After a slight confusion on check-in, which was dealt with quickly and very pleasantly, the stay was enjoyable. All staff encountered were friendly, helpful and efficient. We had a couple of items to shop for so it was handy to have the Lougheed Mall right across the street.

I have to say overall this was a nice hotel the only thing that I did not like was that they didn't offer a free breakfast or complimentary parking.

unfortunately my first experience was not a pleasant one. I checked in as a surprise for my husband for valentines. I went to use the bathroom only to find hair clippings in the sink,all over the toilet seat and in the bath tub. I was disgusted. They moved me to another room and that was all they did. Nothing for the inconvenience they put me through. […] Although once in our new room we were comfortable. I might consider staying again not sure. D.D. Mehr

The room was great, 2 double beds and quite spacious. The houskeeping was excellent...very clean. The tub was a little small and sloped in towards centre so standing for a shower was a little difficult if you were bigger than a child. Everything else was excellent, great place, friendly helpful staff.

I have never been in a hotel where the lobby is fantastic and the rooms are mediocre. This hotel must be hurting for cash because their rooms are very poorly maintained!

We had a delux king room, nice corner room. Clean, bed comfy and nice linens. If you need a hotel in Coquitlam this is the one.

Parking should be included,in the price of the room if you stay overnight. Not charge more then it says to park in the parkade. Leaves a bad taste,for future stays.

This hotel does not have Wi-Fi in the actual rooms. You have to go to the lobby or restaurant to use it. Had a few issues with the TV remote and office chair in the room. It took a couple tries before they fixed the TV remote and couldn't fix the chair as main thence had gone for the day. Even though I had asked for it to be fixed in the morning. The hotel staff made it very convienent for us to catch the Skytrain. Very politely helped us with our luggage, to ensure that we were able to get easily to the airport. This saved our son-in-law hours of driving in Vancouver traffic. We did not have to pay for parking out vechile while are away. Excellent service. Thank you.

I was under the impression that this hotel was located in Vancouver, however it is about 35 minutes away (using the light rail system). It is a great hotel and I would stay there again.

This is my first visit to vancouver. The hotel is located at the heart of Koreatown in Coquitlam. For newly arrived Koreans, this hotel should be good choice. Except for convenient location for Koreans, I don't see any merits. The biggest problem I had was that front desk staffs are very unfriendly. They will never say hello to you. They can't answer […] my questions due to lack of training and knowledge. A staff was just looking at computer monitor when I check out. In fact, she looked upset about something. I don't want to recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates freindly services. Mehr

On the whole the hotel was very good. Thye room and the hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast offered in the dining room was very good. The only complaint was that the air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy and I was unable to leave the air conditioner on for any length of time.

You'll be hard pressed to find a hotel in this area with such a high quality for this price. On the west coast I have stayed at many hotels ranging from the Sandman to the Victoria Mariott and the Empress. Although this hotel is a level below the last two fore mentioned, it is clean, spacious and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would use […] it again. Okay place to stay while we had to be out of our house, but I would have been upset if we paid ourselves. From the rock hard, unsleepable beds (for me), to the 9.95 per 24h internet, 16 dollar movie rentals, 8.50 per night parking cha, not so great. Vending machines were poorly stocked, tried 3 machines to get a bottle of water, and just got 1 (after […] buying 2), plus they are the half size bottles! A definate plus was the pool towels, they are actually very soft and not crunchy like most hotels. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also nice 2 mintue walk to the grocery store, so stocking the fridge was easy and simple. Staff was nice and helpful. Mehr

I have stayed at this hotel before, but not again. The card key access to my room worked about 50% of the time, the jacuzzi tub motore kept coming on all night (for no reason), the Internet was up and then down (and no in room wireless Internet), the curtains in the room were full of dust, the toilet did not flush.

I really liked the fact that this hotel was close to the sky train system. Staff were extremely helpful. Hotel is close to restaurants and a main highway. It is also close to IKEA which was wonderful. Overall a great stay if you don't like driving into the busy city.

The check in process was pretty routine, nothing special but standard. The problem, I faced was when I returned to the room after checking in earlier, I noticed my bathroom light fixture was not working properly. It was flickering and the light was at about a 25 percent brightness. This is not fun, when you are trying to use the bathroom, and you cannot […] see what you are doing...anyway, I phoned the front desk and he was not really concerned about my issue at first. His solution was to fix it in the morning, even though I explained that I was checking out in the morning. I asked him if he had another room...he said, "no" not on that floor...okay... I said what about on other floors...hmmm...he said he would try to replace the bulb...in the meantime, I tried to have a shower in the bathroom, but couldn't see a thing and out of respect for other guest in my room, I wanted the bathroom door shut, when I was using the bathroom...go figure...anyway he eventually called back and moved us to another room on another floor...in the end,the price was right....and the service side of things did work out...but it took convincing the front desk that I should be able to see what I am doing in the bathroom...and that light fixtures should be working in the bathroom.... Nice stay,very friendly staff .Very helpful giving city info and transit system. Restaurant was very nice with buffet breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you

We stayed in this hotel because we needed to be in Coquitlam, it was close to restaurants, and this hotel had the best reviews in Coquitlam, but I would say stay in Surrey or Burnaby instead next time. I guess I just expected more for the price, but the room was outdated and small, there were hairs in the tub so I was concerned with what else they hadn't […] cleaned and burn marks on the toilet seat and blanket. Conveniently located, close to skytrain, 45 min to Canada place. Nice and clean. Free parking. Big comfotable beds. Friendly stuff. But pricy Internet connection, no wireless available. Fake fire alarm went off in the middle of one night. Korean shops all around and some questionable people on the street .

We liked this hotel and appreciated a better rate through this booking. The room was comfortable with good beds, had a fridge which we always appreciate and there are convenient stores nearby. The staff was efficient and friendly too. This was our second time here and we still think it is a good deal.

Normally when I read a bad review I always have questionmarks. But concerning this hotel... They were true! The lobby was deceiving. The room wasn't great. The bathroom really needed a makeover, the furnishing of the room was cheap and the bedlinnen... It was like sandpaper! Overall the hotel was very cold. A lady who walked into the elevator said that […] during supper she was freezing! So in conclusion this hotel was WAY overpriced. One positive thing! The closeness to the Skytrain! Mehr

Excellent hotel . Room service slightly below par but overall very good .

Great location for visiting Vancouver and Vancouver Island. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend to anyone. Food & service excellent.

値段の割には、TVリモコンがおいてなかった、ほこりがのこっていた、無線ネットがつかえないなかったなど残念でした。同じ内容なら安いところに泊まりたいです。

객지에서는 가끔 고국의 소식을 듣고 싶은 마음에 노누트 북 컴퓨트를 지참하여 호텔 투숙을 하엿습니다. 인터넷은 무제한 사용가능이라고 하여 그런데 check in 할때 직원이 kry를 주면서 컴퓨트 code를 설명 하엮는데 잘 못듣고 투숙한후 컴퓨트 power on 하여 실행 할려니 code no를 입력해야 햇는데 로비에 전화를 하여 문의를 하니 영어 전달이 어려우니 로비 직원은 한국사람이라고 key 보관 표지에 code no가 있어니 확인 해라고 하는데 나는 잘 이해를 못하고 있어니 key봉투에 있다는 말을 하여도 무슨 봉투 이해를 하지 못하여 전화를 out후 있어니 직접 방문하여 code를 가르켜주는 세심함 감사합니다 […] . Just walk for minutes, we can reach many restaurants, supermarket and shopping mall. The front desk staff was helpful to fix the safe and guide me how to use the internet.
