We always stay at this hotel when we visit relatives in Southern New Hampshire. This time, however, the corridor temperature was well over 80 degrees, and our chambermaid did not re-stock the complimentary coffee, nor did the coffee pot nor ice bucket liner get cleaned/replaced. Only bad part of my stay was the antiquated TV and the worse remote I have ever dealt with. Otherwise a great spot

Great value for a stay in NH.

I really enjoyed waiting outside in the 19 degree weather for 45 minutes for a shuttle that never came. Even better was the employee who kept telling me stay where I was it would be there any minute.

Hotel provided good value while I was in the area for a training class. The breakfast was adequate and room confortable. My only negative was on my last night when the room next door had a smoker and although my room was no smoking the smell of smoke entered my room.

We have stayed here more than once and love it each time! The breakfast in good, rooms are always nice and clean, this time we unfortunatley had a room with a tempermental thermostat, it went down to 63 degrees over the course of the night and it was very cold but the staff was wonderful and offered to move our room if it could not be fixed. Rooms were extremely clean. Breakfast was very good with great selections. Staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Wireless Internet in room was easy to use and multiple premium movie channels available. I would definitely say here again and plan on it for next year's competition.

This hotel was very hard and confusing to find.The overall condition and staff was good.However the housekeeping was horrible.The beds were somewhat uncomfortable.Not too much to do in the immediate area.I will stay at the chain again but not at this location.

This was a very nice Best Western, the staff was so nice. I would stay here again.

Hotel front desk extremely helpful.

Everything we needed we got from out of our stay! Only complaint was that we must have been on floor with some smoking rooms because there was a semi-strong smoke odor that hit us every time we walked into the hallway, however we couldn't smell it at all inside the room! Good location, reasonable and decent comfort level

The hotel staff are great and put the hotel over the top! the location is perfect and I Just rebooked this week after staying a couple of days last week.

This was a very clean hotel. The only thing I was not happy with was the breakfast selections I found the breakfast in general was not great at all. They seem to have breakfast in two differnt parts of the hotel in which one was not stocked to accomadate the guest. The food was cold as ice when it should have be hot.

I stayed here for the weekend with my family and it was a nice clean hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room and the breakfast was pretty decent.

I didn't find the beds to be comfortable at all. Breakfast was ok. Warm egg omelette and sausage. Other typical breakfast items. Pool hours are excellent. Clean hotel. Would not make it a longer than one night stay. Beds again.

The bedroom is large, the bed was comfortable and had new linens and comforter. The hairdryer needs updating, but it works just fine. The hot tub and pool room are beautiful, but the hot tub was set at 94, so I would call ahead to ask to turn it higher if you plan on using it. There is a game room/mini arcade if you have kids, and a pretty nice weight […] room. The breakfast is standard. The airport shuttle is every half hour so get downstairs early cus we almost missed the bus and that would be a disaster. Airport parking is free for a few days, then you pay per day. The Best Western Executive Court Inn has just about anything you could want. The basics included comfortable beds, great showers, and good cable TV. Every time we come to Manchester, we stay here. It's close to the airport, mall, and downtown. The breakfast is very good, the rooms are clean, and for a pet friendly hotel it's very quiet. Good affiliated restaurant across the parking lot. Only complaint this time was that the treadmill was very squeaky and the cable TV stations in the exercise room […] were very limited (unlike the rooms, which have a good selection). Mehr

The hotel was very nice, the room was very clean and the employees were very helpful, breakfast was lovely, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, good place for relaxation.

I stayed at this hotel and was impressed by how clean it was and how pleasant evyone was. Was not happy with how far out it was from everything. The hotel was very new-looking, and the room was spacious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were originally given an adjoining room next to an event room, which had a loud group. I called the front desk and they apologized and gave us another room immediately. The breakfast was awesome; we made fresh waffles and there was also breakfast […] sausage, potatoes, and omelettes, in addition to bagels, toast, etc. I saw in some previous reviews that someone had complained that the bathroom light was on a timer. It's actually just the heat lamp that's on a timer, the regular bathroom light stays on when you flip the switch. We were there during the snowstorm and the hotel lost power overnight, but there was still hot water! This was definitely a bonus. A generator must have kicked on at some point since we ended up having one area of the room with power, which enabled me to charge my phone before hitting the road. Overall, it was really nice staying there and we will stay there next time we're in the area. Mehr

Breakfast (6:00-10:00 AM) was included in the price of the room and it was definitely more than a continental breakfast. There were make-your-own waffles, bagels, muffins, sweet rolls, toast, sausage, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs (pre-made frozen portions warmed in the oven), roasted seasoned potatoes, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, whole fruit, juices and coffee. The breakfast area was large enough that it wasn't crowded either of the two days we had breakfast there. We would definitely stay again! Mehr

this was a great place for our fall foliage trip. good breakfast, quiet room, comfortable, clean and convenient for our day trips to Maine, Vermont and northern New Hampshire.

Very close to airport and several restaurants. Close to highway and only 20-25 minutes from Concord. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with lots of options. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient to airport. Not within walking distance to restaurants (except one affiliated with hotel), however only a few minutes drive to restaurants and large shopping mall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

We had to evacuate our hotel at 2 a.m. due to a fire which turned out to be someone playing with the fire extinguisher. We did have to leave the building in very cold weather and rainy and windy. What really bothered me was that no one apoligized to us about the inconvenience. We were outside at least 30 minutes. Since incident was close to our room, the firemen asked us to stay out a little longer till they worked on the carpeting. Again. the next morning no one even took the time to say they were sorry. If you like sleeping on a very hard mattress, this is the place for you. My rating is based on personal preference. I enjoy a soft mattress and this was certainly not the case here. my friend and i needed a little getaway for a couple days and this hotel is a steal!!! good rates, great continental breakfast, loved the hot tub!! just an overall nice stay, staff was also very friendly. also not too far away from restaurants and convenient stores.
