Nice hotel...great breakfast 4 a hotel...not dennys or ihop but good & free

The hotel was excellent and the people were excellent. Thecleanliness of the room was Excellent the quality of service Excellent. Hotel amenities was Excellent. Hotel location was Excellent. Overall our stay was excellent.

We had requested a non-smoking room but to get to the room we had to walk through the floor hallway which constantly smelled strongly of tobacco smoke. The smell was very disturbing & distracted from the positive aspects of the hotel. We feel at home here. The employees are all very friendly and the hotel is very well maintained. Our room was spotless. Very nice breakfast. We will not stay anywhere else when we are visiting family in Clinton, Iowa. Keep up the great job!!!

Have always been happy with the staff and conditions of the room. Beds very comfortable and the continental breakfast is just enough. Location to events is perfect. I will always seek a reservation here!

We stayed one night at this hotel for my daughter's taekwondo tournament in Clinton. The hotel was very nice, our room was big and very clean. The free breakfast was an actual HOT breakfast which was nice. I think the only draw back was the walls seem thin and I could hear the neighboring rooms, other than that it was a great stay!!

This motel was family friendly, clean and staff was very careing..

Cleanest hotel I have ever been! Great staff and pet friendly. Beds need to be upgraded, not that comfortable.

The maids were always friendly when we met in the hallway, but I felt that I should not have to leave a note everyday telling the maid how to clean my room. I don't expect the sheets to be changed everyday, but every other day would have been nice. We spent six days and the sheets were only changed twice only because I requested them to be changed. […] We always make it easy for the maids when we stay in a hotel. Everything is out of the way for cleaning and towels are always put in a pile. I always rinse out the tub and sinks and leave very little for the maid to do during our stays. The only thing that we request is that they leave fresh towels and vacuum. I had to leave a note everyday reminding them to vacuum. I pay the price that you request and I expect to have full service during my stay. Mehr

Very good value with the breakfast, location to family and acceptance of small animals. Not many places in Clinton to stay at that are as clean or staff friendly. I have always had great experiences there! Keep up the good work!!!

We had a king suite for the price of regular room. The room had a living area with sleeper sofa winged back chair, table and two chairs, large flat screen TV. Also small kitchenette (sink, counter, microwave and refrig. Big bathroom and separate king bed with TV in bedroom. We did alot of entertaining in that room with family from the area and also […] staying in the hotel. That room was awesome and so comfortable we wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed 4 nights and ate breakfast there once. The meal was very good. The staff needs to be commended for their attention to detail and friendly customer service. We were so impressed, we will continue to stay here every time we come to the area to visit. Mehr

The have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are clean and they always have fresh cookies. The breakfast is not so great and leaves a lot to be desired.

We enjoyed our visit at this hotel. The room was very nice and quiet. Before we left the next day, we had the opportunity to sit and rock in the rocking chairs outside the main lobby. That was so relaxing before our journey home. I would visit this hotel again.

It was a great spot to stay for the night, enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

The hotel was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was especially warm and friendly. The other guest were very considerate with minimal noise. The breakfast was very nice and they always had a selection of cookies when you came through the lobby!
