotel […] charge. We had a "cosy room" which was fine for 2 of us . cleaned everyday and a minibar.Great hotel base for staying in Bruges. Mehr

My fiance and I were very happy with our stay at this hotel. Martin's Brugge is located in a particularly great spot, right behind the city's main square. But it's on a quieter street and we had no problem with street noise even though we were on street level. We stayed in the newer section of the hotel, so our room was very new looking and clean. This hotel is in a wonderful location to walk all around Brugge. It is in a historical area but is quite modern on the inside. It was much nicer than most of the hotel rooms I stayed at in Europe.

The hotel was clean with a friendly staff. Although our TV wasn't properly working, the staff did their best to fix it and brought chocolate when they were unable to. The location was perfect and the breakfast buffet was also pretty good - I would definitely revisit this hotel. It's not an upscale type hotel but definitely worth the stay.

The hotel's location is excelent: right in the Brugges main square, close to restaurants and shops. Walking distance to shopping streets, and all important museums. If location for you is a must, then this is a great option. Atmosphere is cosy, but we ran into a large group just before check-in, so 60 people standing in the lobby was not a great welcome. Room […] is acceptable, small as all european rooms, and with a (very) small cable LCD TV set. Bathroom was good and clean, along with bathtub (didn't use it, was stained) and shower. WiFi is not free, and the waiting area in the lobby is not covered. I would not say that it is a great deal considering the rates, but it is acceptable for the comfort offered, and the location. Free WiFi and breakfast would make it one of the best options in town, I guess. Mehr

Good value, great location (in fact, I don't think you could beat its location). Very attractive hotel, clean with a decent bar. We did not use the restaurant. Parking provision and cost were poor though. Given earliest check-in was late (3pm - which is very late in my opinion, especially when check-out is 11am) we didn't arrive till much before then […] and by that point the parking was full - and there'd been no opportunity to pre-book. It was also 3x more expensive than the public car park round the corner that we were rather brusquely directed to by the receptionist. Also, whilst it is not uncommon for 2*/3* hotels not to have an iron/ironing board in the hotel, to take 45 mins to be provided one and for the board to be only 2 foot long and as wide as your arm made it entirely useless for ironing anything but a tie! The Martin Brugge Hotel is centrally located. We got a special so the price was right because this is a very expensive area. So no complaints.

The hotel was great for location, modern feel, and cleanliness,staff were very helpful as well. The rooms though were the size of a rabbit hutch, it brings a new meaning to "cosy rooms". They were clean and tidy but no storage and very clostrafobic to say the least. Parking was very useful but 72 euros for three nights is taking the mickey a little […] bit. Mehr

Martin's Brugge was a great location, one minute's walk from Centrum and most of the main must-see sights. Great customer service at the front desk as well as a clean room and bathroom. Only drawbacks - we couldn't figure out how to work the safe in the bedroom, and the "double/king" beds are 2 twins pushed together with separate comforters.
