The pool needed to be upgraded, which they had a sign posted saying they would be upgrading the pool in May. We went there to sleep and use the pool. The breakfast was amazing, with home made waffles, yogurt, muffins, cereal, cinnamon buns, bagels and more. Overall our stay was good.

This was an older hotel that needed to be updated

For what I paid, it was perfect, room was totally clean and near the airport. It is not the easiest to find, but a short walk up the hill you can go to Gander Mountain outfitters. Robertson Shopping across the expressway provides shopping for far more than I needed. As for facilities, the ice machine on my floor was broke but the 1st floor unit had […] plenty. Pool appeared sparkling clean. Also, the on site computers and printers were unusable - even brought my own paper. Mehr

The room i had was in rough shape, the bathroom had dirt and hair on the toilet and floor. They only made my bed and changed my towels, they didn't clean or sweep at all.

We had a great stay. Very convenient to the mall and many food options.

Rates were cheap, the room was clean and the continental breakfast was very nice. It isn't the most posh hotel out there but you really can't argue for the rate that you pay. I found the staff to be very helpful and personable. I accidently applied online for a handicap accessible room without knowing. They helped me change this in a matter of minutes […] when I first checked in. There is a Super K and an Outback Steakhouse located within walking distance which is very convenient especially after a 6 hour drive from Toronto. There is also a lot of other food and shopping options located within a 5 minute drive of the place. Basically it's a great deal in a decent location and I would stay there again in the future without any hesitation whatsoever. Mehr

I was highly disappointed to arrive at the hotel to find the pool was not open. The room was very small, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I chose this hotel to enjoy the pool, I could have booked a different hotel for the same price that had no pool. This hotel is the only one in the area with a pool in the price range I needed. The TV selection […] was minimal and 4 of the 10 channels were in Indian or Indian based programming. There was no option to even buy movies. The Hotel is conveniently located to the Airport, Shopping and Restaurants. Mehr

We landed at the Pittsburgh airport, rented a car and the hotel was about a ten minute drive. It was comfortable and we had a good sleep there. We got in really late and were able to find a couple of places open to eat. The Buffalo Wild Wing restaurant was great and had good beer.

The hotel was nice but you have to realize that it's not a full service hotel. The service available was good. There were a few quirks with the maintenance. The ice machine was broken, the elevator would not go up unless you started on the bottom floor. The room was nice but my sister stayed there at the same time and she found rat poop in their room […] when they arrived. The hotel is definitely not close to Pittsburgh which was a plus. It's close to Robinson which has pretty much all you could need and is in a great neighborhood. The hotel is worth going to but I'd make sure the room is good before you settle down in it. Mehr

I was very impressed with this hotel. I was a little unsure of this hotel , because it was the second cheapest hotel on the list. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. The desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. I stayed with my daughter and was unsure of the location for safety reasons, but the location was nice. I was able to park […] in lot by the door. Flourescent lights made loud buzing noise. Fridge froze all my food. Shower head leaked. Heater did not work (it was January) . No eggs for breakfast. But it was clean.

For the price and location, this was a gret stay. The room was in need of some maintenance, but nothing tht would prevent us from staying there again.

For the convenience to the airport and adequacy of the room - a very good value.

My daughter and I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Pittsburgh airport, which was important because she needed to catch a morning flight. We had a short, very trouble-free drive to the departing flights area. Earlier, we discovered that the hotel is very close to a major shopping area and mall. We could have used the hotel's airport […] shuttle but did not. because I really wanted to personally drop her off (sentimental!). Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We found this hotel to be a very good choice in all respects. Mehr

It was a little dated and strange selection of TV stations not some I would normally watch. Location AND PRICE ARE THE VERY BEST THINGS ABOUT IT. It was clean and frIendly. Breakfast was OK but have had better.

We will definitely be staying here again. The room was great, comfortable bed, great shower, nice pillows, and all around great room! Check in was a snap, it took all of about a minute! That's the kind of check in I like! Don't let the low price fool you. You definitely get your monies worth and more at this Days Inn.

This was by far the nicest Days inn I have ever seen and it was nice to see the quility of this hotel gave Days Inn a much better name for itself as it was as nice as a small Holiday Inn and gave a good name for all other Day Inns. Hope the rest of them will step up and meet the quality of this one

This hotel is comfortable and cozy. The room is small, but that is what I was expecting based on other reviews and the price. I didn't need much just a place to sleep and relax. The bed was very comfortable, so for me that was the most important part. I didn't swim but did go down to check out the pool. It looked nice and I will remember my suit next […] time I stay. Overall it served the overnight stay perfectly at a GREAT price. I'm satisfied and I would stay there again. Mehr

I was in town for a conference and this hotel was ideal for my budget. It was a 30 minute drive into town from there, but it represented the ideal balance between cost and convenience/discomfort. Well maintained and run. Well stocked breakfast.

I travel to Pittsburgh frequently, and have stayed at 5 star to 2 star hotels. I have to say that Days Inn Pittsburgh Airport is now my favorite. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and friendly. I am a smoker, and it was nice to see that this hotel offers some smoking rooms at all, not to mention with a king sized bed. I recommend this hotel

The desk clerk gave was short in his communications , gave me vague directions to hotel and was snippy with me upon arrival . Night auditor was more professional . Neither smiled nor seemed very interested in Room was small and layed out very poorly . Could hardly get luggage cart into the room . Bath with no shower also .

Hotel was as advertised. The desk clerk Joe was great at out late check in. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. wOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

The front clerk was helpful to us on our arrival. The staff was also very helpful in helping me start my car. The battery went dead while we were gone for a week.. The rooms were very clean. I give it my top rating.

The room was very clean and small with the sink outside the bathroom which was not the ideal place. There was some type of bug that was constantly crawling in the bathroom floor.

Front desk lady was there was not sure what I was talking about at first. Then she found the reservation but could not check us in after I driving 12 hours I had to wait at front desk About 20 minutes. Manager came and he was helpful. Within 5 minutes he got it under control and get us the room. Some dust around the A/C, one of the light was not working. […] Just for 1/2 night stay we recommend other with family can stay. Price was little bit high, but it's okay. My wife give it 4 star. Mehr

Hotel is cheap so you get what you pay for. The surrounding area is great. The hotel is right beside a 24 hour Super Kmart and Robinson Town Center and Mall and are all with in 1 mile. Tons of restaurant nearby as well.

The room was clean and well made. Everything else was story worthy. The 4 th floor elevator button was pushed in. The lobby reeked of cleaner. The vending machine on the lobby level only had about 5 items in it. When we checked in the front desk gentleman was expressing his tiredness and did little else than give us our keys. The lady the next morning […] acted put out when I was to purchase laundry soap for the washer. She was very involved in her conversation with her friend rather than assisting me. Twice I slipped on the tile as it was kept moist with cleaner during the day. Go somewhere else . Spend the extra 20 bucks and go somewhere that practices customer service. Mehr

The main desk clerk was rude. She huffed and puffed when we asked questions about getting into the room earlier. When told about the hotel amenities, she raced through them so fast we did not even hear them. We thought she was just rude to us, but we observed that she was also rude to other people. Her customer service skills were lacking to say the […] least. Other than that, breakfast service was very good because we could make our own waffles. The hotels is also close to the mall and shopping areas. The hotel has a nice size refrigerator so that is helpful. Overall, it was a good two night stay. Mehr

Employees were rude and unhappy, room carpet felt damp constantly, bathroom constantly smelled like fecal matter even after the maids had cleaned it. Beds however were clean, A/C was good and strong, and shower heads were powerful, and allowed for a decent shower, except for the smell of crap that pervaded it. Free Wifi was decent however, and overall, […] a fine stay since it was so cheap. Can't comment on the breakfast offered because I either did not have time or overslept both mornings I was there.
