Von aussen sah das Hotel eigentlich einladend aus und auch noch in der Hotellounge. Im Zimmer war alles sehr alt, schmutzig, z.B. ein grosser Fleck auf dem Teppich, eine tote Fliege unter dem Waschbecken im Bad und alle Raender z.B. am Fenster, an der Mikrowelle etc. volIler schwarzer Kruemel. Das Hotel war zwar guenstig, sah aber im Internet mal wieder […] viel besser aus als in der Realitaet. Sehr freundliches Personal, deutlich gehobene Atmosphäre in den Räumen und insbesondere in der Lobby. Obwohl, oder gerade weil, wir vor der Check-In-Zeit kamen wurden wir letztendlich upgegraded. Das Frühstück ist deutlich besser als in den meisten US-Hotels, es wird sogar Geschirr benutzt... Sehr netter Indoor-Pool ohne den üblichen Blick auf den Parkplatz. […] Es zeigt sich, wie viel sich mit relativ wenig Aufwand (gemessen am Umsatz eines Hotels) erreichen lässt. The hotel was very close to the airport, clean and welcoming. When we initially called to ask about a hotel shuttle to the airport we were told that one ran 24 hours a day, you just had to schedule it at certain times. We later found out this is not true, the shuttle does not run between midnight and 4am. We had someone who had to be at the airport […] at 4:00 am so this did not work for us. We spoke to the manager who apologized for the mixup. When we arrrived this manager was there, remembered us, and took care of the cab ride to the airport. How nice is that?!?! The breakfast was really good and had a great selection. We will for sure be staying here again next time we are going to the airport. Mehr

Stayed overnight for early flight. Got great deal on king room that had sofa bed in separate room. Property was well manicured with a feeling of being somewhat safe. Inside of hotel was very appealing and clean. Desk attendant made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Room was very clean with everything we needed. Indoor pool was clean, […] but cool when you get in as it seemed not to be heated. Only issue was the sofa bed. It did not sleep well as it seemed to lay you head down. We reserved our stay through a third party online vacation aid and our reservation when we got to the room was wrong! The hotel attendant was SO helpful! Despite NOT having availability, they arranged a swap with a hotel employee who had the room that we needed. Everyone went above and beyond. Thanks!!!

Great location. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The free breakfast has a wide range of items to choose from. Hotel shuttle is OK but stops at a few other hotels on the way to and from the airport. Room is clean and comfortable. Wifi connection is quite good.

The hotel was very close to the Atlanta airport. A shuttle to the airport was available, but the drive was easy to navigate without needing the shuttle.

I was informed by the hotel that I may leave my car on their property while traveling international for 8 days and was not informed that there was a daily charge at the hotel. The daily charge was almost as much as the airport charge so we parked at the airport. If I would have know I wouldn't have stayed there.

Very decent room in convenient location. Nicely appointed room with quality toiletries, very comfortable bed, Wish there had been extra pillow in the room, a little noise from airport and not so great breakfast. Great Ethiopian restaurant down the street called Bole!

Upon arrival the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Hotel was close to interstate and airport, which made it easy to get around.

Staying at this hotel was not bad at all. The service was very good, the room was very clean, the location of it was not to bad but the breakfast was ok. If could have been better but, it was ok. What was distrubing was kids running up and down the halls and making noise and people slamming their doors, which would wake us up. Staying here was alot better then I expected the front desk girl gave us a room with 2 queens rather then what i picked which was queen and sofa...If I ever come to Atlanta again I am for sure coming here...oh and the breakfast was awesome lots to choose from.....

Really appreciated feather or feather type pillows, only thing that would have made the room more comfortable is a reclining chair or sofa. Nice pool and good breakfast rea and breakfast, superior to many better known hotels in the same price range.

The room was spacious and clean, for the most part. Unfortunately, it was overpriced for the condition of the room. The door handles were literally falling apart in our hands. The drain in the tub was so corroded, a bath was definitely not an option. The breakfast was plentiful, but having no regular syrup for the waffles (only sugar free) was a negative. […] On a positive note, available choices of food were plentiful. This hotel suited our needs as it was a one noght stay to recoup from jetlag from a long international flight. Would I recommend it for any other reason? Not at the price we paid. Mehr

People above my room had either several pet elephants or 50 kids. Asked the front desk around 10:00pm to call the room and ask them to quit jumping around. Stomping got louder as if it was done on purpose. Then had to go to desk and complain again around 11:00pm noise did not stop until 1:00am and started up again at 6:30am. Woman working the breakfast […] area was rude and lazy. Observed her with a nasty look on her face and rolling her eyes guests would ask her for utensils and when coffee was out. Then she would push her way thru the guests to finally get the items requested. Rooms had stains in the carpet and were sticky as if was syrup (Hopefully only syrup!, it's not good when you have to wear shoes in your room to go to and from the bathroom). Not the best 1st impression. Good thing I was only passing through, other wise I would have left to go to other hotel. Mehr

I was given room 319 and when we got to the bedroom noticed the window was on the floor. I am not sure if someone broke in or the window fell. I went back down asked for another room and got room 325. Both windows were in so I unpacked then I noticed someones left over dinner in the very outdated microwave. I stayed because it was better than a missing […] window. For the $65 I paid, it wasn't worth it. I would not recommend this place. Mehr

We stayed here the night before an early flight. Our room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Lots of food choices in the area for dinner. Only one exit away from the airport. They also have breakfast bags you can grab on your way out the door. Would definately stay here again if the need arises.

I stayed here to go to a Braves game and the hotel shuttle took me to the airport, where I was able to get on the MARTA to go to the game. So it was very convenient in that once I parked, I didn't have to move my car until I left. There are enough restaurants in walking distance to satisfy most appetites. the comforter hadn't been changed obviously since it has white stains on it and the sheets on the pull out hadn't been changed either since the blanket and pillow that was supposed to be in the drawer were still on the pull out the staff were all nice enough but overall the service we got was minimal would not stay there again.
